• Melody (10/5): Fantastic area to stay, easy to catch the metro or to walk, comfortable beds, easy living areas, clean, hot water, shamp - Ideal area to stay in, close to wonderful restaurants and cafes. Wonderful bedrooms with ability to open the windows and look down to see the life around. The patio at the top of the building was a fantastic place to hang out! The elevator broke down and we had to climb the stairs, but it was fixed by the end of the day. It would have been nice to be able to use the coupons at the other 365 cafes, the people weren’t very friendly.
• Sherry (8/5): Great apartment in the perfect location. - This was a great apartment in a wonderful location. Close to lots of places to eat. Walkable. The transportation system of Barcelona is great. Always a bus to catch and so simple. The rooftop terrace is lovely and you can see the Sagrade Familia from it. It says air conditioned but the bedrooms do not have air conditioning. It is only in the living room. There were fans but it was not enough. We did open windows at night and that helped.

• Xavier (9/5): Nous conseillons le lieu pour sa proximité avec les magasins, la Sagrada. - L'emplacement (très proche de la Sagrada Familia) et proche des magasins, les lits sont faits, les serviettes à disposition sur le lit, une bouteille d'eau et une bouteille de mousseux offertes dans le réfrigérateur, le petit déjeuner offert, la présence et la réactivité des hôtes : il manquait le bip du parking, cela a été réglé en 5 minutes. Je conseille le parking même s'il ne faut vraiment pas de grosses voitures pour le parking (les hôtes nous avaient informés et nous avaient demandés nos types de véhicules pour être sûr de pouvoir se garer). La connexion internet wi-fi qui n'était pas optimale, un peu bruyant (les voitures) mais cela ne dure vraiment pas,

• Donna (10/5): Perfect apartment in a perfect location. - Property was quiet, clean, comfortable and centrally located with beautiful views. Floors were lovely and the shower had great water pressure. It could use a couple softer sleeping pillows.

They had ice for us which we loved. Drain in bathroom shower was clogged up so my husband had to clean it out. one of the bathroom showers was extremely small, to the point you would struggle in it if you were not petite like me. Noisy from main street out front, but we used the fans provided so that did help some.

• Mary (9/5): Great apartment managers and great central location made for a wonderful stay! - Firstly, the communication from Karolina was great, and she could not have been more helpful or accommodating! It was nice to actually have a person to talk to instead of just communicating with a nameless organization online. The property was roomy and well equipped with a nice kitchen and comfortable beds. The kitchen had most necessities and the bottle of cava for us was much appreciated. We also really enjoyed the huge terrace on the top floor. A good place to unwind after long days exploring, and wonderful views of the city. We also liked the location a lot-near restaurants and walkable to Casa Battlo and other sights. The shower stall was a bit small, and the shower in the tub was a bit slippery.

The staff was amazingly accommodating and responded promptly to all questions. This was a very family-friendly location, providing us with two mobile cribs and highchairs for our twins. Location was ideal very easy to walk to attractions and restaurants. Plenty of good thick towels supplied. The roof terrace was a lovely spot, took our bottle of cave to enjoy when the sun was setting. Shower though good, the shower stall was very small making it difficult to manoeuvre when inside. It would have been helpful to see either the building number or Picasso Suites displayed on the front door.

• Roni (8/5): מלון דירות פונקציונלי במיקום טוב. - מיקום מרכזי, שמאפשר לחוות גם שכונת מגורים. בקרבה יש את השוק השכונתי. בדירה יש מטבח מצויד (קומקום, תנור, כיריים, מיקרוגל וטוסטר לחצנים) שמאפשר לבשל עם פינת ישיבה מרווחת. בדירה ששכרנו היתה מכונת כביסה. צוות המלון היה מאוד נכון לעזור גם בשעות בהן לא היו נוכחים פיזית (מלון דירות והנוכחות הפיזית היא בשעות הבוקר). זרם המים החמים לא היה רציף מאחר ומדובר בחימום בגז. מסך הטלויזיה קטן. התמחור היה גבוהה, אך יתכן וקשור גם לכנס שהיה באותו שבוע בעיר ולהבנתנו גם במלונות אחרים במועד שהתארחנו המחירים היו גבוהים.

Byt je priestranný, pekne zariadený. V jednej izbe bol veľmi zlý matrac. Steny sú trošku tenké, čiastočne počuť hluk z chodby a výťahu. Vzhľadom k tomu, že nás bolo ubytovaných 5 priateľov a nie manželské dvojice, tak nám nevyhovoval jeden veľký spoločný paplón na posteli.

A lovely surprise was the free breakfast and the cute café right across the street. We noticed some reviews mentioning noise as an issue. The location is extremely central, so one of the bedrooms faces the street, and you can hear some traffic. However, the second bedroom is very quiet. For us, it wasn’t a problem at all. A beautiful shared roof terrace is a bonus. Huge thanks for the late check-out at 7 PM — it meant a lot since we had a late flight. We’d definitely recommend this place! None

We rented thinking we had a washing machine in our apartment, but unfortunately, that was only for apartments with three bedrooms. The staff went above and beyond to make things right for us. They were so friendly, helpful, and kind. The location was good and the size of the apartment was great. The bottle of champagne was a wonderful touch and the rooftop terrace was nice with a nice little view of the city. It was hard to be sure we were in the right place when checking in as there was no sign for the building and location descriptions did not say “next to Nine restaurant” or “two doors down from the plant nusery”. The refrigerator was badly in need of a defrosting and smelled strongly of fish, but staff was happy to resolve that for us.

• Clarissa (8/5): super functioneel ingericht appartement - de locatie was heel goed, het personeel heel vriendelijk. het appartement was precies wat we nodig hadden halverwege onze road trip - alles wat we nodig hadden was er. super functioneel en comfortabel ingericht. heel fijn dat je voor iedere dag een bon krijgt voor koffie en een broodje bij de koffiebar aan de overkant. het was voor ons echt perfect, want we zochten iets super functioneels. verwacht geen state of the art hip ingericht romantisch appartement, het is (zoals de recensies ook zeggen) best verouderd. maar het werkt. en het is schoon en alles is er. het is fijn dat er een garage onder het appartement is, maar realiseer je dat deze gebouwd is op kleine spaanse autootjes. met onze midsize auto werden de bochten met ingeklapte spiegels heel spannend millimeterwerk, ik zou er niet nog eens gaan staan. een stationwagon zou de bochten niet kunnen maken denk ik. oordoppen zijn een must want het ligt boven een restaurant met terrassen waar mensen laat zitten. maar alles meer good to know dan iets anders - ik zou er zou weer verblijven.

• Yoav (9/5): Highly recommended, with no issues at all. - The apartment was very comfortable and spacious and had pretty much all that we needed: a safe, well-equipped kitchen, great showers, enough soap and towels. There was an employee downstairs every day, who was very nice and ready to help us, if we needed help. Unexpectedly, they gave us many free vouchers for a snack and a drink in a nearby sandwich shop. Things to consider: The apartment is above a busy road, so there was inevitable noise, although the windows were good and made it bearable. Still, some noise got in, so take that into account, if you are sensitive to noise. Also, take into account that there is no drier for the clothes, so after the laundry machine, you will need to hang your laundry (and there was a good drying rack). Also note that the weather was great, so we did not need to use the AC or the heating system, so we don't know about their quality. A few very minor things that can be easily improved by the staff: There were many plates, glasses, fork, knives, and so on, but there was only one bowl (for cerial and the such). One or two of the very big pillows seem completely worn out, the iron was of very low quality, the lids didn't fit the pots.

I gestori sono molto cordiali e l'appartamento è molto grande dovrebbero avere una dotazione di posate e utensili da cucina più ampia. non ci sono balconi e le finestre non sono molto isolanti rispetto al rumore costante che proviene dalle strade.

• Oleksandr (10/5): В апартаментах было все, что нужно для проживания ( фен, утюг, гладильная доска, все кухонные принадлежности). Мы остали - Отличное расположение апартаментов, терраса с превосходным видом на город , напротив здания есть крытая парковка, магазины и рестораны. Так же на метро, которое находится недалеко от дома, можно комфортно доехать до пляжа. Практически все достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности. Все было супер 👍🏼
