• Kate (10/5): Magical place that makes you feel like you're in a 00's rom com. - Our host was incredible and was really friendly greeting us and showing us around the apartment. He gave us a great history of the place as well as a MEGA list of recommendations of things to see/do/eat/drink (he was absolutely right about the sangria Cava!). the ceiling is incredible and we felt like we were staying in a movie set. the location is perfect and directly across from a supermarket and loads of great cafes and restaurants, we walked everywhere. The beds are also incredibly comfy and soft. only slight downside is that there is a fair bit of noise on the street but that is to be expected with the great location!

• NATASHA (7/5): O apartamento é bom, mas com um pouco mais, poderia ser melhor. - A localização do apartamento é excelente. Um dos quartos fica na passagem para a sala, o que é bem estranho e com zero privacidade para quem fica nele. Há poucos móveis, isso dificulta a estadia. A cozinha é mau iluminada.
• Derya (1/5): Overall, the location is excellent, but based on our experience, this is not a place we would recommend. - The apartment has a fantastic location — truly one of its strongest assets. It’s centrally situated and convenient for exploring the area, which we really appreciated. However, we were genuinely surprised by the high previous ratings, as our experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. While the kitchen was fully functional and relatively fresh, the bathroom had a persistent unpleasant odor coming from the drain throughout our stay. The shower drainage worked poorly and felt generally unclean. Adding to the inconvenience, access to the bathroom requires walking through the second bedroom, which significantly reduces privacy. The rooms were extremely sparsely furnished, giving the space a somewhat unfinished and bare feeling. The walls were marked with what appeared to be splatters from crushed mosquitoes, which added to an overall lack of proper upkeep. Noise was another major issue. The apartment is extremely sound-sensitive — we could clearly hear neighbors through both walls and floors. The surrounding area is also very loud throughout the day and into the evening, so this would not be suitable for light sleepers or anyone sensitive to noise. Despite having the radiators and AC on, the windows were drafty, and the floors and rooms remained quite cold. The beds were particularly disappointing: small (approximately 140 cm wide), uneven, uncomfortable, and with an unpleasant odor. A good night’s sleep was unfortunately not possible. When we raised these concerns, we received a response two days later, and no one came to address the issues. We also needed to pay a late arrival fee and tax
• Susanne (9/5): Tolle Stadt in einem sauberen schönen, gut gelegenen Appartment - Super Lage, gg Supermarkt nahe an U Bahn. Wir haben sehr gute Barcelona Tipps erhalten . Das Appartment ist sehr hübsch, nachts hört man die Straße aber dafür liegt es zentral. Ein Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszinmer ohne Fenster, man kann im Wohnzimmer die Couch auch herrichten lassen. Wir waren vier Leute, mussten uns allerdings auf drei Zimmer verteilen, es gab im Vorfeld ein Missverständnis bezüglich der Bettdecken, wir wollten gerne getrennte haben. Dies hat die Unterkunft dann sogar möglich gemacht, wäre aber gar nicht notwendig gewesen, wir wollten. Übung viert auf drei Betten verteilt schlafen. Wir hatten dann vier Riesendecken 🫣 in Spanien scheint es keine kleinere Breite als ca 2m zu geben, so dass es eigentlich kaum Platz auf dem Bett dafür gab. In Spanien sind geteilte Bettdecken üblich, da kann das App nichts dafür.
• Olena (9/5): - Подорожували сім'єю, нас зустрів представник господаря, що прибув чітко в назначений час. Завів в апартаменти, дав свої рекомендації щодо екскурсій, ресторанів, було дуже корисно. Апартаменти чисті, проте, холодно (обігрів лише кондиціонер) і вночі без біруш спати неможливо, дуже шумно на вулиці і під землею проходить метро. Поряд супермаркет, кав'ярня, що дуже зручно. До автобусної зупинки 500м, до великого торгового центру 350м. В апартаментах є пральна машина. Дякуємо за гостинність.
• DIEGO (8/5): Ótima localização com ótimo custo-benefício - Localizacao perfeita, perto do metro e de pontos turisticos e com uma grande variedade de restaurantes e cafes por perto. O apartamento é amplo e estava limpo. Tudo no apartamento funcionou perfeitamente (chuveiro com agua quente, wi-fi, geladeira, etc.). As camas poderiam ser mais confortaveis.

• Rachael (10/5): A great place to stay on our visit to Barcelona - The apartment had lots of character, and was clean and well-equipped, as well as being in a great location. There was good communication from the point of booking to the time we left the apartment. José Luis was friendly and helpful. He welcomed us to the apartment and shared some great recommendations of places to visit and eat.

• Eduardo (8/5): Good location and spacious apartment. Host was welcoming. Improvements needed with beds and drainage - The location of this apartment is unmatched. It was easy to hop on a bus or the subway to visit all the places we had in mind. It was nice to have a large table so that our family could have breakfast and the kitchen was well supplied. José Luis, the gentleman who was waiting for us to arrive was very nice and helpful in providing recommended restaurants and destinations. Bathroom was well supplied with amenities. Air conditioning systems were working great. The beds were not comfortable. They were too soft and could use with being refreshed. The pipes in the bathroom and kitchen were clogging up and we had to work on clearing them. When we first arrived a Q-Tip made its way out of the pipes into the hand washing basin of the bathroom from I guess a previous guest. Finally, on the next-to-last day of our stay we got a message from the host telling us that we had to leave immediately because of an "alcohol party". When questioned about this message, they explained that this was a standard message they send out to coordinate the check out of the next day. Perhaps they could review this text as it was quite offputting.

• Simone (9/5): Great location, spacious and comfortable apartment - Great size and location, very comfortable, spatious and convenient for a family or group of friends. Well equipped, the kitchen had everything, as well as cleaning supplies and hygiene products in the bathroom. To take the apartment to the next level, I would think about including an autonomous check-in, to provide better flexibility of getting to the apartment. I would also add an armchair since the couch is small for 4 people.
• Hazel (8/5): Great for short stay - The whole apartment was spacious with a huge balcony. The master bedroom was huge and the bathtub was luxurious. There were several cafes around, a taxi corner across the road. It was very accessible The aircon in the room with the double bed wasn't working and the toilets in the other rooms were tiny.
• Ciprian (3/5): I do not recommend! The apartment needs capital repairs! Totally disappointed! - Location in the heart of Barcelona. Nothing more! Ronda Sant Pere 44, 2-2, Barcelona 9.0 superb, grade 10 from top to bottom. Impeccable in the pictures presented on booking, but in reality it is a big disappointment: it is old, the floor is very old which gives the feeling of dirt, the switches are very dirty, a lot of dust on the chandeliers, cracked walls, cobwebs, the lack of curtains in one of the rooms, broken chairs (if you sat on them you could very easily fall) , the mattresses on very bad beds, with holes, at any small movement they were noisy, doors that creaked, and during the night when you went to the bathroom (I'll come back to the bathrooms) it was embarrassing that you disturbed the rest of the people who were sleeping. Bathrooms: I asked if each room, i.e. 3 in number, has its own bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Well, only one room had something like that, the other two only had a sink and a shower, a shower without a light bulb, and they had a shared toilet in the hallway, with torn wallpaper on the walls. The small bedroom had no curtains. The feeling was that you were staying in an abandoned apartment, uncared for, where the cold penetrated under the balcony doors, with a space of about 2 cm between the doors and the floor. So, in conclusion, we do not recommend such a thing, it is untidy literally and figuratively, it is a real lie with the note on the booking, far worse than such cataloging. This apartment is listed on booking only for money, not for customers!

• Marloes (9/5): Amazing apartment in a beautiful location - The location was excellent, the host was fantastic. The home was great for what we needed The second bedroom is more of a thoroughfare than a bedroom but still works fine as it has doors.
• Sussena (9/5): Superb - Perfect location (metro, shops, distance from center), a balcony benefit, clean and calm property, the appartment amazing. Only one wardrobe in the master bedroom, a little bit noisy at night/early morning but not a big deal.
• Catriona (9/5): Fabulous stay! - Wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment. Jose was very helpful on arrival and had the apartment very clean. The location is great and is right beside a metro line and a supermarket. It is well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. It can be a little noisy in the early morning as it is along a busy road, however it is something very minor since the apartment is so great.
