• Jacek (4/5): fajne miejsce na semana santa - procesje co noc chodza pod samym balkonem, ale za to hałas całą noc - sniadań nie było. lokalizacja ok, ale ulica bardzo hałąśliwa. co jest dziwne bo byłą to wąska uliczka na obreżach starego miasta. natomiast zbuerali się tam codziennie młodzi ludie nacji arabskiej i inni "kolorowi" (bez urazy - chodzi o to że nie espanoles) i krzyki były do wczesnych godzin poranych czystośc - karaluchy w łazience, nie jakas inwazja ale kilka sztuk przez tydzien sie pojawiło 2. na podłodze potrzeby jakiś dywanik, wykłądzina cokolwiek, jest tam tylko terakota zimne duże kafle w całym mieszkaniu, moze w lato jest ok ale w marcu wieczorami i rano trzeba chodzić w butach bo w stopy zimno 3. kiepskie miejsce na auto na ulicy la calle fui casi siempre occupada a garaz tak mały i ciasny ze wiekszy samochód po prostu sie nie miesci (wiem co piszę - umiem BDB manerwować kazdym autem, potrafie zaparkowac "na centymetr" natomiast w tym garazu naprawde trzeba się "namanerwować" zeby wjechać a jeszcze bardziej zeby wyjechać jak stoi drugie auto - dla pań naprawdę nie polecam 4. gospodarz no lo se jaki porque nie widzielismy go, niby miły ale odpisuje z duzym opoxnieniem, jak cos trzeba na szybko dopytac to nie ma kontaktu nie odbiera a jak odpisze po kilkuynastu odzinach to juz temat nieaktualny 5. jeszcxe co do czystości - rury w fatalnym stanie, ciagl os bulgoce syczy po spuszczeniu owdy WC sie zapycha nagminnie warto przepchać przepychaczką albo chocia szczotką bo inaczej moze być "klops" ( w dosłowny m tego słowa znaczeniu🫣) 6 na ulicy nie ma koszy na smieci ale akurat było spowodowane ze akurat twała semana Santa i oczyszczali ulice ze wzystkich wolno stoj,acych rzeczy zeby procecje mogły chodzić - jak ktos chce zobaczyc to swiet oz bliska to miejsce idealne - co dziennie przez tydzien chodzą pod balkonem, nie trzeba kupowac biletó m idealnie widac, no tylko ze ze mozna wyjść z mieszkanie od jakiejs 22 no i mozna zapomniec o spaniu do jakiejsc 4 rano, to tyle tak na szybko, nie odsraszam ale tez nie namawiam, na pewno mozna sie lepiej zalogowac w maladze, ale tragedii tez nie ma, my nie siedzilismy w mieszkaniu tylko objezdzalismy andaluzje zatem dało rade wytrzymac
• Ricardo (8/5): Apartamento funcional para visitar Málaga - Está muy cerca del centro (menos de 10 minutos andando). Las camas eran cómodas. Tiene el aparcamiento a la vuelta del la esquina (literalmente). El estado general era bueno, y resultó funcional y cómodo para visitar la ciudad. El acceso al piso es algo incómodo si vas con mucho equipaje o tienes problemas de movilidad ya que hay que subir un tramo de escalera para llegar al ascensor, y éste es bastante lento, aunque cumple con su cometido. Hubiese estado bien tener jabón para la lavadora. Las fotos no se corresponden exactamente con el mobiliario actual. Las sillas son de plástico, aunque cumplen bien su función.

• JUANA (4/5): - Calefacción no calentaba correctamente, no echaba casi aire estando al máximo. Tostador viejo y roto. Agua caliente se terminó con la primera ducha breve y éramos 4 personas.

• Sara (6/5): Disappointed - In the centre for easy access to shops,bars etc I didn't like that I reported a leak coming from the ceiling in the shower room, the constant dripping got worse and kept us awake and as it was hot water that was coming through it made the entire appartment steam up and feel damp, also the leak prevented us from showering as brown deposits were in the shower tray, I was told someone would come and fix it, but after 17 hours nobody came. The electric kept tripping out even though we were not using any appliances !
• Guest (8/5): Situación muy buena con sus más y sus menos. Muy buena relación precio servicio - Ubicación perfecta, a pocos minutos del casco histórico. Muy limpio todo y camas cómodas Algunos cortes de agua durante la ducha. Al estar en el centro, espera ruidos durante el fin de semana por gente que vuelve de fiesta.

• Almudena (8/5): Repetiríamos - La ubicación estaba genial, ya que podíamos ir andando a cualquier sitio. Y el parking privado lo facilitaba bastante, ya que aparcar sería muy complicado en esa ubicación. Las camas muy cómodas y todo muy limpio. Al estar ubicado en el centro, había mucho ruido en el exterior (que no tiene culpa la casa) pero es lo único negativo, ya que dificultaba dormir.
• Joaquin Santino (4/5): Bien, pero no volvería a este apartamento. - Limpio y medianamente cerca del centro El barrio donde está ubicado es feo y sucio. El ascensor anda MUY lento. Y por último pero no menos importante, nos querían cobrar 20 euros para entrar antes del horario del check in. (Dicho sea de paso, tienen un horario muy tarde, 16 hs). En todos los lugares que estuvimos recorriendo si llegábamos antes y el apartamento ya estaba listo, nos permitían ingresar un rato antes si ya estábamos cerca sin cobrar ningún extra.

Garaż dostępny w cenie apartamentu - bez niego parkowanie w pobliżu apartamentu byłoby raczej niemożliwe. Drobne usterki w mieszkaniu - brakujący przycisk od spłuczki w toalecie, niedziałające oświetlenie nad lusterkiem w łazience. Ślady grzyba pod prysznicem. Jednego dnia rano znaleźliśmy w łazience na podłodze zdechłego karalucha, pomimo, że w mieszkaniu było naprawdę czysto.

• A (8/5): Klein, maar super fijn! - Schoon, in het centrum, goede airco. Geen vaatwasser, verder was er laat in de avond en vroeg in de ochtend wel veel lawaai buiten. Dit is dan nadeel van in het centrum verblijven.

• Darija (8/5): Very good - The apartment is nice, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is clean and decorated, but it’s not very suitable for small children, as there are glass tables with sharp edges and tiled floors throughout, which could pose safety risks. The location is fantastic, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the detailed instructions provided in advance. However, there are a couple of downsides worth . The sound insulation in the rooms is poor, so nighttime can be a bit challenging. Noise from street traffic, motorbikes, and people talking outside is quite noticeable, which might disturb light sleepers. For me personally was virtually impossible to get a good night's sleep due to constant street noise—cars, motorcycles, and loud conversations from passersby can be heard throughout the night. Additionally, while the host is detailed and helpful in their responses, responses were slower than expected. Overall, it’s a great choice if you prioritize location, nice and clean space.

• Jennelyn (4/5): Disappointing - The house is big and spacious The house is different from the picture than in person ,the sofa is old the washing machine is old and loud when you open it and when you use it it's like having an earthquake in the kithchen ,the aircon turn off automatically every 3hrs so you have to re open it every 3hrs and it is uncomfortable when you are sleeping,the 2nd night we stay there when we cameback from the playa there's no light because the general switch shutdown and we did not know it we call but no answer from the incharge person to that apartment.this apartment is only spacious but uncomfortable the chair in the table is dirty also.

• Florcamin (10/5): Exceptional - Location and great apartment! Would recommend 100%! The lift is a bit dodgy and broke down while there and I have an 80 year old mother but I contacted them and was fixed that same day!
