• Klára (10/5): - Útulné, nieje to hotel takže ako byt mal vybavenie na všetko Bolo počuť susedov, ale keď beháme po meste velý deň tak to nieje také drastické

• Bojana (9/5): - Lokacija je res super, je v središču mesta v mirni soseski in do dosti znamenitosti lahko gres peš. Tudi metroji so blizu. Samo stanovanje je veliko. Čistoča, stanovanje bi lahko bilo bolj čisto, še posebej tla, katera ne vem če so bila pomita. Kopalnica je potrebna prenove.

• Alice (10/5): - Byla jsem trochu nervózní, protože klíče odkaz na odemknutí dveří přišel až těsně před příjezdem, ale hostitelé reagovali okamžitě a domluva byla skvělá. Také ohledně potížím s wifi jsme se bez problémů velmi rychle domluvili. Velmi oceňuji čistotu apartmánu a skvělou komunikaci s hostiteli. Všechno se mi líbilo.

• Francine (8/5): - La proximité du centre-ville et des transports en commun, l’environnement paisible. Le grille-pain n’était pas fonctionnel. Il n’y avait aucun produit nettoyant dans l’appartement (savon pour la vaisselle,…), ni de torchon de cuisine. Il aurait également été intéressant d’avoir des bacs différents pour trier les déchets (verre, métal, carton,…)
• Feferon (3/5): Avoid if you expect quiet nights. - Clean apartment. Responsive host. Shops, metro and restaurants nearby. Price was high: 220 Eur/night. What you get for it: - extremely loud local neighbours - Saturday's party till 5:00 in the morning. Apartment rules with quiet hours from 9 p.m. are comic. - far from city centre, 30 minutes walk one way - old apartment, no investment in last 40 years except kitchen - we arrived after 11 p.m. and the building lock (unlock with mobile phone) did not work. We were lucky, some guy let us in. With host help we made it work, but it is not straight, must use not intuitive procedure (phone + door bell + phone) to open. Apartment lock fortunately worked. - tap water is disgusting in this old building. For the price 880 Euros (4 nights) we would expect at least some welcome bottles of water. One bottle (1,5 litre) in the supermarket costs 40 cents. Is it too expensive for host? Where should we get water at midnight? - the same is valid for toilette paper. We got 1 and a half small rolls of cheapest thin paper. For 4 guests for 4 nights... - there were coffee machine and kettle but no capsules or tea. Wherever we travelled in past years there were at least some. Do we need to buy whole package in the store and leave most of it unused? How much would it cost the host to provide a couple of them? One Euro? - one of the rooms does not have small lamp nor an electric outlet. Bad if you want to charge the phone at night and have it handy. - there are no coat hangers in the entrance hall Summary: too expensive for the value. We already stayed in Barcelona in the past with better price : value ratio.

• Sabrina (6/5): - Posizione vicina al metro’ in una zona ben servita da supermercato, panetteria e locali. Letti scomodi, pulizia lasciava a desiderare così come la cura dell’ambiente e delle forniture ( tostapane rotto, pentole sporche). Forniscono un servizio di registrazione ( check in) tramite app molto macchinoso, come l’accesso alla struttura. Offrono una app che consentirebbe di lasciare le valigie ma non funziona… scarsa dotazione di asciugamani ( 4 persone x 5 gg, un solo telo doccia a persona) e di bagnoschiuma e carta igienica ( abbiamo richiesto integrazione di bagnoschiuma e carta igienica e ci e’ stata fornita). Gli infissi delle porte finestre non si chiudevano. Troppo costoso per il servizio offerto.
• Saniia (3/5): - Big apartment with 2 bedrooms, very well located. The apartment is old and needs renovation, the wardrobe handle in the double bedroom is broken, the furniture is dusty, the iron is dirty and not usable, the mattress of the double bed is bumpy, and air conditioner produces very loud and annoying noise (we have video). Wi-Fi was not working, because the router was not connected.

• Mathieu (10/5): - Nous avons vraiment aimé l'emplacement. L'appartement était à quelques minutes d'une station de métro, près de plusieurs épiceries et de plusieurs restaurants. En transport en commun, il était facile de se rendre à toutes les attractions populaires de Barcelone. Le quartier était tranquille. L'appartement était parfait pour une famille et incluait toutes les commodités importantes. L'hôte a répondu rapidement à nos questions lorsque nous en avons eu. Je recommande cet appartement. Le code du Wifi n'était pas le bon dans les instructions mais l'hôte nous a aidé à régler le problème rapidement.
• Burcu (1/5): Impossible to sleep due to loud neighbors, host couldn’t resolve it. Disappointing. - Location The apartment itself was fine, but the building is very noisy. There were loud parties and shouting until early morning hours on multiple nights, and despite informing the host, nothing was done to stop it. This was my worst holiday ever!

• Dumitru (10/5): Nice place to stay from where to start exploring Barcelona - Apartment on the 5th floor (with elevator available), well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. There area is well connected to the city center, near a subway station, also a 20-25 minutes walk to Placa de Catalunia. Pleasant neigborhood, far from the crowds of tourists, with many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets in the nearby. I'd stay there again.

• Lusine (10/5): Great place! Definetely recommend it! - Our trip to Barcelona was great! And one of the reasons why - is this apartment that we rented to stay in. The place is great! Had everything that our family needed: a place to relax, seperate rooms, comfortable kitchen and dining area, a bathroom with a lot of space. The location of apartment is so nice! Neighberhood felt really safe and had everything we needed: coffee shop, grocery shop and so much more. Was really close to the metro station too! Definetely will choose this place for our next trip to Barcelona if it's available :) The owner/manager of the place was so helpful, was quick with answering the questions and made our stay even more enjoyable! Thank you! Can't really mention anything... Could'nt connect to the wi-fi but the owner/the manager of the apatment was really quick with helping with this tiny issue so it wasn't really a problem :)
