• Antoine (8/5): Profitez de Barcelone en étant au bord de mer au calme - Logement très agréable avec un beau balcon (vue sur la mer), 3 chambres, un coin cuisine pratique et un grand salon situé pas loin des plages (prévoir quand même une voiture) et de Barcelone Parking inclus 3ième étage sans ascenseur ... vive l'exercice code pour ouvrir la porte qui fonctionne aléatoirement ... un peu stressant

• Mandy (6/5): - Die Lage ist Topp, direkt am Bahnhof, direkt am Strand, mit Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon aus. Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, die Betten sind super sehr enger Treppenaufgang ohne Aufzug über 3 Stockwerke; mitten in großer Wohnanlage in der Touristen nur von manchen gern gesehen sind (uns wurde das Auto mit spanischen Schimpfwörtern beschmiert); das Eingabegerät für den Türcode funktioniert oft erst beim dritten Mal Nachtrag: Wir haben ein paar Tage nach dem Urlaub von diesem Anbieter eine Nachricht erhalten wir hätten angeblich diverses Eigentum beschädigt und es müsse jetzt auf unsere Kosten ersetzt werden. Trotz unserer Proteste, wurden 126 Euro zusätzlich von unserem Konto abgebucht und laut Rechnung wurde ein Großteil an Bettwäsche und Handtüchern auf unsere Kosten neu gekauft, wegen angeblich nicht zu reinigender Flecken.

• Elisa (5/5): Passable - The flat is well equiped and everything is correct. We went there to rest but there where works in the building that were starting at 8 am and finishing at 8 pm (that it is too late). None informed us about that also when I called to ask information about bringing 2 dogs.In winter people do not go there not to go to the beach....it was not at all pleaseant. Also it is not high season...why they did not propose an other flat?
• Edward (8/5): Great to enjoy the beach! - Very clean, renewed apartment, only one block from a nice beach, good air conditioner, all appliances and basic products, great shower and great support! Building is full of families. Building needs renovation, but the apartment is great and renewed.
• Valeriy (1/5): The worst travel experience we had in 15 years - The location was OK - it's close to Barcelona It's the first time in our 15 years of travelling across Europe that we had such a bad experience. We regret a lot paying 4k EUR for a month stay as we left a place after just 1 night. There were many problems with the apartment and we decided that it's not safe for us and our kid to stay there. 1. Apartment was super dirty, it looks like there were no cleaning for months (sticky floors, bedside tables covered with sticky stains, hair in the bathroom, and more) - our socks were covered in a a layer of sticky dirt after just 15 minutes 2. Mould on the ceiling in two bedrooms 3. Electrical cables were not mounted inside the walls but rather just hanging alogside the wall that makes them easily accesible by the baby 4. A broken socket with direct access to naked wires 5. A bedside lamp was not properly attached to the wall and, therefore, easily detachable, giving access to non-insulated wires 6. Baby cot had stains of vomit and/or stool 7. Not even mentioning that the apartment itself is not convenient (e.g, baby cot completely blocked the only available wardrobe, etc.) In addition to that, it seems that beautiful pictures of the apartment that one may find on booking.com were taken 5-7 years ago, and some items are now rusty, broken, and over-used. As mentioned above, we left the next day and asked for refund (at least partial) but of course did not get any, as the host seems to care more about the money than about the customers - even the first contact with them was quite unpleasant, as the lady letting us in was at least 30 min late, and we had to wait outside with a 1-year old baby who was already cranky after the flight. Oh, and of course, they didn't forget to charge us for cleaning, although the apartment was cleaner after we left it than when we moved in.

• Bruce (1/5): Our stay was as brief as this sentence. - We did not like climbing the stairs to the apartment. In fact, we stayed in the apartment for only two nights and then moved to a hotel with a lift. We also did not like the narrow, crowded parking spaces where someone would park both in front and behind our car.
