• Attila (10/5): Imádtuk !!! - Egyszerűen fantasztikus a kilátás, kényelmes, jól felszerelt az apartman! A kikötő 3 perc séta, az óváros 6 perc! A vendéglátó nagyon kedves! Nem volt ilyen!

• Amanda (9/5): Gorgeous views, comfortable room. - Views were amazing. The lighting was really cool and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Very spacious, quiet. Close to lots of things. We were there on Christmas Eve and day and had no issues finding places To eat. Also the extra blankets and pillows were nice! I agree with other reviewers. Some place To hang your towel would be nice. There is space in my opinion for a towel warmer which would be a nice amenity. For the price you pay upgrading towels and bedding would be nice. Door was hard to figure out.

Atrašanās vieta ļoti piemērota gan vecpilsētas apskatei, gan pludmales atpūtai. Autobusu pietura 10 min gājiemā. Saimnieks ļoti laipns un izpalīdzīgs.

• Elisabeth (10/5): What an amazing place to stay - We stayed in this wonderful apartment for one night on October 12, 2025, because we attended a jazz concert at the harbor. The apartment exceeded all our expectations. It is centrally located — the old town and the harbor are within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around the property, as well as supermarkets and shopping options. The apartment is on the 16th floor of a high-rise building, with an incredible view of the sea, the harbor, and the sandy beach. Check-in and check-out, as well as receiving the keys, went very smoothly with the help of Mr. Andres. We arrived by car, so we needed a garage space, which made parking much easier — and it was in the same building as the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had a modern style. The shutters, lighting, and air conditioning all operated by remote control. The beds were comfortable. The window of the master bedroom overlooked the castle. In the living room, all the glass doors could be slid open. The view was simply fantastic — both during the day and at night. No street noise could be heard once the doors were closed.

• Madeleine (6/5): Schöner Ausblick- sonst nichts! - Das Apartment liegt wunderschön am Strand mit herrlichem Ausblick, in die Innenstadt ist es nicht weit- ca 10min zu Fuß. Nette Aufmerksamkeiten in der Küche (Wasser, Kaffee, Milch, Snacks). Die Kommunikation war so schlecht wie noch bei keiner anderen Unterkunft, welche ich über Booking gebucht habe. Der Vermieter schreibt erst Tage später zurück, man kennt sich nicht aus, wie man eincheckt, wie man in das Gebäude gelangt usw. Man soll bei ‚Portera‘ (Mr. Andres, welcher sehr sehr nett ist) klingeln, es gibt allerdings keine Türklingel mit ‚Portera‘ angeschrieben. Wir sind ewig vorm Haus gestanden, eine alte Dame und hat uns dann reingelassen und schlussendlich haben wir Mr. Andres gefunden. Beim Auschecken genau dasselbe- keine Anweisungen, wo man den Schlüssel lassen soll, Vermieter nicht erreichbar. Auf den Handtüchern und im Bett waren schwarze Haare-igitt! Und die Küche war in extrem schlechtem Zustand (gesprungener Herd). Und dann soll man 300€ Kaution hinterlegen, hatte schon Angst, dass man mir einen Schaden verrechnet, welcher bereits da war- Herd. In der Nacht extrem laut am Gang, Kinder die schreien, es wurde sogar versucht von außen hineinzukommen- vielleicht an der Tür geirrt- oder Schlimmeres?! Wahnsinn!

The host was also very nice and helpful. Finding the apartment was a bit challenging. We had to park our car and walk around to locate it, but finding a parking space on the street was also difficult.

Andres was a great concierge; he was friendly and attentive to us. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. Coffee, water, and mini snacks are available. Definitely the best place to stay in Malaga.

A good choice of bars restaurants, supermarkets nearby. The property itself is modern, comfortable & well appointed with stunning views across to Malaguleta Beach & Malaga Harbour The living room has a nearly full view in all directions from the 16th floor with floor to ceiling windows that fully open - so that the view was virtually unobstructed - a spectacular and a stunning feature of the property! Nothing obvious
• Dave (9/5): One of the best apartments I've visited, and I've stopped in many! - Location was awesome, the facilities were great. Loved the controllable coloured lighting, and large windows that you can open. Great sea views and access to local amenities. Concierge and the owner a pleasure to deal with. One I'd definitely revisit. Could have done with more towels, e.g. there wasn't one for our feet. I wished some of other rooms were unlocked, not that I needed them but the awesome views were so good I just wanted more! These things are only minor though, nothing that spoilt our stay.
• Uri (7/5): Pretty good - Great location great area close to beach, small supermarket nearby, has all the kitchen ware. Has a good sofa bed. Manager lives upstairs so you can easily message him for help. The deco is odd very tacky especially the mirror above the bed. The bed is also sloped you can tell it’s had many guests before. Cleaning is not the most professional.
