• Rocio (6/5): Ubicación perfecta, muchas incomodidades. - La ubicación es inmejorable. Aunque está muy céntrico esta habitación en concreto da hacia la parte de atrás por lo que no se escucha ruido exterior (a los vecinos si hacen un poco de ruido sí que se les escucha). El espacio es amplio. Javi, que nos hizo el check in, fue muy amable. Finalmente fuimos con nuestro hijo de 3 años, que no figuraba en la reserva inicial porque no estaba en el plan, y nos ofreció varias opciones para incluirlo. La cama del salón era muy cómoda (la de la habitación durísima). Tenía todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios. La terraza muy amplia, con zona para comer y zona para estar relajado. No suelo ser muy quisquillosa con los alojamientos, mientras uno esté cómodo y se cubra lo básico para mí es suficiente. Sin embargo hubo algunas cosas que, para el precio que se está pagando, que no es poco (sí, soy consciente de cómo están las cosas y de la ubicación), aún así me parecen imperdonables: 1. La casa en general estaba llena de polvo. Mucho. Nos dio hasta alergia. Te cobran un suplemento de limpieza pero el apartamento de entrada no te lo entregan limpio. 2. Lo que más nos incordió, con diferencia: aunque en las especificaciones pone que sí, no hay zona de comedor interior. Estás obligado a comer en la terraza. Por las mañanas hace frío, y por las noches para cenar también. Sin contar que un día llovió. Tuvimos que estar metiendo y sacando la mesa de la terraza al salón-habitación, al hacerlo quedaba encajada en el espacio sin sitio para pasar, pero no teníamos otra manera. Alguna vez cenamos sentados en el suelo (lleno de polvo) usando una mesa baja que hay en el salón-habitación. 3. Inicialmente no había toallas, se las pedimos a Javi que, muy eficientemente nos las trajo al cabo de un rato. El tema es que era evidente por el olor y por cómo venían dobladas y atadas que se acababan de comprar en IKEA y no se habían lavado, o sea que higiene cero (y soltaban polvo y pelusas por todos lados) 4. El tema de que sólo te proporcionen dos rollos de papel higiénico y, si los gastas, tengas que comprarlos tú me parece simplemente cutre. (Me he alojado en muchos tipos de sitios, es la primera vez que lo veo) 5. No había ningún tipo de artículo de higiene (ni champú, gel... nada) Sí, sé que se puede contactar con el anfitrión si hay algún problema, que es lo que suelen decir tras una reseña negativa, pero, una vez más, más pagando lo que se paga, creo que es responsabilidad del anfitrión verificar que el apartamento esté a punto para los siguientes huéspedes, no nuestra.

• Carmen Maria (6/5): Viaje en familia - Ubicación y recepción del anfitrión Almohadas incómodas, cocina con falta de cubiertos y lugar para poder comer, terraza sin iluminación y algo abandonada, falta de toallas de manos pues solo había para el cuerpo, solo un pequeño dosificador para manos cdo indicaba que habia productos de aseo personal.

Solo ponen 2 rollos de papel higiénico, sin importar los días ni el número de personas alojadas... La TV solo se puede ver con la contraseña personal de Neflix, Amazon Prime... Se agradecería que hubiera unos vasos de cristal y no tener q beber por vasos de plástico. Y también nos gustaría haber tenido alguna manta extra ya que por la noche hacía frío.

• Elena Papadopoulou Bourazanis (9/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, το διαμέρισμα ήταν άνετο και φωτεινό. Επιδέχεται βελτιώσεις. Ο Javier ήταν ευγενικός και μας εξυπηρέτησε με late check out, με το αντίστοιχο αντίτιμο φυσικά. Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει ένα μπουκάλι εμφιαλωμένο νερό κατά την άφιξη. Είχαμε ξεμείνει και ψαχνομασταν. Επίσης υπήρχαν κάποιες ελλείψεις και φθορές στην κουζίνα, καθώς και μόνο ένα χαρτί υγείας στην τουαλέτα για πενταμελή οικογένεια με διαμονή επτά ημερών, ok τα καλύψαμε αυτά, δεν μας πείραξε τόσο, αυτό που ήταν το χειρότερο ήταν τα χαλιά τύπου φυσική ψάθα στα οποία δεν τολμούσες να πατήσεις δαχτυλάκι. Γέμισαν τα πάντα τρίμματα από την ψάθα, η συσσωρευτή σκόνης κοκ ήταν απίστευτη. Ο μεγάλος μου γιος υπέφερε από την σκόνη και ψάχναμε φαρμακεία να πάρουμε φάρμακα για τις αλλεργίες. Ευτυχώς είχαμε μαζί μας παντόφλες. Παρ' όλα αυτά, φιλική συμβουλή, αν βγάλεις τα χάλια θα σε προτιμήσω και πάλι. Βγαλτα και το σπίτι θα είναι καθαρό και άνετο!

• Francesco (7/5): Nice Apartment - Appartamento molto spazioso, pulito ed abbastanza centrale, ampia terrazza. Tende in una delle due stanze che non oscuravano nulla ( con la luce che alle 7 del mattino ti svegliava, non il massimo ); cuscino troppo sottile per i miei standard e terrazzo, bello, ma senza una vera e propria luce per la notte. Cucina senza macchinetta per il caffè e bagno senza shampoo nè bagnoschiuma, capisco che non sono obbligati a farli trovare però per il prezzo pagato credo che fosse un servizio da includere ( ho anche fatto la richiesta per lo shampoo, visto che il bagnoschiuma l'avevo comprato, e mi ha stata negata ).

• Iana (6/5): Good location, could be cleaner. - The location is superb, it’s spacious and bright. One aircon in the main area and one in the master bedroom. Shower had mold and was a bit leaky. We could not figure out the oven or it is broken. Neighbors has a party till 3am on Friday which was not very convenient. We had no kitchen towels. We were not informed that the payment has to be made upon check in and cannot be done online, meaning it was an I convenience to us as we expected to pay online as normal.

The sink is blocked, the internet is slow and keeps losing connection. Electricity trips so often and cannot use the cooking hob at the same time. The apartment needs an upgrade.

Everything written in the comments is true. The apartment needs some better maintenance. So comments like issues with AC and smell from the sink are correct, but is not something that you cant live with. It is a matter of what you are looking for.

• Sandra (5/5): No es como en las fotos, para nada - La ubicación es estupenda porque está justo al finalizar Paseo de Gracia y te permite bajar por él o por Rambla de Catalunya que son ambas preciosas y están llenas de vida y tiendas. Llegar al Gótico y Born es un ratito también. No estaba limpio, muy poco cuidado (grifos que se mueven/caen, edredones con manchas, el Aire Acondicionado no calienta y hace mucho frío). Es una pena que no dediquen más tiempo y dinero a solventar todo lo que se estropea y cambiar cosas.

• Daniela (8/5): Estadia perfeita num bairro delicioso de Barcelona. Voltaremos com certeza!! - Quartos amplos , varanda acolhedora, banheiro amplo e ventilado. Escutar muito alto a festa dos vizinhos que durou até de manhã, em uma das noites. A parede de cartão faz com que escutemos muito o apartamento vizinho.

• Laura (6/5): Don’t trust photos, ammenities offered and description - Location Renovations on same floor made apartment very dusty Originally booked for 4 people but tiny living area with double bed (not suitable for two adult sons) meant we had no living areas such and one son had to find alternative accommodation. The dining table was on the terrace so had to sit outside and eat but when it rained this was not an option. Shuttle to airport as advertised wasn’t available told this was booking.com and to contact them. We did but got no response. Would suggest description and photos a little deceiving

• Spela (4/5): Place looks nice but for the price of this stay you would expect it to be cleaner and more durable and comfortable it wa - When you walk in it looks very nice we were happy at start There was alot of negative stuff about the apartment there was trash in the closet the fridge had about 5cm of water in so it was running everywhere the toilet lid was broken and we let the owner know on the first day and then they blamed us for it after we left the sheets were super dirty like they didn’t change it so when the cleaning lady came to change it she was obviously upset and in bad mood we also barely had warm water and after one week we still didn’t receive our safety deposit back

• Mark (4/5): Would not stay there again or recommend it to anybody. Not worth the money - One of the bedrooms was ok The rest of the apartment wasn’t very nice. Very old and worn out. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Only cold water and looked very dirty with old hair in the bath etc. The aircondition didnt work properly in one of the bedrooms. It wasn’t even the apartment on the pictures.

• Prue (1/5): Deceiving photos that DO NOT portray the true apartment. - The location was good. There were MANY things we didn’t like. The kitchen had chipped crockery. The range hood wires were hanging out and the power point was taped with sticky tape. The crockery felt greasy and there was NO running hot water in the kitchen. The sheets were thread bare, some with holes and there were no covers for the duvets. The pillows were folled with foam balls and only one each. The cushions looked dirty and unclean. The towels were so thin and there were no hand towels. The curtains were broken from the curtains rod. The shower recess was mouldy and the plug overflowed, causing water to leak on the floor. The shower curtain was also dirty. There WAS hot water in the bathroom. The washing machine was NOT in the apartment but on another floor, most likely shared by everyone in the apartments. NOT stated in the description. We refused to wash our clothes there after seeing how unclean it was with hair and old soap residue. We had to use a laundry mat instead. One reason for choosing the apartment was that it said it had a washing machine. Very disappointed The outside area was unclean with dead pot plants and broken furniture. Although, it was nice to sit outside.

• Gunnar (7/5): Great and comfortable apartments in a fantastic location. I'll definitely stay here again. - Location is great, there's an elevator in the building and the AC in the rooms works well. The refrigerator in the kitchen works very well. The beds are clean and comfortable. There's ongoing construction on weekdays which might definitely wake you up in the next house. Seems to be in the final phases though. The apartment lacks basic maintenance which is sad because most of the issues are easily solvable. Although the beds are clean the walls and on top of cabinets are quite dirty with blood splashes at one spot. Kitchen sink was clogged the doors to the terrace were broken so they only closed with a stick on zipper. These are all minor issues though and easily fixable.

• Gerry (3/5): We made the most of a bad situation. terrible value for money!!! - it was a decent location When we arrived we had to hang about in the street as nobody there to let us in, even though i emailed a time of arrival, he came running in checked our passport and took our money and left as abruptly as he arrived, No guide of the apartment or explanations about how things work as i would of pointed the bedroom curtains, the strip hanging of the shower, the disgusting state of the sinks, no kettle. The kitchen was sparsely equipped not even a kettle or toilet roll in the bathroom, had to go and buy them ourselves along with bleach to clean the sinks and try and get rid of the smell from the drains, which i managed no problem, so certainly do not rate the cleaners skills. we had 2 towels that were dirty looking tatty things for 5 of us, again i had to wait for the cleaner to get more. 3rd bedroom was a room of living room no door to give privacy, massive windows curtains were hanging by a couple hooks, which fell down completely the 6th night. half the window behind the bed had no curtains giving full view of anyone in bed by the builders that started work at 7.30 am right next door. i asked the cleaner the next day for toilet rolls and kettle, she said she would be right back with them, 3 days into our stay we got toilet roll off her but never got a kettle, we had to use a massive pan (only one there) to boil water for a cup of tea. really quite dangerous. when we were leaving i stripped all the beds, brushed the floors and bleached the sink, i would never leave a place in a mess. we received a email next day stating we left the flat in a deplorable condition the curtain was down, which it was i had folded it up and left it on a chair, but i could not reach to put it up and no steps. we were also accused of breaking the tv, my husband was watching it when the cleaner came in, the day we were leaving!!! the shower strip was also off. so they would be keeping our deposit.

• Karolinaf (8/5): Great for big groups but manage your expectations - - The location is really great for sightseeing - the apartment was comfortable and spacious for our group of 11 people - 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and quite big kitchen and dining room with sofa as common space. - Contact with apartment manager was good and efficient - A lot of restaurants and bars around to eat and hang out - Great tarasse - the apartment is pretty worn off and old but still comfortable. The photos are not accurate. - Unfortunately it was not really clean and there was no broom or vacuum cleaner to clean up ourselves. - There is no oven in kitchen - just stove and microvawe - so it is enough for breakfast only. - there is a big building construction works right next to the building. The works start between 7-8 and finish in the afternoon. Not a big problem if you go out visit the city during the day but sleeping late will be difficult. - we realized in late evening that one bedsheet was missing and one bed lining was not fresh - it was exchanged next day few hours after we reported it
• Belend (7/5): Excellent location and good choice for large groups. - If you are not picky and want to live luxuriously, this apartment is a good choice, especially if you want a good location. The apartment needs some renovations, especially the bathroom.

• Devon (7/5): Great location, comfortable apartment with poor attention to the details. - Great location There were things left in the passage outside the apartment, looked like a storage facility. Drains were very smelly from the bathroom.

• Matthew (6/5): Overall pleasant - The location was right next to the metro station, making it easy to get around Barcelona. When we stayed at the property, there was construction directly next door! This was not disclosed at the time of booking, which made it extremely nosey all day.
• Leah (9/5): We couldn't have asked for it to be any better! - The location was amazing; a short walk from the metro, multiple food spots on the door step of the apartment. The apartment had a lot of space accompanied with city views and was extremely central. The host is extremely polite and punctual on arriving to meet with the keys to the apartment.

• Elvira (1/5): Terrible stay Do NOT recommend! - Kitchen was old and utensils and pots were dirty…the cleaning lady was super nice and tried to help but unless they moved us they could not fix the problem! Bedding had yellow stains, tv didn’t work! Bathroom was nasty. The host offered to move us but then couldn’t accommodate us. Complained to him as soon as we checked in they still charged $200 euros a night. Should not of charge this amount! Elevator up is super creepy entire property is in need of complete remodel. Vintage NO it’s dirty and un kept so many things were broken!!
