- LIDIA (9/5): Escapada familiar - Ubicación muy céntrica y a un paseo muy agradable de la playa. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Los anfitriones en contacto por si necesitábamos algo Ibamos con un bebé y la puerta del bloque no se podía abrir, hacía un escalón bastante grande y teníamos que alzar el carro entre dos personas. Als je niet in lif durft dan is deze 4e etage hoog. Vooraleer je op de eerste verdieping komt heb je al zes trappen gedaan. Wel goed voor de beenspieren!

Staff at reception very helpful. Would stay again. Only 5 Dining chairs! Some of paint work was a little tired. Sockets were very loose. Would have been nice to have handsome in kitchen & toilet. (Was provided with shower gel in shower rooms)

- Eyad (8/5): Would definitely be one of my first choices if I come back to Malaga - the apartment was an excellent one; location, cleanness, wide space, multiple bathrooms, big spacious seating area, secure, close to everything you need. the reception office team were very helpful and stored my luggage at the office before the check in time. and they were very responsive. overall I like the place and strongly recommend it. a minor issue that cars or taxi cant reach to the apartment directly , which could be an issue if you carry lots of bags.. but that was understandable considering its located in the historical part of the town were cars are not allowed. but it was a short walking anyway. the second thing that there were some tiny ants in the bathroom. it didn't cause any problems , just don't keep any food around.

- Carolina (8/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 3 notti durante una vacanza tra amiche e, nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata positiva ma con alcuni aspetti migliorabili. La posizione è davvero ottima, comoda per muoversi e visitare la zona. L’appartamento è spazioso e arredato con gusto, ideale per gruppi numerosi come il nostro. Tuttavia, risulta purtroppo poco luminoso, il che toglie un po’ di valore all’ambiente. Abbiamo riscontrato alcune carenze nei servizi: mancavano accessori di base come shampoo o detergente per la doccia e, soprattutto, la dotazione di asciugamani era insufficiente. Un altro aspetto migliorabile riguarda la manutenzione generale dell’appartamento: la vasca era rovinata, i termosifoni risultavano scrostati e impolverati, e uno dei WC aveva l’asse rotta. Considerando il prezzo e il potenziale della struttura, è davvero un peccato per questi dettagli che, se curati, renderebbero il soggiorno decisamente più piacevole.

L’insonorizzazione delle finestre non e’ ottimale,durante la notte si sentono molti rumori provenire dalla strada sottostante. Per un pomeriggio l ascensore e’ stato utilizzato per trasportare materiale per probabili lavori allo stabile quindi inutilizzabile,comunicato il problema alla reception,il giorno dopo non era addirittura funzionante,abbiamo dovuto fare 4 piani di scale con bambini piccoli,passeggino e bagagli. Il divano letto non si trova gia fatto (pur prenotando per 4) ed e’ molto scomodo.

- robert (9/5): Would definitely recommend these apartments they are fabulous. Luxurious and fab location. - We have stayed here before, fab apt so spacious and comfortable. We had an issue with a broken blind and a power outage but we rang host and was fixed next day. My husband was able to locate the trip switch for the electric so might be an idea to leave instructions to locate it. We did mention last time we stayed that there is a coffee machine but no pods. We didnt know what to buy so just bought instant coffee. Some water , milk and few basics like Salt and Pepper would also be good. We wd happily pay extra for a welcome pack it just makes things easier after a long day travelling.
- Weronika (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, przytulny apartament tak jak na zdjęciach, wygodny nocleg dla rodziny z dziećmi, sporo przestrzeni nawet na wózek dziecięcy. W mieszkaniu jest nawet pralka i znalazły się też kapsułki do prania i suszarka do ubrań którą można rozwiesić na zamkniętym mini balkonie przy kuchni. Apartament jest sprzątany tylko powierzchownie, dużo brudnych kącików. Mikrofala nie działała. Puchaty dywan, i sztuczne kwiatki, które są tylko siedliskiem kurzu. Woda z umywalek w kuchni i łazience rozpryskująca się, ale to chyba w Hiszpanii częsty problem, bo to samo zauważyłam w restauracjach.

Apartment is spacious, had all amenities such as coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher,etc… Staff were very helpful and responsive. Only one bath towel per person and one hand towel per bathroom (two in total). No hand soap, only three small bottles of shower gel (for four of us), no coffee or tea, no paper towels. However, after asking for additional towels and soap, staff kindly provided it immediately. Bad sewage smell, but it is very old building, so, I believe there is no easy resolution to this.

Hygiëne kon echt beter, wij vonden haren in de douche (werd overigens daarna wel extra schoongemaakt). Handdoeken heel dun en vlekkerig. Het is duidelijk dat dit een intensief gebruikt appartement is. Lampenkappen allemaal scheef of kapot, gordijntjes idem dito. Kromme messen in de keuken.

Appartement is ruim, schoon, heeft airconditioning en onwijs fijn om een keuken te hebben om zelf af en toe wat te eten klaar te maken. Communicatie met host is ook top. Er is niks niet wat ons niet beviel.

Det var stille og rolig der, vi sov godt hele natten. Aircondition fungerte utmerket, og alt vi trengte av kjøkkenutstyr var der (vi spiste frokost, lagde havregrøt hver morgen). Det var nye håndklær for hver dag. Det fungerte også veldig fint, når vi skulle reise vi la igjen de to settene med nøkler vi hadde mottatt i leiligheten og forlot den.

Quelques équipements mériteraient d'être changés : sèche cheveux hors service, peinture chauffe serviettes écaillée et résistances endommagées dans congélateur.
- Daniel (8/5): Visita Navideña a Málaga en familia - La ubicación del apartamento en plena Calle Nueva es excepcional, en pleno centro histórico y a un paseo de la estación de tren. En nuestro caso éramos cuatro, dos adultos y dos adolescentes y encontramos todo el equipamiento que necesitamos (en cocina, en baño...). Además había armarios suficientes para la ropa de los cuatro. Encontramos todo limpio y ordenado a nuestra llegada. El apartamento además tiene mucha luz natural, incluso en invierno. El apartamento está bien cuidado pero se nota su uso intensivo. Hay algunos rozones y golpes en las puertas o paredes pero nada importante. El sofá cama era algo incómodo pero entra dentro de lo prwvisible.. La nevera hacía algo de ruido.

- David (6/5): We really enjoyed our Christmas visit to Malaga, it's a lovely city. - The location of the appartment is excellent. The showers were good, there was plenty of hot water. The appt is spacious for 4 people. and there is plenty of wardrobe space. There is a very convenient bread/patisserie next door and a small supermarket nearby. The kitchen is vastly under equipped for self catering for 4 people. Cooking an evening meal for 4 was a challenge! The beds are uncomfortable with foam matresses and hard foam pillows. No bedside lights in the ensuite bedroom & main light switch couldn't be reached from the bed. It is a long 12/15 metre walk from kitchen to dining table. In the appartment there were no instructions for recycling etc and the wi-fi instructions provided were incorrect. There was no local information provided about Malaga and no recommendations.
- Corrie (8/5): The best location you could wish for! - We stayed for 5 nights at this accommodation together with my family. The features we liked most: - Picking up the keys was easy at the reception. - The location of this apartment is the best! It's in the middle of the historic center of Malaga, walking distance to everything you could possibly need. Restaurants, shops, the market, everything was within reach. It's next to a bakery, which opens every day already at 8 so perfect for breakfast. - Even though the apartment was in the center, its peaceful and quiet in the bedrooms of the apartment. - The building has an elevator and is nicely maintained. - The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, 2 bathrooms + 1 additional toilet. What could have been better: - The beds were very uncomfortable, because they were tiny and the mattresses were very hard - The apartment could really use an upgrade; The white couch had a lot of dirty stains, the lounge chair was broken, the kitchen looked like it was falling apart, there were stains, scratches and lots of damages everywhere. - The walk-in shower was terrible; The water was either very hot or cold, it was difficult to get the temperature right. Also the shower head was tiny and placed very high, so you need to hold the shower head when trying to wash your hair. There was no rack to put your toiletries. - The other bathroom had a shower-bath combination, which felt outdated and dirty. The shower there had barely any power, so it took a long time to rinse out the shampoo.

Even though you are in the centre of everything it’s a very quiet apartment. Nothing! Die Toilettenspülung war so schwach, dass man einen Eimer zum spülen benutzen musste. Zu dritt ist diese Wohnung definitiv zu klein und unbequem. Die Decken sind viel zu dick. Die Kissenbezüge waren teilweise kaputt.

- zlatko (5/5): I have photos, already sent to owner - The apartment is in a great location, beautifully designed. I'm not really picky, but the maintenance of that apartment is really below par. When I turned on the water in the bathroom, it didn't drain, and when I unscrewed the plug, it was obvious that it hadn't been done for a long time. I reported it to the person I was in contact with, she was very friendly, but still, from an excellent apartment, they downgraded it to average. Beautiful city and beautiful apartment, but my warm recommendation is that they maintain it better. Even the door to the room is broken. The apartment is mostly dirty and full of dust, I washed it myself so I could take a shower. After this experience, I think I'll focus on hotels again, even though they're more expensive. Cleanless

- Walter (8/5): Mooi appartement met wat missers - Prachtig appartement op een prachtige plek midden in het oude centrum. De lift was gedurende de gehele periode stuk en aangezien het appartement op de tweede verdieping ligt en een van ons slechter ter been is was dit een drama. Verder slechts een wijn glas en een frisdrank glas in het appartement. Heel vreemd en onhandig

- Dinuka (7/5): - Beautiful decor and amazing location. No bed.clothes for the sofa bed in the flat when we arrived late at night. This was a simple omission and the out of hours team did rectify and we're helpful about doing so, but it was disappointing that bedtime was significantly delayed and the evening disrupted. The apartment is really lovely but a bit tired. Fake plant very very dusty and several bits in need of maintenance- lampshade missing, blanket box lid broken, shower tray chipped, smell of damp, no wine glasses All of that said, it was still great
- Achraf El Youssoufi (9/5): - L'emplacelent est incroyable. L'appartement est grand et très propre. Le personnel de l'agence est très agréable. L'appartement était grand et propre, néanmoins rien à voir avec les photos. On a un peu le sentiment de se faire arnaquer!

- PATRIZIA (8/5): Location ottima per posizione. - La posizione, l’arredo, le stanze La manutenzione scarsa. Le doccine erano bucate, una sedia svitata, e gli scarichi dei bagni un po’ otturati. Una Maggiore cura nella manutenzione sarebbe stata ottimale. Segnalo che le riparazioni sono state eseguite abbastanza nel breve periodo (il giorno dopo)
