Grocery store just around the corner. Very comfortable and clean. Very well equipped. Friendly and swift customer service. We had a very pleasant stay.
• Nieves (8/5): Refugio en semana santa - La ubicación excelente, auque por la noche se oiga ruido de la calle al estar al lado de la plaza de la Merced. Era un edificio viejo, el ascensor era muy pequeño, por el tema maletas y la cocina también, aunque como estuvimos poco nos adaptamos bien. La habitación que dice que es doble cama es una cama supletoria que tienes que sacar al comedor porque en la habitación no cabe.

• IAN (10/5): EXCELLENT LOCATION AND APARTMENT HAD ALL WE NEEDED - Staff were very helpful on a couple of occasions,the Apartment was in. an excellent location,plenty of eating places off the Mercad Square less than 5 minutes,also very close to Old City centre,Cathedral and other major sites The Marina and beaches are within 20 minutes easy walk The Apartment was spacious and very clean,the kitchen whilst small was very well equipped,oven and stove top were very efficient and ample supply of pots and pans,everything was there to self. cater as we did

Väldigt centralt, restauranger och barer utanför porten och runt omkring, man kan inte bo mer centralt med gångavstånd till allt. Siempre han sido muy atentos y han ofrecido muchas facilidades a la hora de entregar las llaves o cualquier otra cosa que hayamos necesitado. El piso supera las expectativas: es moderno, acogedor, cómodo, precioso, adornado con mucho estilo, totalmente equipado (hasta secador de pelo en el baño y cocina con todos los utensilios que podáis necesitar). Lo tiene todo positivo!!! De verdad que el trato ofrecido por Homely ha sido fantástico! Una experiencia totalmente positiva. Vale la pena repetir con ellos. Eficientes y profesionales. Recomiendo la experiencia. No puedo poner ninguna pega porque es que todo el apartamento y atención es de diez... Si acaso, que el baño podía ser un poquito más amplio, pero como instalación es moderno, bonito y muy práctico, y el agua caliente sale enseguida y con buena presión!

• Annette (6/5): Een supercentrale locatie maar het appartement heeft duidelijk onderhoud nodig, vooral op het gebied van ventilatie en e - Het appartement is fantastisch gelegen, in een rustig zijstraatje op slechts tien meter van Plaza de la Merced. Een perfecte uitvalsbasis om Málaga te verkennen: vrijwel alles ligt op loopafstand, van winkels en restaurants tot bezienswaardigheden. Minder positief is de vocht- en schimmelgeur die direct opvalt zodra je het appartement binnenkomt. Ondanks dagelijks luchten, airco en geurstokjes bleef de geur de hele week aanwezig. In de badkamer zijn bovendien zwarte schimmelplekken in de voegen zichtbaar. Een ander punt van zorg: bij het uittrekken van een stekker komt het hele stopcontact mee uit de muur, onder andere bij de bank, in de keuken en in de badkamer – dat voelt niet veilig. De slaapkamers zijn erg klein; voor twee personen nog werkbaar, maar voor vier lijkt het erg krap. Het keukentje is volledig uitgerust, maar geschikt voor één persoon tegelijk.

• Ashish (8/5): Superb location and well appointed apartment! Close to old town and promenade! Nice little restaurants nearby. - Superb location and well decorated. Everything worked well and good communication with owner/manager. Good clean linen and towels. All windows had dark blinds which was useful as being on 5th floor the sunlight was bright. Slightly cramped everywhere - bathroom was quite small. And the main bedroom also one had to get into bed sideways.

• Iancu (9/5): Superb - Small cozy apartment very close to the city center, few steps from Plaza La Merced. The apartment has all the utilities, 5th floor, elevator, nice view to Alcazaba. Easy to get in the city center, Cathedral, Port, Alcazaba and the meaning of transport at the Paseo del Parque. Host was very nice and easy to get in contact to. Supermarket on the street. Due the supermarket on the street, during the night apartment can be noisy, actually all nights we had to sleep with closed windows. I would recommend also curtains against mosquitos, there were a few in the first day.

Excellent location, safe, very comfortable and beautiful flat. The shower soap dispenser did not work so you had to remove it from the wall and open the tube.

Would be good to provide tea, coffee, milk for drinks in a morning or evening. Mirror needed in twin room. Noisy at night but it’s in the town so maybe expect this a bit.
• Harriette (10/5): Great location and accommodation! - Early check in was a bonus! Excellent location. Very easy to get to by bus from airport. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. Grocery stores within a few minutes walk and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Outside room darkening shutters on all windows! My daughter and I loved pretty much everything about the place and location, but think it might be a bit small for 6 people.

There’s a smell Of damp In that room also. One towel for six nights is also not good enough
• Nabil (4/5): Not for me! Maybe OK for someone else! - Difficult address to find. Not so convenient parkign to get to and carry luggage. Bed was not comfortable. Noisy apartment in the floor above, lots of noise from the market on the side street, lots of noise from the early movement of whatever the people were moving, garbage and others.

• Emilia (5/5): Passable - The apartment was nice and clean. The host met me to hand over the key, very nice. Location is perfect. The lift was broken - meaning it's a hike up to the 6e floor. Beds were not really comfortable, very hard. It's a shame that there was not the basics in the apartment upon our arrival - such as coffee. And the coffee machine was full of grinds from a previous client. The shower head needs to be de-calcified - it dripped water instead of spraying it.

• Glen (7/5): Good - Good location Lift was broken and property is on 5th floor. We are pretty fit hikers but still found it draining to use stairs multiple times per day. Managers would have known about lift but acted "surprised" on our arrival.
• Delap (8/5): Excellent location right in the very centre of Malaga - clean and tidy, functional. - The key safe made it easy to arrive at any time - we were due to arrive late at night so took the stress out of delayed flights etc. Most of the beds were very comfy - the only issue was the sofa bed wasn't quite as comfortable to sleep on

Second time I stayed at one of their apartments in town and will def stay again with them on my next visit. Just to mention something the key lock it was a bit tricky to open the door

One of the bedrooms (with double bed) has thin walls or not soundproof windows. So it is very difficult to sleep. Also clubs under window do not helps with that. Some of pens do not works.

We were met at the building with the management staff who gave the keys and tour of the apartment. She was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very spacious clean and well equipped and decorated. And the view from the apartment was so good. The location was great, it was very close to all the attractions and also shopping and restaurants. There’s a big grocery store nearby. They even had a beach parasol. We loved the apartment and thought we might want to come back here again soon. Nothing

Had everything we needed to function normally during our 4 week stay: from pots and pans to blender, vacuum cleaner, washing machine and drying rack. The location is fantastic, very close to shops, restaurants and the beach is only short walk away. Our stay was very comfortable. Noisy at nights...but that's the price one have to pay staying in the heart of Malaga old town.
