• Khulud (10/5): دائماً وابداً اختياري prime residense arkadia💛💛 - ذي ثالث مره ارجع واحجز عندهم .. الاستوديو باطلاله ع النيل وممشى القاهرة وجنب فندق الفورمنت 😍 المكان نفسه لو في تصنيف نجوم اعطيه 5* نظافة الاستوديو وتجهيزاته والمناشف وادوات الحمام وانتم بالكرامه مناشف وصابون وسليبرات والديكورات فندقية والتحف والمجسمات وحتى الشموع الفواحه موجوده وتعطير المكان خيااااال وموجود خدمة تنظيف الغرف وتغيير المفارش والمناشف يومياً وبسعر رمزي جداً واحياناً بدون مقابل كرماً منهم ☺️ اما من ناحية الامان عاااااالي جداً 24 ساعه حارس العماره والكاميرات من مدخل المبنى لحد باب الغرف والشقق والاستوديو 😌 والخدمات كل شي موجود عندك وحواليين المبنى هذا غير انه موجود الفندق في مول متكامل من صيدلية العزبي الشهيره ومكاين صرف عمله ومطاعم وسوبر ماركت ومحلات تسوق كثيره بالمول 👌🏻 واخيراً وليس آخراً خليت تقييم الموظفين للأخير .. لأن لو بكتب عن اخلاقهم واحترامهم وادبهم والله العظيم ما توفيهم 28 حرف .. اي شي احتاجه بس ارسل لهم من قبل وصولي وبس الاقي رد تم وحاضر واعتبريه حصل .. هم اثنين موجودين في ادارة الفندق ومتواجدين في 24 ساعه الأخ زياد والأخ محمد .. نعم الرجال والاحترام والرقي والتعامل .. طلبت سرير اضافي ولقيته موجود من قبل وصولي ومتجهز بأحلى تجهيز وكان كرم منهم والله العظيم الأخ زياد تأخرت رحلتي ووصلت قبل الفجر تفاجأت انه متابع رحلتي ويتواصل معاي يقول لحد ماتدخلي الاستوديو واطمن انه كل شي تمام وماتحتاجي شي اضافي وبعدين انام .. في أكثر من كذا حرص واهتمام من ادارة الفندق 🥹💛 وما أنسى مسؤول تنظيف وخدمة الغرف الأخ حسين .. امين جداً جداً وينظف من قلب بلمسات فندقيه فاخره حتى الملابس بس ابلغه اني احتاج غسيل ومكوى ياخذها ويجهزها والاقيها جاهزه لما ارجع وبأسعار رمزيه جداً ورغم كثرة الضغط والشغل عليه ابتسامته ماتختفي رغم التعب وكل شي حاضر وخدووووووم جداً اتمنى اني قدرت اوصل للي حاب يحجز مدى سعادتي ورضاي التام عن هذا المكان بموظفينه .. فعلاً طيبة وكرم الشعب المصري هم اثبتوها قولاً وفعلاً 💛💛 لايوجد

• Ruth (3/5): No lo recomiendo, me han tratado como personas de segundo - La ubicación Nos dieron una habitación con malas ventanas y se oía ruido día y noche. La ducha daba muy poquita agua. Pedimos Cambio de habitación Varias veces porque sabíamos que habitación mejores pero no me hicieron caso. Me dieron una habitación de muy mala calidad haciendo pagado igual que todo el mundo. He solicitado factura y no me lo han dado y tampoco me ha solucionado el problema booking. Trabajadores hablaban la mayoría nada de inglés y era imposible hablar con ellos.

• Abdallah (9/5): Very good location to stay, even with partners or colleagues. - I had a very pleasant stay in this studio. The location is excellent and very easy to reach. There is some vehicle noise outside, but personally it did not bother me at all. The reception team was outstanding, especially Mohamed Said. He is an exceptionally kind, helpful, and respectful person , calm, gentle, and always ready to assist. It is rare to meet such genuinely good people. Highly recommended! Everything is ok

The location is amazing, right by the Nile, with a beautiful view that really makes a difference. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed, which made the whole experience even better. The place felt comfortable and welcoming, and it was easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a nice spot with a great view and kind, helpful people.

L'appartement était spacieux et entièrement équipé : cuisine, salle de bains, etc. La connexion internet était lente et instable la plupart du temps. J'aurais préféré que le ménage soit fait tous les jours, et non tous les trois jours environ. Sinon, tout était parfait.

Hot water was an issue, One person wound shower and hot water was over. Pillows are abit hard thy bed to change. Location on booking.com is wrong, thy need to change it.

• Thierry (8/5): Très bon rapport qualité-prix, personnel extrêmement chaleureux et accueillant, je recommande ! - Les responsables à la réception ne parlaient pas ou peu anglais mais étaient extrêmement gentils et dévoués : ils ont tout fait pour répondre à mes besoins et rendre mon séjour agréable. Merci beaucoup ! Le studio était très joli mais un peu bruyant en l'absence de double vitrage. Attention à l'entretien à plus long terme également (ex. store cassé).

• Lyndsay (5/5): The view and the size are unbeatable, but this hotel needs a deep clean and some electrical work. - The staff and the view were the highlights of this property. The size of the apartment was also helpful for our group. Staff acted quickly to help when they could. Floors left our feet black, desperately needed a mop. Outlets didn’t work or stopped working throughout or stay. Water shot from hot to freezing, with the majority of water being uncomfortably cold. Apartment isn’t stocked properly for 5 people, linens or dishes.

The reception team helped in arranging many services from airport pickup once i arrived till visiting grand new egypt museum and eh - ramat, others, room was very clean, newly equipped facilities and very specious. location is exceptionally amazing as within walking distance you are reach many entertainment facilities, restaurant, walk at the nile, among others. Highly recommended. If you want to chill and relax, it's recommended, otherwise not.

• Ebi Parker (7/5): Family holiday in cairo - Location was good, apartment is spacious Value for money, friendly staff.. Noise from the street,could not sleep.. Apartment was not cleaned properly The pictures on the website is abit deceiving. Its not a new Apartment like the pictures shows, its old and revamped to a certain extend. There is mould all over the ceilings in bathroom and living room.

• Ela (7/5): Fine place for shot stay - Great communication before and during stay. Very loud from the street.

• salah (8/5): استمتعت جدا بالإقامة والمقابل المالي ممتاز جدا بالنسبة للإقامة والموقع والعاملين متاحين لراحتكم وأخصهم طارق - نظيف والاستديو حديث ومجدد والعاملين لطفاء وأخصهم الاستاذ طارق كان متعاون بكل معنى الكلمة ومتاح 24 من اجل راحتنا بالمصري إنسان جدع والمكان امان ومقابل ممشى مصر ومجمع اركيديا تحت السكن وكل شي قريب منك ويوجب تنظيف يومي وقت الطلب من غير مقابل
