• Solange (8/5): - Tiene todo lo que necesitas para una cómoda estadía, está muy lindo renovado, han sabido aprovechar los espacios para tener baños dentro de las habitaciones, y está en una muy buena ubicación. El check in es a las 4pm, consulte si podía hacerlo antes y me dijeron que si a las 2pm o 2:30pm. Cuando llegue al lugar directo del aeropuerto no me permitieron ingresar y ni siquiera me facilitaron dejar las maletas en el lugar. Tuve que ir al evento con maletas, sin poder acomodarme y encima con el gasto adicional en taxis para ir y venir.

• Yordan (10/5): Great stay at the heart of Barcelona - Top location, great apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay, two bathrooms and toilet so all can use it as they see fit. Easy to come and go from the apartment, no need to contact anybody. App did not worked with my location initially.
• Gregory (9/5): Overall a great place to stay - we would consider it again. - Great location, right in between two desirable neighborhoods and ultra convenient for transport. The decor and arrangement of the property were top class. We also appreciated the well stocked kitchen and quietness despite being in a busy area. The electronic door keys were a nice touch too. We struggled to get into the place because the instructions from the property manager had the wrong floor listed. So it took a while to figure that out and was somewhat stressful as we had kids with luggage crammed into the narrow stairwells for a while there. But the hosts were very responsive when we called. Also the main shower drain was slow and nearly clogged during out time there so we had to use the other shower for fear of a puddle forming on the floor.

• Oriane (6/5): Très bel appartement mais des désagréments qui auraient pu être évités - L’emplacement, central et proche de tout. L’appartement est spacieux, un super dressing, et plusieurs salle d’eau. Très bien équipé, ne manque de rien ! Malheureusement les draps (alèses) d’oreiller et de lit étaient extrêmement sales c’était assez répugnant. Et il y avait une odeur très désagréable dans l’appartement et encore pire dans l’immeuble. Nous avons dû ôter les coussins du canapé et les laisser dans un coin du salon notamment car cela sentait très mauvais. Nous devions laisser les fenêtres ouvertes un maximum malgré le bruit.

• Anthony (9/5): Comfortable and perfect location for our sightseeing and for restaurants. - Well equipped apartment although we chose to eat out. Great location. Access to the property. We struggled to understand how we could enter the building but realised we had to wait until the check-in time for the electronic entry system to work. Would have been nice to have gained entry earlier as we had to hang around.

It had everything we needed, including a coffee machine (a must for me). Nothing, was great

• Den (10/5): Excellent stay – quiet, clean, and great location - Excellent stay – quiet, clean, and great location Very clean and newly renovated apartment in a quiet building – no noise from neighbors. Perfect location for walking to major sights. Shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. Highly recommend La Plaça Gourmet Cafeteria with a beautiful view of Barcelona. Only small issue – no soap or shampoo provided. Otherwise, everything was great!

• Marwa (1/5): No elevator, 2nd/3rd floor apartment, bad experience and customer service. - Location. I booked this apartment because it provides an elevator in its description. Since we were only 2 persons, I had an elderly with health conditions can’t go up the 3 floors stairs. However, the elevator worked for only a half day when I was staying there. All other days it was broken. Although I have messaged the property several times mentioning that we can not manage with a broken elevator as I have an elderly person with health issues, and the flat is on the third floor! I told them that we have large luggage and they should fix the elevator before our check-out time at least, or send anybody that can help us with the luggage through the 3 floors, or compensate us to pay someone to help us. They refused to provide any help although we provided different solutions for them. We were harmed because of this situation as mentioned nobody could help us or at least compensate us for the broken elevator! The property behavior was unacceptable, they mentioned that this is the building issue not ours, and this is not a hotel where you can ask for luggage help! This property did not meet the criteria written and agreed on in the contract to provide a working elevator. This is unacceptable by them, specially of they are going to withhold a 300 euros deposit from the tenants when he even can’t secure there basic needs! I communicated this issue to the booking customer service, and guess what? They didn’t solve the problem. The property later on offered a 50 euros as a compensation, where they mentioned incorrect information saying that we didn’t have an elevator for 1 day only! Misleading and incorrect they know that and I communicated all the information with them before. Such a shame! Not the property nor the booking customer service could provide the proper service to their customer. This will be the last time to use it.
• Pricilla (8/5): Very good - The kitchen and living room was spacious. Kitchen well equipped. No coffee, tea, or sugar. If you arrive late, this provision add a special touch to check in. No bed covers for bedding. The sink in the main bathroom was extremely, I mean extremely small, difficult to wash your face. The bed in the main room is very uncomfortable (almost like the matress is worn out). Only 1 towel per person supplied for our 5 night stay. They advised check out was at 12, our room was deactivated at 10am.

• Hannah (1/5): The elevator dosemt with and they do not refund back full amount of deposit. - Location was good. The apartment asks you to deposit €300 but I had such a hard time to get it back. They asked me to use PayPal to make a deposit before check in but instead of REFUNDING me, they made a “PAYMENT” as I sold a product to them after check out. Not only I ended up paying fee(tax) after so many emails back and forth, it will take a month to get it from PayPal. What a terrible experience I had with this apartment management. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
• Darrell (8/5): Very good - The location is great. The apartment is well appointed. The online staff were responsive and helpful. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the hot water didn't work very well, but these were minor issues.

• Pamela (9/5): Superb - Location was excellent. Easy access to transportation and restaurants. Three washrooms. Nice decor. Well appropriated kitchen. There was a sewer odour in the stairwell - but not in the rooms. Could have used more dishwasher detergent.
