Damian (7/5): - Die Lage war gut. Die Kopfkissen im Bett waren nicht frisch und haben nach Schweiß gestunken. Die Fenster haben sich nicht richtig schließen lassen. Das Bügelbrett war kaputt. Allgemein war es ok aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss hat nicht gestimmt. Die Vermieter waren freundlich. Ich würde das Apartment aber nicht nochmal buchen. Für das Geld bekomme ich in Malaga etwas besseres.

Daniela (7/5): Plin de emotii si aventură - Amplasare excelentă. De la locație si pana in centru 3 minute de mers, foarte accesibil pentru vizitarea centrului vechi. Apartamentul deși curat are nevoie de retușuri. Patul mic, baia mică, nu este cafetieră. În alte locații aveam acces, din partea gazdei, la cafea si ceai. Nu știu dacă din vina Booking sau a proprietarului, dar eu nu am putut alege cameră, iar pozele au fost generale. Apartamentul 11 este renovat, dar apartamentul 12 este bun pentru cei care vin doar fac dus si somn.

Aisha (7/5): Not the best - The location 1. First we arrived with 5 luggage, we were surprised that there is no elevator so we had to carry all of them to the stairs 2. Second, the toilet window was not covered so everyone in the other apartments could see clearly from their windows (we had to turn off the lights while using the bathroom) 3. Cockroaches were seen many times in the kitchen So you can imagine that we had to wash everything over and over 4. The noise was crazy every night until 6 am , I understand that because of the busy area and nothing can be done but if there is a way to lock the wood windows doors it could help a lot with the noise
HamaAgha (1/5): Read it carefully so you don't fall for same mistake - The main positive aspect of this apartment is its location. It is very centrally situated in Málaga, making it convenient for exploring the city, accessing attractions, and getting around easily Unfortunately, there were several significant issues during our stay: The apartment is located on the 4th floor with no lift. This is not clearly emphasised, and it would be very difficult, if not impossible, for anyone with mobility issues to access. The listing advertised a free airport taxi, but there was no communication or arrangement provided. When I contacted the property a couple of days before arrival, they redirected me to Booking.com. When I contacted Booking.com, I received only a generic apology with no solution or alternative offered. The most serious issue was regarding the sleeping arrangements. I booked the apartment with two friends: One friend requested a private room with a double bed. The other two of us initially planned to book a room with two single beds (a cheaper option, £677 as you see the cost in the picture). However, we found another listing for a similar apartment that clearly advertised two double beds in one room for approximately £63 more (£740, as your see in the picture). After discussing, we agreed to pay the extra cost for this configuration. When we arrived, the room only had two single beds, not the two double beds we had specifically paid extra for. When I contacted the host, they insisted this was what we had booked and claimed there was no price difference between the options, which was incorrect (as evidenced in the listing). They also stated that the “double beds” description was a typo. The only solution offered was to cancel the booking and receive a refund, which was not realistic given we had booked 6 weeks in advance and arrived on a weekend. Finding alternative accommodation for three people at short notice would have been extremely difficult and significantly more expensive. Communication became increasingly unprofessional. Messages from the host were abrupt and at times accusatory, suggesting I was “distorting the truth.” The tone felt intimidating, and I eventually stopped engaging.

Nous avons eu la chance d'être au 1er étage car vu la hauteur de plafond, ça aurait fat beaucoup de marches la place est très bruyante car il y a de nombreux bars. Les appartements sont très sonores et il y a beaucoup de passage. Le sallon n'avait pas de fenêtre et était très sombre. Des ouvriers sont intervenu bruyamment le matin, nous réveillant avec leur perceuse et leurs discussions..

JoshS87 (9/5): Great clean apartment in central location - Beautiful building with classic architecture and grand staircase in lobby, with high ceilings throughout. The building is in a great location, with lots of nearby tapas bars, very central, but away from some of the really busy old town tourist traps. The apartment has clearly recently been refurbished, as you could faintly smell new paint; this was not overpowering, and it was nice to see the property was well maintained. Modern interiors with 3 good-sized double rooms with comfy beds and air conditioning units in each, a modern bathroom (good water pressure) and well equipped living & kitchen area with hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Property was clean and communication from the host was excellent. We were aware of the apartment being on the 3rd floor, so this is a minor criticism, but with high ceilings it is a fair amount of steps! The location is fantastic, but that does mean it is busy and there can be noise from the bars below, this didn't bother us much but may bother others. Some of the recent re-decoration has painted over the shutters so these can't be opened. The views in this property weren't the best and overlooked other buildings, some under construction work. A pod coffee machine would be a nice addition.

Great location, everything is in walking distance with bus stop close to house for longer distance travels. Also, house is next to Pablo Picasso first home, so you can live in historical place! Flat itself and bed sheets smelled really nice. There was no parking spot and can get a little noisy outside from bars below your windows, but this is totally expected living in such central location.

Spare set of keys and lock box made it very easy for our party to access the apartment. Very central, only a short walk away from the main centre. Taxi rank across the park was really handy for our airport transfers/taxi to beach etc. Bit noisy on the street late at night and early morning, but it's a city centre apartment, can't really expect anything different. If your a light sleeper bring earplugs.

The apartment is updated and modern. It overlooks the plaza which is a great view. It was perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Other reviews complain about lack of an elevator/lift. It is an older building and we were 2 floors up. Honestly, everything else great about the apartment and location offsets having to walk up the steps.

There was a few provisions left or us which was really appreciated as we arrived fairly late. Good location and very clean but noisy and no view outside - The location was good and the apartment was very clean and the beds were very comfy There were no windows to see out of other than in the bedrooms which overlooked building works. It was very noisy as you could hear the traffic from the road at the side particularly motorbikes so much so we all went out and bought ear plugs. On a couple of mornings the building work was also noisy. These should be mentioned in the narrative fod those looking for accommodation. The window in the bathroom wax not good and could do with some refrigeration. The lounge area could do with at least one more comfy seat if staying for a while as the sofa only takes 3 but the apartment is for 4

Situation parfaite, sur une place animée et vivante, à quelques minutes à pied des sites d'intérêt principaux. Le lit deux places en 140 par 200 :-/ Nous sommes grands et nous étions à l'étroit. Une cafetière italienne était à disposition mais il n'y avait pas de café. Pas trop gênant dans la mesure où il y a des cafés juste en bas. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Pas idéal pour le transport des valises ou pour des personnes invalides.
