• TAJANI (10/5): Very comfortable magnificient - I had a very pleasant stay in this apartment and truly recommend it for anyone visiting Málaga. The location is excellent, only around 3 minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced and very close to the city center, with everything nearby and easy to reach on foot. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and very well equipped. Since this was my first experience staying in an apartment instead of a hotel, I was honestly surprised by how practical and thoughtfully prepared everything was. The owner paid attention to many details that made the stay very easy and One thing I especially appreciated was the shower: the water was very hot with strong pressure, which was perfect after long walks around the city. The owner is also very kind and almost always nearby if needed, which gives a feeling of security and reassurance. Another very practical point is that many bus lines pass through Plaza Victoria very frequently, so if you get tired after walking around Málaga, it is very easy to return to the apartment either by bus or taxi. For shopping and daily needs, there are many supermarkets and stores close to the apartment, including Mas&Go, DIA, and many other shops around the area. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a small welcome gift with sweets and a Málaga magnet, which was a very generous and thoughtful gesture from the owner. Overall, it was a peaceful, convenient, and enjoyable experience. Thank you again for the hospitality and attention to all the small details.

• Tina (4/5): - Luis was really nice, he responded in the shortest time possible. In room they left some cookies, coffee etc. Also they left us a small gift that is very nice.. Also, the location pf the room is good, in walking distance to city center. The place is clean Maybe I did not realize like I should on booking and maybe it is my fault, but when we arrived we realized that the room is directly by the street, it was not comfortable during the night, some bikes parked near by etc, although nothing happend of course. That is not apartment, but like a very small studio and everything is in one room. It is dark in it. Toilet is apart. There is very strong scent in whole place. If that all doesn't borrow it is ok place because of the price and because the town is in walking distance.

• Hanna (7/5): - Obiekt zgodny z opisem. Lokum bardzo czyste i świetnie przygotowane (zastała mnie nawet powitalna butelka wina). Dobrze wyposażone. Właściciel bardzo miły i komunikatywny, nie miałam ani razu żadnego organizacyjnego problemu. Informacja na temat zameldowania i wymeldowania bardzo przejrzyste. 1) Niestety budynek jest tuż przy ulicy i dźwięk nie jest dobrze izolowany, więc wszystko z zewnątrz słychać. Na ten aspekt byłam jednak przygotowana i byłam w pełni świadoma przy rezerwacji obiektu, bo wyczytałam to wcześniej z różnych opinii. Zabrałam swoje bardzo dobre zatyczki do uszu, więc ostatecznie nie był to dla mnie bardzo duży problem :) 2) Zapewne nie jest to wina właścicieli, a raczej budynku - ale w pomieszczeniu było bardzo, bardzo wilgotno (wręcz duszno), a jednocześnie chłodno. Niestety niewiele pomagało wietrzenie czy włączanie specjalnych ustawień w klimatyzatorze, które mają na celu zmniejszenie wilgoci. Pomimo licznych pozytywów samego miejsca i właścicieli, ten fakt niestety zmniejszył komfort przebywania (i spania) tam.

Smidigt med all bekvämligheter i lägenheten. Man kan laga mat hemma när man inte orkar gå ut på kvällarna. Nära till allt. Så så bra Lite konstigt för oss att det ligger så direkt anslutet till gatan. Men det var jätte tryggt inga problem alls

• Norbert (9/5): Nice apartment, superb host - Nice small air conditioned apartment for a reasonable price at a very good location. The city center is only a ~15 min walk or a very short bus ride away, you can also get to the airport within 1 hour. Fully equipped kitchen and basic toiletries. Luis was awesome, he was always available for us, and fixed a small issue with the water heater right away.

The facilities were thoughtfully designed with the traveler in mind, and the owner was very responsive to messages, guiding the stay and helping whenever needed.

• Balwinder (8/5): A good stay!!!! - The location. The communication. I sent my passport & personal details via Booking.com message system. These were not received by the host. I was very stressed out as to where my important personal details had been sent. The details were re-sent partly by WhatsApp. Explanation, please, from Booking.com as to what caused very sensitive information to disappear.

Smooth communication with the host, superb location close to shops, restaurants, public transport and within easy reach of the city center. • Jane (9/5): Perfect location in a lovely Spanish neighbourhood - The location was perfect just a few minutes away from Plaza de la Merced and the main tourist area. Beach was about a further 15 minutes. Airport bus stops a few metres away. Local shops and a great bar and takeaway across the road. The apartment was well equipped with kitchen stuff as well as biscuits, oil, tbags etc. I wasn’t troubled at all by any noise. If you were going to be there during the day there are normal street noises but at night after 10.30 was all quiet. I would definitely go back. I didn’t find the bed or pillows comfortable, they were very hard. Wi-Fi was very patchy too.

It's a simple accommodation, but well equipped and in a great area, if you want to stay with the locals, away from the most touristy areas. I especially appreciated my host, and their great communication. There is some noise from the street, that you should be aware of. I also appreciated the well equipped kitchen. Noise levels from the street.

• Georg (8/5): Centric and well-equipped little apartment in Málaga - It‘s very centric and practical and makes very good use of the limited space, the apartment is well equipped, including a washing machine. It was very clean. The bed is comfortable. The contact with the host was very friendly, and they even had welcome gift which we found very lovely. It is in no way the fault of the host, but the apartment receives quite a bit of noise from outside, both traffic and nightlife, especially when the nights are a little warmer so the people stay outside longer. Should you come in Semana Santa, as we did, it is also good to know that the processions go around the plaza right in front of the apartment, partially very late at night and with marching bands.

• Bernard (6/5): Pleasant - Very clean, owner very nice and sufficiently equipped The place is located in an urban area and travelers must expect noisy nights as people enjoy talking loudly at the apartment door. The apartment gets very humid in winter when it rains. Even using the AC to warm up does not resolve the issue.

• Dániel (3/5): Poor - The room was very nicely equipped, it was near the beach and the city center. Numerous little bars and restaurants nearby. The host was kind, you get little presents upon arrival. The room is I think a renovated basement or garage, so it's not fit at all for accommodating people. It is very noisy, you cannot sleep, you can hear everything from the street. No sound insulation at all, and it made our stay very unpleasant. Also, there is no way to ventilate properly, the air quality in the room deteriorates very quickly. You can open a little window on the door but it is nothing + it makes the room even noisier and takes privacy away. I feel like that for this quality the room is overpriced. Overall, I am not satisfied.
