Και ήταν ένα ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα που εάν ο ιδιοκτήτης έβαζε τα λεφτά ενός μήνα που παίρνει, θα μπορούσε να ήταν ένα πολύ καλό διαμέρισμα Εύκολη είσοδος στο διαμερισμα, που μπορεί να γίνει και ηλεκτρονικά Ο καναπές είναι για πέταγμα, βρώμικος και το στρώμα που έχει όταν των ανοίγεις για να κοιμηθείς, ήταν για τα σκουπίδια. Οι καρέκλες ήταν βρώμικες, και θέλουν οπωσδήποτε αντικατάσταση. Το τραπεζάκι από το σαλόνι ήταν σαν να το είχες μαζέψει από τα σκουπίδια. Το μπάνιο για να γίνει η λειτουργικό, και να αγοράσει να καθίσεις στην τουαλέτα, πρέπει να καταργηθούν οι δύο πόρτες οι ξύλινες, Και να μείνει, η μία γυάλινη που υπάρχει από την κουζίνα στη τουαλέτα, αλλά και αυτή πρέπει να επισκευαστεί γιατί είναι συρόμενη και δεν σέρνεται. Το σπίτι Θέλει βάψιμο γιατί σε πολλά σημεία είναι βρώμικο επίσης ένα σημείο έχουν βάλει στόκο δεν είναι βαμμένο.

• Viktor Mitrokhin (6/5): - Хорошее расположение. Рядом фонтан, музеи и площадь Испании. Удобный доступ в квартиру. Рядом есть магазины и кафе. Было не убрано. Пришлось скинуть фотографии и попросить уборку пока мы гуляли. Квартира требует ремонта.
• Anita (10/5): Very nice, would stay there again - Instructions to access the apartment were clear and it was easy to find it and get in. The neighborhood is nice, with different food store options around. Access to the subway is easy and close. Magic Fountain just around the corner. Kitchen was well equipped. Shower had hot water. Balcony was amazing. Just minor thingies: only one glass for cava, knifes as sharp as in any other rental apartment :) The sofa bed looked and sounded suspicious at the beginning, but later served very well.

• Luis (4/5): Good location and nice host. Not up to the rating expectations. - Location is really convenient and well connected. The easy check-in and check-out via app is also nice. Instructions were clear before arrival. Mattress was comfortable. Having stayed in many hotel/apartments over the years, I honestly cannot understand the high rating of this property. Nothing personal, but for 150EUR per night, it is disappointing. Difficult access with a baby stroller. Extremely small toilet, shower and room areas. Shower door falling apart from humidity. The entire place needs a huge renovation, everything is really old. The bare minimum is provided: hand soap, one towel per person, dish soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per day for a family, and exactly 2 garbage bags. Kitchen utensils really used up, etc... It's like everything is kept at the minimum possible budget, even though the place is not that cheap. Please take this as a constructive honest feedback.

• Jiyeon (8/5): This flat has everything you need, not fanct but basic. Nice location away from too touristic area. I recommend this pla - The location was really nice. Easy access to the airport and there are subway stations nearby for almost every line. All the touristic attractions are within 30 min reach with the subway. The best part is that this place is on the foot of Montjuic. The palace there, beautiful park and the montjuic castle are all very easily reachable on foot. If you like to go running, perfect location to the nature and to the city. This place is located in a residential area. It’s pretty quiet and the windows isolates the occasional car noises very well. The bathroom layout is interesting. The toilet seat is in a tiny room. If you have long legs, you might have to use it with the door open😂😂😂 We are 158cm, 168cm and thought it will be really tight if you are tall! Also they provide you a link that can open the door without the keys which is very convenient for check in. However, even you lock the door with the key, you still need the link through the whole stay. If you are not a fan of carrying your phone and use it to get in to the apartment, it will be annoying. The link works exactly until 11am on the check out day. We went out to throw away trash first slightly before 11 and couldn’t come back to take our luggages. So remember to evacuate the flat before 11am!

• Maria (2/5): Intensive cleaning and refurbishment needed - The location was in a very nice area, the neighbors were nice. The hosts have a friendly communication style. The conditions of the apartment were bad: walls dirty, dishes dirty, no light in the toilet for two days, coffee machine broken and burned, keys to apartment after one day, blankets and matress with stains, etc Possibly nobody to blame about the cockroaches but unfortunately they were also there.

Inconvenient very small separate toilet room with transparent door without any soundproofing. We were forced to switch loud music on the phone when were in toilet in order that the whole toilet process wasn't heard in the rooms. Very small shower room with transparent door again. Very bad smell and cockroach in the kitchen.
