• Michael (5/5): Déçu de l appartement, qualité-prix non respecté - L emplacement bien que bruyant Les photos ne sont pas du tout conformes à ce que nous avons eu comme appartement. Il y avait une serviette usagée dans la chambre, la salle de bain était dans un état de vétusté sans aucun meuble pour mettre ses affaires Très bruyant à l extérieur et appartement mal isolé Parking intérieur oui noté mais pas du tout compris dans le prix il s agit uniquement du parking public au prix de 20 euros par jour mais il faut expliquer car le prix est de 25 par jour. Encore fallait il le préciser dans l annonce. De plus il n est pas sur d avoir une place dans ce parking, car il n y a pas de place attitré.

Approx 25min walk from Sagrada Familia. Freenow easy, efficient and reasonable for travel to other parts of city. Lots of small corner stores in area, nearest supermarket about 15min walk. Excellent communication with agency, prompt replies and all questions answered. Very easy to engage with. Lots of bathroom towels. Lots of storage in all rooms Coat hooks and space for shoes in hall. Double vanity allowed for easy make up for a group of 5. Balconies are approx 2ft and both open from bedrooms onto street. Shutters broken. These bedrooms are not for light sleepers -significant noise from neighbours, traffic, and passers-by (as located off a square with lots of bars). Does not quiten at any stage during night (we stayed Thur-Sun). Mattresses on all beds in poor condition. Apartment and common areas need a bit of TLC and a deep clean. Bedroom to rear is ensuite (the smallest room) was quiet at night. Hot water tank not big enough for 5 showers in a row, 2 to 3 at most or space them out. For no of guests apartment can accommodate needs more table ware. No lift which was ok for our group, but stairs quite narrow and dark (suggest a sensor light) and would be difficult with luggage bigger than 10kg.
• Marta (8/5): Pobyt bardzo udany. - Apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji, blisko uroczego placu, z mnóstwem punktów gastronomicznych tuż obok. Kontakt z gospodarzami bez problemu, lokal przestronny, bardzo czysty i zadbany. Trzy wygodne sypialnie z dużym łóżkiem. Pomimo położenia przy wąskiej uliczce, hałas nocą był nie o wytrzymania. Niestety jedna z sypialni znajdowała się od ulicy, dopiero zatyczki do uszu pomogły przetrwać noc :) nie pomagał też brak kieliszków do wina w kuchni :)

• Lucia (10/5): Sin duda volveremos de nuevo😍 - Struttura accogliente, posizione eccellente. Tutte le attrazioni sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, a Barcellona si passeggia per ammirare i palazzi, le vie e godersi l’aria catalana. Nelle vicinanze: supermercati, negozi, ristoranti, parcheggi. Non manca niente, la zona è super tranquilla ma con il giusto equilibrio per godersi una sana movida espanola L’appartamento è situato in un palazzo antico per cui le manutenzioni dovrebbero essere più frequenti ma nessuna critica. Tutto ok

• Juliette (4/5): Décevant vu le prix - L’appartement était propre et bien placé. Les équipements étaient très minimalistes. La salle de bain était exiguë, plusieurs dysfonctionnements (poignées de porte, chasse d’eau, fuite de la cabine de douche), cuisine mal équipée. Pas assez de savons par exemple (2 petits échantillons pour 5 personnes pendant 4 jours!).
• marzia (6/5): Perfetti per la posizione ma sufficienti come servizi - La posizione è la cosa più vantaggiosa di questa casa. Ci sono tanti letti, anche molto comodi. Spazi sufficienti ma non ripartiti in modo eccellente. Si vivono bene le stanze. Partendo da chi gestisce questa struttura, che sono di sicuro reti di collaboratori che scrivono in modo meccanico o inviano email automatiche senza realmente rendersi conto di ciò che fanno. Con noi dopo mesi dalla prenotazione hanno provato a farcela cancellare inviando messaggi minatori con tot ore di tempo per cancellarla, in caso contrario bisognava lasciare un deposito altissimo. Quindi prima permettono a 9 persone di condividere il loro appartamento, poi ci ripensano e tentano di farti cambiare idea. Grazie al numero clienti booking abbiamo risolto, ottenendo un secondo appartamento senza aumenti di costi. Quando arriviamo lì la signora delle pulizie ci fa entrare in un appartamento e poi nel pomeriggio ci chiamano dicendo che si è sbagliata e vorrebbero sostituirlo ma ci opponiamo fortemente. Dovrebbero capire che le persone prenotano vacanza per rilassarsi e stare sereni non vivere tutti questi stress. Gli appartamenti sono basic e per niente curati. Basterebbe davvero poco per avere dei piccoli gioielli ma si vede che non ci tengono abbastanza.

• Piersilvio (8/5): Assolutamente consigliato per chi cerca una sistemazione centrale, comoda e adatta soprattutto a gruppi o famiglie. - Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione: davvero fantastica, in una zona centrale e importante di Barcellona, probabilmente una delle migliori. Nonostante questo, la sera si sentivano pochi rumori e si dormiva bene. Anche la casa nel complesso ci ha soddisfatti: le docce erano ottime e la pulizia era davvero molto buona. È vero che si nota che il posto non è super curato in ogni dettaglio, ma sinceramente l’ho trovato molto meglio di quanto mi aspettassi, soprattutto rispetto alle ultime recensioni che avevo letto. Le scale per arrivare all’appartamento sono un po’ strette, quindi forse non sono comodissime con bagagli molto grandi, ma si fanno senza particolari problemi. Per 6 persone il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero ottimo: è un alloggio comodo, adatto e confortevole, soprattutto considerando la posizione. L’unica vera nota negativa, per quanto mi riguarda, è stata la mancanza del bidet, che personalmente avrei preferito e non ricordo fosse chiaramente segnalata. Per il resto, essendo una casa grande, immagino non sia semplice curare ogni singolo dettaglio o mantenere tutto perfetto in ogni momento: ci sono piccole cose che potrebbero essere migliorate per rendere l’ambiente ancora più accogliente e curato. Detto questo, parlo solo in un’ottica di eccellenza, perché nel complesso la casa è risultata comunque molto comoda e confortevole.

The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. There's a nice washing machine, but nowhere to dry clothes. Basic staples were missing: salt, sugar, tea, and coffee.

Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig! Unsere Wohnung war im 1. OG und es war von oben und der Seite extrem laut, jeder Schritt war zu hören, die Türen knallen laut, besonders die Haustüre. Der Kühlschrank war defekt und hat ständig Alarmiert. Vermieter direkt informiert aber Abhilfe wurde nicht geleistet. Fön war defekt! Nur Dank netter Nachbarn und lieber Putzfrau erhielten wir schnellen Ersatz. Die Wohnung war kalt. Heizung/Klima funktionierte nicht.

• Rita (7/5): - Good shower pressure Good quality towels, bed linen, and pillows Excellent location Very good communication (clear instructions and quick and helpful responses) Some items in the apartment were broken (sofa, toilet paper holder, and toilet seat). There were only two rolls of toilet paper. For seven people staying two nights, this was not sufficient. The kitchenette window does not have blinds. This is inconvenient when someone is sleeping in the living room area. In the bathroom, it would be useful to have a toiletries holder inside the shower. The bathroom would also benefit from hooks to hang towels or clothes, and a small cabinet or shelf to place toiletry bags.

Puiki vieta, gal kiek triukšminga vakare, bet mums tai netrukdė. Geros lovos, pavyko pailsėti. Apartamentai kiek jau pagyvenę. Norėtųsi remonto ir jaukumo. Vonios kambaryje reiktų naujinimo ir nedidelio staliuko susidėti kosmetikai. Trumpai viešnagei tiko.
• Alessandra (6/5): Posizione ottima, peccato per il resto - Posizione ottima, comoda a tutto, con negozi vicini. Zona sicura Le foto non corrispondono al reale stato dell’appartamento. La struttura non è tenuta benissimo come invece appare dalle foto. In più penso ci abbiano dato un altro appartamento. Le foto della nostra prenotazione sono diverse dall’appartamento che poi ci è stato assegnato. Materassi da cambiare, in una camera era davvero scomodo. Abbiamo scritto al l’host ma non ci ha risposto su quanto sopra.

• Giulia (3/5): DELUDENTE - Niente Esperienza purtroppo molto deludente. La pulizia della casa lasciava decisamente a desiderare: ambienti poco curati e non all’altezza di una struttura destinata agli ospiti. Le camere sono estremamente piccole e completamente prive di comfort base: niente armadi, nessun mobile dove appoggiare oggetti personali e praticamente assenza totale di specchi (solo due minuscoli nei bagni). Anche le prese elettriche sono mal posizionate: utilizzabili solo da un lato del letto o addirittura fuori dalla stanza, creando non pochi disagi. Inoltre, la disposizione degli spazi è poco funzionale: la zona notte e la zona bagno sono molto distanti tra loro, rendendo scomodi anche i movimenti più semplici all’interno della casa. La disposizione dei bagni è stata un grosso problema. L’appartamento viene presentato come dotato di due bagni, ma in realtà uno è completo (doccia e lavabo) mentre l’altro è solo un WC con lavabo. Per un gruppo di 4 persone è risultato estremamente scomodo e difficile da gestire. Inoltre, gli spazi sono davvero minuscoli (meno di 5 mq), tanto che in due non si riesce nemmeno a stare dentro contemporaneamente. Altro punto critico sono le scale del palazzo: scomode e a tratti pericolose, soprattutto per chi viaggia con valigie grandi. Nel nostro caso (4 valigie) è stato molto complicato salire e scendere. Infine, aspetto più grave: l’alloggio assegnato non corrispondeva a quello mostrato in fase di prenotazione. Le stanze erano diverse da quelle viste nelle foto, creando una forte discrepanza tra aspettative e realtà. Nel complesso, soggiorno poco confortevole e non in linea con quanto promesso. Non lo consiglierei.

• daniela (7/5): - Tre camere da letto molto belle. Area giorno spaziosa. Cucina attrezzata. Posizione molto buona. Nella prima notte sono stata chiamata da un numero sconosciuto in lingua inglese. Subito dopo mi hanno inviato un messaggio dicendo di smettere di fare rumore ma noi stavamo dormendo quindi non so cosa sia successo. Fatto sta che ci hanno svegliati nel cuore della notte per nulla. Bagno troppo piccolo. Faceva freddo in casa e le pompe di calore non si accendevano.

Le système de récupéreation des clés est bien géré, la communication avec les propriétaires est facilé également! J'y suis déjà allé plusieurs fois dans le cadre d'activités professionnelles, excellent rapport qualité/espace/prix pour Barcelone.

Obiekt mieści się w spokojnej dzielnicy. Nieprzyjemny zapach z odpływów kanalizacyjnych, ale to chyba standard w Hiszpanii, bo w hotelach też się z tym spotkałam.
• Hauda (1/5): - Je comprend le prix, deux nuits sans fermé l oeil, du bruits incessant jusqu a 3h du matin : cris, bruit de 2 roues voitures avec des decibels a fond. Etc. Pas de double vitrages. Aucune isolation phonique. Je déconseille fortement !!
