• Peter (8/5): Great way to finish a five week holiday - The location close to the beach suited us for the type of stay we were wanting. Right on bus route and taxi stand around corner to get to Malaga central.
• Jo (9/5): Handy location and helpful host. - Really handy location. 10 min bus into city centre - buses are very regular and the stop is very close to the apartment. It is about an hours walk along the sea front if you want some exercise. It's also very close to the Spanish school I was attending. The beachfront was closed for refurb work whilst I was there but it is easy walking distance to other beaches. The host was very helpful and the apartment was cleaned mid way through my stay. There are a couple of supermarkets within walking distance as well as restaurants. The road outside is busy and quite noisy. I think you would want ear plugs if you want to sleep with the windows open.

The terrace is noisy due to the road but we expected this and wasn’t really a problem. Some local information, restaurants etc WiFi code would have been helpful.. And perhaps a bottle of water in the fridge. We arrived late and it was dark. We couldn’t find a shop and eventually found a petrol station to buy some basics. A small welcome pack would be a good option Also, the oven didn’t have any instructions and it was a little unusual to have no information at the property.

The location is perfect—just a few steps from the coast and very close to the bus stop. The apartment is stylishly decorated and, despite its near-road location, it was very quiet inside. Also, the host was incredibly kind and helpful, with excellent communication throughout Everything was great, although the apartment could use a few more basic items, like a dish rack for drying dishes. Other than that, it was fully equipped and very comfortable.

Niedaleko sklepy, piękna promenada, morze, siłownia „pod chmurką” z świetnym miejscem do obserwacji zachodów słońca. Mieszkanie czyściutkie i dobrze wyposażone. Super kontakt z właścicielem. Na + balkon, z którego można obserwować zielone papużki i zjeść śniadanko. Z okna widok na przepiękny kościółek. Bez problemu można zaparkować auto. Chętnie wrócimy do tego miejsca. ♥️ -

Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui n'est pas grave en soi, mais l'hote n'a jamais répondu a mon message quand je lui ai fait part de ce dysfonctionnement et n'a pas répondu a ma question concernant le stationnement.

Mieliśmy wynajęty samochód, więc nie korzystaliśmy z komunikacji publicznej ale pod domem znajdował się przystanek autobusowy, z którego często odjeżdżały autobusy do centrum. Blisko do supermarketu i wypożyczalni rowerów - polecam. Mieszkanie na 2 piętrze, bardzo ładnie urządzone, wyposażone we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. W budynku jest winda.

Myös 2 hyvää ruokakauppaa oli lähellä sekä lukuisia ravintoloita sekä ranta. Palaan varmasti uudelleen ja voin suositella. Asunto oli laadukkaasti remontoitu ja oli hyvin viihtyisä. • Rosana (10/5): Muy lindo y comodo departamento cerca de la playa y de Malaga. - La ubicación del lugar, la comodidad porque tienen un ascensor para poder llevar maletas al segundo piso, cochera privada y la terraza. Comodo y funcional, tiene lavavajillas y lavarropas. La cama comoda y la cocina completa. La anfitriona nos recomendó muchos lugares para comer y recorrer. Muy buenos!!

• Craig (8/5): - Great location, little studio flat had everything for a short stay near Malaga, we really loved the area, especially around the beach, easy to access the flat and no hassle to book, kept informed by the host and most helpful with everything 😀 Some of the cupboards were too high to access, so couldn't use all the utensils or safety deposit box, the hot water from the kitchen tap was far too hot, could easily scold yourself if not careful, apart from that all good

There is only a very little space, which will do if you are there for 2 or 3 days, but it is limited when you are there for 8 days

• Sabine (8/5): Zeer goed verblijf! Aan te raden - Mooi, ruim appartement. Alles voorradig. Vaatwas, wasmachine, koffiezet etc. Op 5 min wandelen van het strand. Op 1 minuut wandelen van de bus. Enige nadeel voor mij is dat het terras aan de voorkant ligt, best een drukke baan. Dus je kan wel effe buiten zitten maar niet te lang. Ook voor het slapen, ook al zijn er rolluiken, hoor je het verkeer wel goed.

Tem uma varanda espaçosa e funcional que permite fazer refeições no exterior. A 5 min a pé da praia e de paragens de autocarro permitindo um acesso rápido, cerca de 10 min, ao centro histórico. Pouco cuidado e atenção à limpeza do mobiliário da varanda e do pavimento.. Alguns pormenores de funcionamento aqui e ali das portas e janelas mas que foram rapidamente resolvidas pelos gestores do alojamento.

• Ana Voicu (6/5): Not quite what we expected! - Bus station a few steps away, supermarket at 6 min and beach at a very short walk. We got a bit dispointed at arrival, as we were sold on a Deluxe dream that fell somewhat short. This is a small studio apartment (all in one room + a separate very small bathroom) and not matched the description of an apartment with a living and a separate bedroom. No dining table or chairs to eat at, and a few other things that could be more practical and not just visually pleasing. I would only recommend this for 1-2 nights and not a full week, is simply too small and with no outside space.

L'appartamento è tutto sommato bello, ma carente in alcune cose che vado a elencare: Guardaroba assolutamente insufficiente, ci stanno a malapena gli abiti x un weekend, per un soggiorno più lungo, come il nostro di 10 giorni ho dovuto lasciare gli abiti sul divano, sul tavolo e sullo stendino, inaccettabile. Appartamento x 2 con una sedia sola, se volevamo mangiare facevamo a turno? Per la pulizia ho dovuto due volte chiedere all' host, dopodiché è stata effettuata. L'accesso esterno all' appartamento è fatiscente , sporco e trascurato, i cancelli difettosi e sempre aperti. Il bagno ha il porta carta igienica rotto. Inoltre, ma questa è una mia personale opinione, non gradisco la gestione degli appartamenti senza contatto con l'host, scambiare messaggi su booking non è la soluzione ottimale per un servizio di qualità, è senz'altro la più comoda e economica per chi gestisce gli appartamenti. Suggerisco di specificare che l'host non è presente. Ho fatto queste considerazioni con spirito costruttivo nella speranza che si possa intervenire per migliorare e rendere perfetto questa struttura.
• Maja (9/5): Prijetno in udobno, odlična lokacija! - Najina izkušnja z nastanitvijo je bila res odlična. Že ob prihodu naju je navdušila odlična lokacija (dovolj blizu vsega potrebnega) – avtobusna postaja je bila cca. 20 m stran. Prostori so bili čisti, lepo urejeni in udobni. Kuhinja je bila popolnoma opremljena. Balkon je bil še posebej prijeten – popoln za jutranjo kavo ali večerno pijačo. To nastanitev bova z veseljem priporočila naprej. Zelo mi je bilo všeč, da nama je gostitelj omogočil, da sva lahko po odjavi pustila kovček na varnem v kompleksu do odhoda na letališče, saj sva imela pozen let. To nama je zelo olajšalo zadnji dan bivanja. Ob prihodu sva opazila, da so brisače bile umazane, kar naju je nekoliko razočaralo. Na srečo so se gostitelji hitro odzvali in situacijo uredili, tako da so bile stvari kmalu v redu.

• fariba (10/5): Great hospitality - The host is great and accessible at all times throughout the stay and she made our stay very smooth and comfortable. The property itself is near bus stop and taxi stand makes it very easy access to central. Nothing major.

• Gabriella (3/5): I was deeply dissapointed as it did not look as advertised on the web - quite dilapidated in fact an - There was a bus stop near the apartment which would take to the centre of Malaga, which was a plus. The property was advertised as a luxury apartment but that was an overstatement. There were no instructions how to use some of the kitchen equipment. There were windows in the bathroom which could not be opened. No air con so very hot and stuffy.

We wanted to be able to go to the beach, be in the city & have a terrace to enjoy a coffee or drink or just sit in the sun . This beautifully decorated apartment ticked all the boxes in every way. The bus stop was just outside to pop in & out to Malaga Central. The owners were so quick to respond to any queries , we had an issue with the washing machine and they came around and sorted within hours. They were so accommodating as we were not flying until late and we were able to avail of late check out which was really fantastic for us. We would highly recommend highly recommended this apartment for any short or long stay . All was great

Little things that can make big differences like the creaking of the bathroom door or the lack of response from the property.

The host is very responsive to messages and provided useful information. The location is perfect for easy access to the beach and bus system. In what could be a noisy location, the apartment is constructed to block out street noise.
• Mette (8/5): Value for money - nice apartment at a nice place, with a few things that could be better! - We liked the apartment at second flor- American Apartment style (one big room with kitchen and eating place in one end, a very comfortable big sofa and a big TV screen and a small desk in the middle, and a double bed in the other end, where the door to the terrasse with a sofa and a sofa table was). A very nice bathroom. Many windows with nice shutters. High ceiling with nice indirect light and other nice details on the walls. Our apartment was the biggest of 4. There was a new elevator. The Supermarked 10 minutes from the apartment. The beach and cafes and restaurants 5-10 minues away. 15 minutes by buss to central Malaga. There could be a better instruction to where to find the key - however no problem - as it was easy to call the administrators and get help (so remember the phone number when you go there). We would have liked 2 pars of keys. From the street the place does not look that nice, however when you come to the back side it is ok. There were no real storage space for our clothe, and there was trafic noice during rush hour, when sitting at the terrasse.

• Aura (8/5): Enjoy Malaga as a local - Very tastefully decorated, loved the terrace, all the amenities, onsite parking, all toped by the host’s availability and hospitality. The apartment allows to enjoy a more residential area of Malaga, away from the hustle of downtown. There’s a supermarket 5 mins away, plenty restaurants, grocery options and a lovely ice cream place just mins walking. Bit of a personal preference - I’m 1.82 cm so found the bed and bathroom rather small.

• Sarah-jane (10/5): Exceptional - Really loved this apartment, it had everything we needed for our week in malaga. The bed is super comfy, the patio is lovely and the apartment is clean. It's in a great position, with the beach a 5min walk away and a great variety of restaurants nearby. The bus stop is right outside the apartment and is easy to get in and out of the town. We had new towels delivered during the week and the patio was cleaned and new pillows brought in. We really loved our stay! Nothing, it was great!

Host's great at recommending local places to visit and the best restaurants. Appartment is a little tired and in need of some TLC, but still fabulous. We would of liked a few store cupboard essentails oil, salt, pepper ect but overall facilites were great.

• Paul (8/5): Overall happy with the stay, great communication from the owner/manager - The apartment was a little smaller than it looked in the photos, but had everything we needed. Nice big TV, sofa and very comfortable bed. The bathrooom is fine, and the shower is very powerful and a nice big enclosure. Good size terrace outside. Location is excellent - short stroll to the local beach bars and restaurants, or a little further to El Palo, or the the Port and Malaga Old Town. Bus service is excellent (there's a stop right outside) and local cabs and ubers are easy to find and good value. The location is quite noisy as it is right on a busy main road and there is also a kindergarten on the ground floor. Inside with the air-conditioning on you don't hear the outside noise, but with doors/windows open or sitting outside its very noticable. The kettle is plugged in inside a cupboard which seems a little unsafe (steam and electrics don't mix).
• Claudio (7/5): Good - The location is very good Modern luxury finishes Hot water issues. Didn't work. Balcony was not so clean to be enjoyable
• Semay (9/5): Perfect place to stay and rest, while very close to the beach, with all amenities close by. - Simple, and spacious accomodation. All you needed. It had a great balcony with lots of sun, very relaxing. Also, it is 5 minutes from the beach, where lots of lovely restaurants are. We walked into town via the beach, really nice long walk. About an hour to walk, or you can get a quick ride in a taxi. The owner gave us a huge list of recommendations for food and sights to see. Really nice recommendations, of which we tried quite a few! Thank you!
• Anna (9/5): Superb - The room was nice and the staff reacted super quickly to any queries sent to them via email. I have not met anyone in person. On the other hand, it wasn't necessary. Everything worked out perfectly well. The street Avenida Juan Sebastian is quite busy during daytime so opening the window was not on. With the window closed, it was very quiet. Parking is, in my opinion, very expensive (€18 a day) so I decided not to use the service. It was possible for me, however, to find parking spots in the neighbouring area every day. One just needs to be patient (and not in a hurry).
• Marta (9/5): Superb - Everything was very fine. Very nice interior – just like in the pictures in booking. Good location. The very nice host allowed us to leave the apartment a little later. The disadvantage was an unpleasant smell from the air conditioning, the lack of a hanger for outerwear at the door and a very small wardrobe, which is partly through the iron and ironing board.
• Jaclyn (10/5): Very comfortable, modern room. I had a great stay. - comfortable, modern, everything worked well. Good communication, clean.

• Alexander (9/5): Lovely apartment located in good place, Nice hosts and beautiful walk into town. - I have stayed in the same apartment twice now. Enjoy the decore, and balcony, and the apartment is fitted with everything that you might need (dishwasher, washing machine, etc). There is an elevator up to the flats which are very convenient if you are carrying many things or have mobility issues. The host is lovely and very responsive. If you are like me and enjoy walking you will have a beautiful walk along the waterfront when going into the city center. There are also plenty of bus connections if you prefer transport. There is nothing for me to complain about. I enjoyed my stay both times and have nothing negative to say.
