• Guest (10/5): Beautiful apartment in the old town of Malaga - The apartment was beautiful. It was in the city centre, only a short walk from a beautiful square, Picasso's house and the beautiful old town. There were plenty of places to eat and drink in the area too.

Vi gik rundt til alt Værten sendte først info om adgangskode dagen før, efter at jeg havde rykket. Men da info så kom, så var den meget udførlig, så ingen problem med at komme ind og finde lejligheden i komplekset. Vi havde 1 spørgsmål til værten den første dag, men den besked blev der slet ikke svaret på

Dotato di due camere da letto, una cucina e accogliente salotto, due bagni (solo uno con doccia) e una terrazza sull'attico e possibilità di utilizzo piscina. L'Host ci ha fornito tramite mail come accedere alla struttura e informazioni sui servizi offerti dalla città, come ristoranti, market.. Consigliatissimo
• KUHANEC (10/5): Ugodan i praktičan apartman na dobroj lokaciji, s jasnom komunikacijom i jednostavnim check-inom. - Apartman je bio čist, uredan i dobro opremljen. Lokacija je odlična, blizu centra i svih važnih sadržaja. Upute za ulazak i boravak bile su vrlo jasne i sve je bilo dobro objašnjeno. Jedina mala zamjerka je što nije bilo osobnog dočeka, već je sve bilo organizirano putem poruka. Ipak, komunikacija je bila dobra i dobili smo jasne upute.

• Angharad (6/5): Nice location apartment but windows are only to the courtyard and the walls are thin. - The location was excellent, very close to the centre but not on a busy street, and the apartment is on the inside of the building so no street noise at night Walls are extremely thin and you can hear the neighbours like they are inside your apartment. This gave us very bad sleeps at first because we kept being awoken thinking someone was in the apartment, and then just because of the neighbour banging around. The apartment being on the inside/courtyard side of the building means that while there are big windows there is no view and no direct outdoor light. This gives the apartment a twilight feeling that might be nice in summer but I found unsettling.
• Liesl (9/5): A comfortable, family-friendly two-bedroom property near the old town, with a great roof terrace - We had a lovely stay at this two-bedroom property close to the city centre and it worked perfectly for us as a family. The location was ideal – within easy reach of the old town, yet still comfortable and quiet. The apartment was spacious, clean and well laid out, with enough room for everyone to relax. The roof terrace was a real highlight, giving us a lovely outdoor space to unwind. Having a second, separate toilet was also convenient, especially when staying with our children. Overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to families looking for a central base with extra space and thoughtful touches. not applicable.

• viktors (3/5): Misinformation - I really liked location of property, everything was around. Ok, don't really know where to start. Apartment wasn't clean enough, furniture was in bad condition , bath is extremely slippery and one of us slipped and fell off, he ended up in hospital. Bath is extremely slippery. The swimming pool on the picture not in this apartment as showing on the picture it's in different block of apartment. It's definitely not penthouse and swimming pool is shared with all Apartments like 100 of them. It's 100% misinformation.

Swimming on the roof was a nice bonus Had initial problems accessing the property, which took around 30 minutes to sort, but this did get resolved. Some of the instructions were missing, such as access to the swimming pool requiring fob and opening times. There is a lot of dust in the wardrobes which went on my clothes. The rest of the apartment was spotless. Limited toiletries in Bathroom

I was told I should have been sent a message about it which wasn't sent until we had checked in already! There is nothing on the Booking site about this charge and I was going to refuse to pay it but concerned I may end up with additional charges later. This needs to be addressed in the booking description.

• Linda (8/5): Good for exploring the historic center of Malaga on foot. - The location is great. Walking distance to all the sights and museums restaurants of the old historic centre. There's a good supermarket a few minutes away on Plaza Merced and a great bakery just over the road and up the hill. The flat itself is very clean spacious and comfortable.. Big terrace, though the spiral staircase is steep and difficult for little children. A basic welcome pack (tea coffee milk wine bread butter jam, etc) would have made all the difference. We arrived in the rain at midnight to an empty flat and closed shops, and it felt very unwelcoming. Also, some basic info about nearby shops bakeries etc would have helped us orientate quickly. The flat faces the interior, so it has light but no views out. With better lighting, the terrace, which is really big, could be so much nicer. The children liked the pool but there is no seating at all so not the best for an old person.

• John (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay here. The shallow kids pool on the roof was fantastic for our daughter. - Ana and Carlos were at the property when we arrived, to show us around and hand over the keys. We also got some good advice about local restaurants.
• Nick (3/5): Fairly basic apartment, aircon only in living room (not bedrooms) - Not a great deal to be honest. Good location (near the old town) and a good size overall. There is a dip pool on the roof that offers a nice break from the beach. This property was not as advertised. The air-conditioning was broken from the day we arrived. We assumed it was just underpowered due to the current heatwave or that we had a setting wrong hence we did not report immediately. We reported on the 3rd day (late in the day, admittedly) and an engineer was sent on 4th day at 6.30pm confirming it was broken and needed replacing. We therefore booked alternative accommodation for the remaining 4 nights (the owner was present and agreed it was unusable). We then found we had been charged for that night as we "checked out too late, as per the rules". I reluctantly agreed to pay for the nights we had slept there (even thought the apartment was unusable really given the heat) but do not see we should pay when we were not there given the fault was with the apartment. But the owner will not budge - it's our fault for not complaining soon enough apparently. Aside from this, even with working aircon the property is not amazing: - Even if working, the airconditioning is only in the living room (the advert just says "aircon...tick", there is none in the bedrooms, bathroom or kitchen area (good luck sleeping in 30 degree heat with just a plug in fan blowing warm air on you) - The roof terrace is nice to have but very basic, just some furniture and an umbrella, no lights (bar the main spot light above the door) or plants that might make it a nice spot for an evening - The steps to the roof terrace are a very steep, metal circular staircase, not at all easy if you are trying to carry a drink/food and certainly not easy for a smaller child to navigate - The kitchen is basic but I assume functional (we did not get a chance to use it as the apartment was too hot to be in) - The pool is very small and shared by the whole complex. There are no loungers/beds or shade so it is not somewhere you can spend a great deal of time

• Joke (8/5): Stay 3/02/23 - We enjoyed the communication and information from Ana and Oscàr. They connected via WhatsApp and gave us a tour in the appartement. Isolation of the building The beds are rather small Pool isn't really worth mentioning
• Timothy (3/5): Staying with Ants not enjoyable very disappointed - They size of rooms and terrace and nothing else The kitchen was full of Ants and small amount in the bedrooms the kettle wasn’t working and we have to boil water in small suspen for making tea the toaster was useless and we used the grill, the apartment was very close to other apartments and overlooked by others, the cleaning facilities in bathroom ( only small amount of Shampoo enough for one person) almost didn’t exist, we had our cleaning products, the access to the terrace it is not suitable for children people with mobility problems and elderly, the front and rear of the block very dirty ,the sofa needs a good deep clean, there is no glasses for drinking cava or other bubbly’s, the shower/ bath didn’t have enough hot water for 3 people and third person had to wait for almost an hour to take a bath ,walls between buildings too thin and you can hear noises from other flats they didn’t even provide a bottle of drinking water ,no dish washer and the washing machine didn’t dry

• Edward (6/5): Pleasant - Great location. Clean. The owner was 25 mins late to great us. I had informed them of the arrival time. There was no apology. The apartment was nice but quite basic for the cost. The pool was very small and permanently full so could not be used.
• Peter (8/5): Good central base for beautiful Malaga - Excellent location in the old town, a short walk from the centre, harbour and beach The roof top terrace was excellent - enjoyed catching the sun and eating up there The main living and kitchen areas were spacious, pleasant and well equipped with good air con and wi-Fi We knew there was a 20 Euro charge for check in after 20.00 but a bit disappointed to be asked to pay this when we arrived at 29.03 having been brought to the accommodation by the transfer arranged with the owners. The pool isn’t exactly handy - go down 3 flights across a courtyard and up another 3 flights to find a small pool with limited seating. We didn’t really think it was worth the effort but might have used it if we were there longer. No air con in bedrooms. There are fans but the 2nd bedroom in particular felt a bit small and stuffy in warm August air. Shower is ‘over the bath’ and the bracket was broken meaning you have to hold the shower hose
