• Alice (8/5): Comodo ed efficiente - Stra comodo come posizione, in pieno centro e senza rumori fastidiosi di movida di notte. Con tutte le caratteristiche basilari per un buon soggiorno. Ci sono stati dei problemi con il wc ed è stato difficile contattare l'host a riguardo, però poi si sono risolti da soli.
• Iker Carrera (8/5): Ubicación inmejorable con excelente calidad/precio para pocos dias y dos personas. - Ubicación inmejorable, personal muy bueno que nos dejó entrar un poco antes porque no había inquilinos anteriores y cocina muy bien equipada Poca luz natural y la cama algo incómoda.

• Guest (8/5): Contar con lo necesario para pasar agradable - La ubicación, muy cercano al área turística. La limpieza y la colaboración brindada para poder ingresar en la mañana y no en la tarde como estaba programada. La mesa pequeña para comer que no se pudo abrir porque estaba dañada.
• MANUEL ANGEL (8/5): - La localización, muy céntrica. Pero complicado para llegar con el coche porque las calles están restringidas al tráfico. La cama de matrimonio. Estaba inclinada hacia el centro. El sofá cama. Se clavaban los perfiles del bastidor.
• Prasoon (2/5): Avoid - Location is pretty good! Apartment is very dark, bed is not comfortable and there is no natural light. There is construction work going on.
• Dijana (10/5): Exceptional - Location is very good, in the city centre. Everything is very close. Apartmant is very clean and nice. Maybe small for 4 person.
• Murphy (6/5): Pleasant - Central location. Lovely and clean with everything you need. Sofa settee was uncomfortable and there was maintenance carried out whilst we stayed. (Appreciate no fault of owners) and was at times annoying. Very little natural light and airflow in appartment.

• Chia (6/5): Pleasant - Clean and fully equipped apartment. The location is very convenient. The water heater did not work well. Property management did not give help/advice on how to adjust. It’s a bit gloomy bec all windows open to bottom of air wells. Entrance was blocked by an unresponsive hobo one day and property management did not respond to us requesting for help to get out of the apartment.
• Cristian (7/5): We enjoyed our stay, and the location. - The property is situated in a good location. Everything was clean, all the required utilities (including beds, AC, Tv etc) were functional and in good condition. Communication with the property owner and the lady that provided the keys was excellent. The outside windows of the apartment are essentially useless, as they face some inner and relatively close rectangular building space with larger piping for utilities. Therefore they do not provide a lot of natural light and give the kitchen a bit of strange feeling.

• Liudmyla (10/5): Exceptional - The appatment is in the center, but there is no noise and you can rest well. Everything was fine, flat was clear and have everything for good live. The landlady is very nice and friendly.
