• Ivana (10/5): - Amazing apartment! Everything was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The check-in was super easy with clear instructions, and the host was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The WiFi worked perfectly and the apartment had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city and would love to stay here again!

• Natalia (8/5): It was a good stay - The apartment and location were really good - q about 15 minutes to the centre. I took a train from the airport and walked to the property, which was convenient. The neighborhood is decent, I heard the garbage collection at night but no other disruption. The only thing that I disliked is when I arrived after 20 hr trip, really tired, the apartment was not quite ready. I started to charge the phone just to realize that the power was off. After turning on the power, I had to wait for 40 minutes to take a shower as there was no hot water. The fridge was full of water and I had to clean it.

• Dmitrij (10/5): Simply good apartment in Malaga. - Communication with the host was excellent, all necessary information was provided in a timely manner, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The location of this place is good for it's price, few grocery shops nearby, about 15 min walk to city center. If the windows are open, noises from the streets can be noisy at times, also room sound isolation is not perfect but that didn't bother us.
• Stochita (9/5): Superb - The apartment is near the city center, like 7-10 minutes away from it, and it is really nice that all the streets nearby bring you there. It is really quite on the night time and also on the day, because it's not really on the city center and it's a good plus for that. It's clean, and cosy, and you have everything that you want for a mini city break. Also the buss station is 2 minutes away, and with that buss you can reach wherever you want in Malaga is a good connection for every place nearby. It's a good deal for quality and price, and also the owner is friendly and helpful with restaurants, attractions nearby, and also with the coordonates for reaching the apartament, really precised with photos and everything. They don't have the breakfast service included, but in my opinion I think that they could make a deal with a cafè nearby, because they are a lot, with a voucher or something like this for a coffee and a churros or a coffee and a sandwhich, it could be really nice and a good suggestion. It's not a thing that we did not appreciated it's more like a suggestion to try for the future.😊
• Dimitar (1/5): Bad - Location as I like to stay in that neighborhood always when in Málaga. First on the booking page it was said that I can pay the deposit in cash. Then they demanded payment online upfront, not respecting the booking.com conditions. I did pay all that. I have also indicated my arrival time on Booking.com. They said they will contact me on WhatsApp additionally, even though I have transferred all payments and gave them my arrival time. Then I got a few more messages in booking.com from the property to ask for my arrival time AGAIN. Then I got the same request on WhatsApp on the day of arrival. Quite a lot of messy communication, if seems different people at that company don't talk to each other. Finally they told me they will not come for my check in and just leave the key in a box. Fine. The problem with that is there was nobody did a check-in inspection. So here's what happened. I got an event in Benalmadena at 20.00 and I only arrived in the studio at 18.30 with the plan to take a very quick shower, charge my phone a bit during that time as the battery was almost dead after a full day of travel between 3 different countries. Guess what? There was NO ELECTRICITY in the apartment and a dirty wet towel on the floor of the shower cabin! So I did not manage to do anything...after a while I sorted the issue myself by checking all fuses and because of that I was late for an event which was the only reason to come to Málaga that time. I told that to the property managers and they just sent me recommended restaurants by them...like I haven't spent months in Málaga. Avoid this apartment and the company that manages them: Sea and Wave. Unprofitable. If they have asked 3 times for my arrival time and generate so much stress for me to know the exact hour, they could have just stayed to do a check when I enter the apartment and fix their problem themselves. Instead they just went home and left me to fix their own crap. It was 18.30, not midnight or something.
