• Samuele (1/5): NO-COMMENT - La posizione Abbiamo atteso più di 2 ore per entrare nell’appartamento, per problemi con il self check-in È stata trovata una soluzione solo dopo diverse telefonate e molte lamentele da parte nostra (tutto tempo perso e poco problem solving!) L’appartamento era accettabile, nulla di che soprattutto per il prezzo pagato Insopportabile la puzza nelle scale e nella cucina (proveniente sempre dalla parte interna delle scale)

• Duška (10/5): Veliko hvala što ste nam boravak u Barseloni učinili divnim! - Apartman je bio odličan, prostran, čist, na odličnoj lokaciji, domaćini izuzetno ljubazni, korektni, odmah su odgovarali na sva naša pitanja i izlazili u susret svim našim dodatnim pitanjima i molbama. Toplo preporučujemo - divno iskustvo sa smeštajem u Barseloni. Nemamo primedbi. Sve je bilo odlično!
• Aurelia (10/5): Nice and well located - The apartment is well located and equipped, it is comfortable and clean. The staff is kind and helpful. Flexibility to arrange an early check-in.
• Olena (10/5): - We rented this apartment as a family and really liked everything. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and it is very clean. The internet is excellent. The location is very close to Plaça de Catalunya. There is a supermarket right across from the building entrance and many shops nearby. The host is very polite and responsive. Highly recommended!

• Christelle (2/5): - Le taxi, pris en même temps que la réservation, nous a déposés au mauvais endroit. Nous avons dû marcher plus de 15 minutes avec nos valises pour arriver à l'appartement. Personne ne nous a répondu ou aidés. L'appartement n'est pas du tout comme sur les photos : des lits de camp avec des matelas hyper fins. La propreté de l'appartement laisse à désirer : le pommeau de douche est cassé, il y a de la poussière partout, pas de gel douche et les couvertures n'étaient pas propres. L'appartement est très mal isolé, nous entendions le bruit des voisins dès 7h du matin.

• Shuky (9/5): דירה נוחה לשהיה של משפחה ובאוירה של בית - דירה נקיה ומסודרת, עם כל האביזרים הדרושים לשהיה נוחה, כולל מדיח, מכונת כביסה ועוד. יש להביא בחשבון כי הכתובת הקיימת בבוקינג היא כנראה כתובת המשרדים, ובפועל הכתובת של הדירה/ דירות אחרת. חשוב להביא זאת בחשבון בעת ההזמנה ולברר מה הכתובת. בפועל, היה עדיין קרוב יחסית לכיכר קטלוניה במרכז ולתחנת מטרו.
• Francisco (8/5): Buen alojamiento para 5 personas por el precio - Tiene 3 habitaciones para 5 personas, lo que es perfecto. La cantidad de utensilios es la mínima, y la mesa queda un poco chica para 5, además que se tambaleaba.

• Nenad (5/5): - Upon our arrival, someone was there to meet us, but they explained that there was no room for us at the accommodation we had booked, and that we would need to stay nearby at a different property. This is unacceptable. The issue was not the quality of the alternative accommodation where we spent the night, but rather the way this was handled — it seems like intentional overbooking.

• Cankat (7/5): the house was very clean, near to the center, and comfortable, however it was very cold. - I reached the contact person very quickly, we didn't wait the location is shared as open adress and since we couldn't understand clearly, we walked to home a lot. It would be better if we had the maps location.
• David (7/5): Functional place to stay - We collected the keys from a local office. We were able to leave luggage in the property before the check in time. The property had all we needed to cater for ourselves and stay comfortably. The bed was on a raised area above cupboards, as such it was a mattress with no frame beneath. This was quite awkward to get up from.

• Karla (4/5): Good location, clean, but needs a better key system, bathroom and lights need maintenance. - The location is pretty good, located half a block from Parallel, one of the main streets. Plenty of restaurants in the area, a big grocery store and pharmacy around the block. Beautiful street in a lively but safe feeling area. Full functioning kitchen had all the needed cookware to make meals. Tea kettle and a coffee pod machine. Really nice balcony overlooking the main street. Kitchen had a clothes washer which was great for our mid trip wash cycles. Really good and fast wifi. On check in we only received one set of keys for 6 people (3 couples). This really impacted our ability to tour Barcelona as we wanted, since now we had to travel as a full group of people, couple of times we had to sit and wait outside for other people to return to get back to our unit, which was really unfortunate. We later received a second set of keys, but still is unreasonable to rent a 3 bedroom unit with such limited amount of keys. The bathroom sink had a severe drainage issue, and water would back up almost instantly. The bathroom tap didn't flow, instead sprayed water. The Air conditioning did not work well for anyone in the back two rooms, and the stove's pilot light wasn't working, so we had to light it with a half broken lighter. The building and area is very loud late into the night. If you are a light sleeper, you won't sleep well here. Rooms are very tight.

• Edward (1/5): Bad - Nothing. It was a total misrepresentation with a false set up for the pictures online. The pictures and the description were deceptive, just one example was the air conditioner which was a 1980s Device that didn't work properly and was insufficient to cool off the room it was located atuch less the rest of the place. The couch was covered in a filthy cheap blanket with stains. The place smelled like a dirty bathroom, there was broken glass on the balcony, bugs in the beds which were ridiculously small. The place and owner are a complete sham. Could not stay there it was literally dangerously hot. To top it off booking.com was completely useless in addressing the matter, years of using booking and that brought it to a halt.
• Ricardo (9/5): Nice location, but impatient and inflexible owners. - Good location, lovely unit, clean. One mattress was worse than all the others (who gets the lousy bed?). The owners bugged us to check out early though we needed to stay till 11:00, the pre agreed to checkout time. Since it’s an apartment you can’t leave your bags at the front desk if you arrive early or want to leave your bags after check out.
• Ling (5/5): Spacious with fabulous facilities as an apartment but not so clean. - The staff was friendly and helpful, this is very good. The facilities were sufficient and in good condition. The whole room was not so clean, the floor is quite dirty and sandy, even can see trash on it. There were ants in bathroom. The pillows on the couch and on the bed were dirty with odor.

• Christian (4/5): Principally ok, but (this specific appartment was) worn out - We were in C. Casanova, location was good, as described before. Landlords were supportive and reacted swiftly to emails, we were allowed to go to the appartment already at 1pm (instead of 3) to store our luggage. I was also offered to store the luggage on departure day in their office (quite close - we did not use that). This appartment (C. Casanova) urgently needs a renovation! There is room for improveness also in tidyness (but that's minor), the apparment really gives the feeling of being used for many years, which is ok, but now it's overdue for a renovation: Sewage system in the bath blocked, hairdryer not working, beds (in the extra rooms) not encouraging. All in all not much to do, but it should be done.

• Jamie (4/5): Dirty apartment, value for money but nothing more than that. - The location of the property was convenient. There was black mould in the shower which was able to be cleaned with abit of elbow grease but wasn’t, the drainage in the shower did not work properly, the shower head looked like it had not been cleaned for a while. When we checked into the apartment at 3pm the cleaner was still there and we had to wait an additional 30 mins with our 2 toddlers for her to finish. The TV reception was not working and we had to fix it. There were windows in to rooms which you could open wide and fall straight to the ground floor, easily accessible to a toddler. The couch had a bad odour, the overall cleanliness ness of this property was bad.

• Stocks (7/5): disappointed - Very helpful prior to visit , quick email replies and great assistance with taxi etc. 2 single beds were just travel beds. chair in front room was sponge and not ideal. 15 minute walk from main city centre/restaurants. Not in centre as described, not good late at night!! Majority pictures on website were not this property. No welcome pack or WiFi code(provided after I messaged)

• Carol (6/5): Good location, not as well kept as I’d have liked for the price though - A bit expensive for what it was and the TV didn’t work at all which was disappointing as after a busy day seeing Barcelona we had planned to stay in, cook some snacks and sit on the sofas to watch the euros at 9pm. We ended up going back out at 9.30 to find a sports bar so we might as well have stayed in a hotel. The downside of an apartment is nobody to help fix these issues in the evening.
