Il y avait d’énormes travaux de voirie en face de l’appartement et la vue n’est pas du tout celle des photos ! + bruits du chantier… malhonnête de ne pas le dire. De plus réservation pour 4, le 2e lit non fait, pas de draps disponibles. Il a fallu appeller le numéro de permanence (heureusement réactif) pour aller dans une remise de l’immeuble chercher nous mêmes un kit de draps heureusement disponible…

Tylko 2 apartamenty na 1 pietrze w całym domie.Cicho (bar zamkniety- trwa remont promenady). Dobra lokalizacja: długa spacerowa, wynajem rowerów, niedaleko pszystanek, Carefur 800m. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem przez booking. Potrzebne zameldowanie przez internet. Maretac kanapy twardy, ale da się spać 1 osobie. Patelnie potrzebują wymiany na metalowe. Za 7 dni nie było sprzątania,ale nie zgłaszałam to.

• Jussi (10/5): We could definitely come back again! - The location was superb. The apartment was close to the beach and it took about ten minutes to the old town by bus. The atmosphere was lovely as the people around the place were mostly Spanish. The roof terrace of the apartment was especially nice.The service was top quality.
• Marc (7/5): Leuk! Maar graag aandacht voor comfort, onthaal! Prijzig zoals het nu werd aangeboden - Locatie top! Hoewel we van deze plek houden en we hier voor de derde maal terugkwamen, hadden deze keer de faciliteiten wat upgrade nodig, vonden we. Sfeerlamp wekte niet, koffiezetapparaat moeilijk aan de praat, ontbrekend bestek, minimaal toiletpapier...(We hadden pech qua timing, het hele plein werd met drilboor opengebroken, maar daar kan de eigenaar niet aan doen! 😉)

The view from the bed in morning is gorgeous. the part of Malag is very relaxed and convienend.The view from the bed in the morning is magnificent. At thatThere are a lot of construction sites there at this time of year because they all carry out maintenance work at this time of year.

• Hansje (8/5): mooi ruim licht appartement met een zonnig terrasje direct aan slaapkamer en een zonnig dakterras - Appartement ligt direct aan het strand. Er is goede airco in zowel slaapkamer als woonkamer. Prima rolluik om licht uit slaapkamer te houden. Er is een prachtig dakterras waar heerlijke ligstoelen staan, ook een grote parasol en waar je even heerlijk prive kan liggen. De host reageert snel op vragen. We konden onze bagage nog even laten staan op de dag van vertrek. Het is een mooi licht appartement , heel dicht bij leuke restaurants. 200 meter verderop kan je fietsen huren en kan leuk langs het strand fietsen. Alles was er. Misschien een iets grotere waterkoker maar eigenlijk was het allemaal perfect. Het is dicht bij bars waar het gezellig druk was. , Wij hadden geen last van geluidoverlast toen we gingen slapen (wij gaan niet voor half 12 naar bed). Goede geluidsisolatie (rolluik en dubbele ramen)

• Sarah Deborah (9/5): Strand und Promenade vor der Tür mit vielen Restaurants in der Umgebung - Perfekte Lage für uns: Strand direkt vor der Tür (Spielplatz am Strand ist auch quasi vor der Tür), Bus-Station um die Ecke und viele tolle Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft! Ganz unkomplizierter Check-In und sehr freundlicher Service. Die Ferienwohnung bietet eine gute Rund-um-Ausstattung und sogar einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand ;) Für uns als Familie perfekt. Gerne wieder! Ameisen im Appartement

• Kate (10/5): A fantastic apartment in a perfect location for a beach and city break. - This apartment is perfect for a couple. It's exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful holiday. Pedregalejo is a charming neighbourhood. The sea was warm and clear. The beaches are very clean. We can't wait to come back! Our hosts were always available by Whatsapp to answer queries and were very helpful in arranging our onward journey. Muchas gracias!!

• Maciej (9/5): Relaks i dobre jedzenie - Apartament jest fantastycznie umiejscowiony nad samym morzem. Dobrze wyposażony. W odległości kilku kroków jest mnóstwo barów i restauracji. Blisko do centrum, można podjechać autobusem. Właściciel jest bardzo pomocny i kontakt z nim jest dobry. Wieczorami jest trochę głośno, ale to przecież Hiszpania 🙂

• David (9/5): Simply delicious - This is an easy question. The location is literally steps away from the sea. Each morning I could get up and in a minute be in the water for a beautiful swim. There’s a small balcony off the bedroom that’s perfect for breakfast as it doesn’t get the full sun that early. And there is an amazing roof terrace. I thought it was a shared space but it’s for this apartment & get sun all day. Perfect for private sunbathing or an evening drink or dinner. The stairs to the roof terrace is spiral so just be careful in case you have walking difficulties. Thankfully I don’t.

• Irma (9/5): A comfortable apartment in a lively yet peaceful seaside location, exactly as described, with everything you need close - Everything was just as described and shown in the photos—no unpleasant surprises. The apartment has all the basics you might need, and its best feature is definitely the location: right next to the beach and a lively seaside street that quiets down after midnight. Sitting on the small balcony or the private terrace really makes you feel part of the vibrant atmosphere, but when it’s time to sleep, you can just close the bedroom balcony door and it’s perfectly quiet. You can reach the city center easily by bus or bike, but the neighborhood itself has plenty to offer—nice cafes and restaurants, a great beach, and a supermarket nearby. I really enjoyed my stay!

We loved this modern apartment.Just a bit more TLC regarding Quality towels required & shower tray overflowing is a recurring theme. Must point out that any requests were met efficiently.

• Laura (10/5): Wonderful beach and city break in authentically Spanish holiday location - The location to the beach and into Malaga is fantastic and you have a lovely view of the sea. Wonderful selection of restaurants nearby and whilst in a busy area, once windows are closed, it’s quiet. Great to have a washing machine and place to hang out clothes. Transport available such as buses and Ubers is really easy. The property was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Communicating with the owner of the property was the most efficient I’ve ever experienced, helpful and lovely to deal with. Nothing I didn’t like. Would have been nice to have a coffee press but I didn’t ask the owner of the property and I’m sure they would have provided one!

It had everything you needed to make it an excellent stay.The host was very helpful and he gave us great advice on buying a book of bus tickets. He also arranged our taxi to take us to the airport. Everything was perfect.
• Martin (9/5): Clean, spacious apartment in the hub of Pedregalejo! - This was a fabulous apartment! The contact on arrival was very prompt which made it easy in finding the property, which was a great help. The apartment was very clean and spacious with a fabulous view of the square. Lots of great bars and restaurants and a stones throw from the beach. Although it was in the centre of things we found it to be very quiet inside the apartment. It was a lovely holiday and would certainly anyone to stay here. The only couple of downsides was that the kitchen utensils were quite limited. Only 2 x knives for example. Basic saucepans etc but not a great deal else. However, with all the restaurants, who wants to cook?! The other slight downfall was that there were no seat covers for the sun beds on the roof terrace, just a piece of foam.

Amazing view - The location, the balcony in the bedroom which we managed to drink morning coffee with a beautiful view and late drinks Restaurants offering is huge and delicious The unit is well distributed and good layout. While at night it is a lot of noise the wiendow are great to keep free noise environment, we wished to sleep with the window open to hear the waves but parties are there til very late, lot of people Host was great, super responsive The bathroom, it was difficult to have a shower without feeling the after was almost ready to flood the bathroom, the sewer works very bad. Too many ants in the unit, make the moment very unpleasant Parking in a nightmare.
• Hazel (10/5): On the Beach! - The location was incredible, right on the beach! Plenty of bars, restaurants etc on the doorstep, no need to drive. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had everything you need! Check-in process was simple with a WhatsApp message and key safe. Will definitely be visiting again 😁 Unfortunately no allocated parking but there is on road parking fairly close by if you are prepared to walk.
• Chante (5/5): Great location mediocre facilities - The location was absolutely perfect. Can’t recommend this location more. The host was also very communicative. Their Wi-Fi was listed incorrectly. I had to reach out to the host to get the correct information. They had a major ant problem. There were ants everywhere and also they lacked basic travel essentials like soap, shampoo, and they also list washer and dryer, but they don’t provide any detergent so as a traveler, who’s not carrying a lot of things to begin with it was frustrating. Would not stay here again.

• Milda (10/5): Beach Apartment - We loved our host Guillermo. He was very helpful with his recommendations of where to go for food and where for fun. Apartment was very clean and cozy, and not noisy at all, despite the downstairs bar. An excellent grocery shop is 10 min away from the apartment. Lots of nice restaurants and bars are 1-2 min away from the apartment. The view is amazing. We'd definitely be coming back. -

• Lotte (6/5): Pleasant - The location and the private rooftop is amazing! It was difficult for me to find the apartment since there was so sign on the door. The taxi driver had to walk me in the dark to find the location since my plane arrived late. For next time I will bring bottle water and morning coffee..the tap water smells very much chlorine even though the host said they drink tap water in Malaga.. the host did his very best and had texted me on WhatsApp which I didn’t know. He replied very quickly on the phone and did his very best and was a really nice guy! I recommend : bring bottle water, extra towels and morning coffee or whatever you need. Supermarket 5min walk. I will book again! Quiet area even though you have several restaurants in front.
• Andrew (9/5): Ideal place for a family with two kids. Close to restaurants and 40 min walk to Malaga Centro. - The location was great as its right on the sea front with plenty of restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also great for kids as safe and flat paths to walk on with lots of playgrounds on the beach. There is bike hire nearby and the walk or cycle to Malaga is lovely and flat. The hosts were very friendly and made a lot of effort to ensure we were happy with the place. They also allowed a late check out as they didn't have a booking after ours. Great hosts! Difficult parking if you have a hire car or have friends visiting by car.

The fridge, microwave, all kitchen stuff is available if needed for cooking, but there are many restaurants and cafes are around, so you can choose:) Very hospitable nice owners) A little bit noisy at night outside till late time, 2 pm approximately 😉😅 but it wasn’t a big disadvantage as doors and windows absorb noise really not bad:)
• Alexandra (5/5): Overpriced but nice area! - Nice area, balcony and terrace was a bonus Good controllable air conditioning It felt expensive for the standard of the apartment and looks better online It wasn't as clean as it should have been, as the floors and skirtings needed a thorough washing (although the bathroom was clean) All the crockery needs replacing as very chipped and cracked The sofabed was full of crumbs when opened Whilst the sheets and pillowcases were fresh, the inner duvets were stained The apartment is infested with tiny ants (see other reviews), so we had to clean constantly and store everything away!

• Ian (10/5): Location perfect. Staff great. Facilities good and price reasonable. Will 100% return. The town of Pedregalejo is really - Location first class. Staff really great and were available via SMS any time we needed them or had questions. Minor negative was there was no spare sheets for the bed so we had to wash and reuse the same sheets every few days. I would recommend they keep at least 1 spare bedsheet and set of towels.

It was very clean and bed was comfortable We had only one key,which is problem if u want to move separately there is no coffee mashie I asked and host, who was very attentive reply it is there but we couldn't find it anyway. It's small kitchen, how we could miss and not to find it?!
• Maureen (8/5): Great place for short stay on the water. thank you to our wonderful host! - The manager was so helpful, helped us find parking and helping us with luggage up the stairs. The apartment was right on the beautiful water, near many restaurants and the promenade and a small beach. it was SO easy to catch the short bus ride to all the wonderful sights in downtown Malaga! We were there for a week and needed a more comfortable bed and sofa. That really was our one concern— no comfortable place to rest. the apartment has been redone and has all the modern conveniences and the bathroom is great and beautifully redone.

• Rae (3/5): Good location for few days but property has very limited options. - Good location opposite beach and surrounded my great number of bars and restaurants. Promenade walks in both directions from the property. Not too noisy at evening/night. Limited fascilities. Very poor and uncomfortable settee/sofa bed which was ONLY seating in the lounge area to relax. Towels and bedding provided of very poor and worn condition. No oven to heat food. Microwave only but local supermarket only had 2 microwaveable options available. No Wi-Fi for 2 days. Satellite TV option NOT available. Did not complete our rental period. Went to hotel for some comfort and better fascilities.
• Zoia (7/5): Good - View. Plenty of restaurants around. It’s probably not the best place to stay when it's not swimming season — really high humidity and ice-cold floors. So, no chance that even towels dry properly.
