- Tagoa (8/5): Very good - The flat was in a good location, and spacious I loved the garden it was lovely to sit outside and enjoy the view. The pillows, the bed sheets were not in a good condition. I would advise you to change them for the future. But otherwise it was fine. Kid’s bedroom had no AC which it made it crowded in the master bedroom.

- Debbie (5/5): Passable - location was good for us, having a supermarket nearby was very convenient. We were able to enjoy the garden as the weather was good. It was a big apartment for us so we had plenty of space. The owner allowed us to check in early which was very kind of him. The security camera kept beeping all day and night - disturbing our sleep. The cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing, The bathroom fittings were loose which made us feel nervous and the bathroom sink and toilet had a leak. The kitchen tap was ill-fitting and the oven was so dirty I didn't dare use it. 3 of the five mattresses and all of the pillows were wrapped in plastic making them uncomfortable to use. We did not pay the extra insurance fee as we had trouble acquiring the American dollars but feel confident we left the apartment in good order. These issues are all easy fixes and I hope the host will receive our feedback as helpful advice to improve the experience of future guests.
- Nagla (1/5): Very bad experience, Never recommended - Nothing at all I always trust on booking.com but this time am so disappointed ,Very bad experience that we had to go through. Bad treatment and customer service. 1-We get charged extra 900 EGP cash (500 for electricity and 400 deducted from the 1000 damage deposit). After the electricity went off,we had to chase him for half day,then he asked for the 500 EGP. 2- The whole accommodation has only one AC working. 3- He forced us to clean the accommodation fully and wash the walls. 4-The cupboards was full of clothes,we couldn't put our clothes anywhere. Not mentioning other things., I only wrote this to prevent other people to go this painful experience, specially families.
