Non appena mi ha fatto cancellare la prenotazione - che io ingenuamente ho cancellato senza che l’host a spese sue mi trovasse una nuova sistemazione - non ha più risposto ai messaggi.

• Melanie (3/5): Een keer en nooit weer! Slechte nachtrust en geen oplossing van host - Locatie Ons verblijf viel helaas erg tegen. Het bed kraakte ontzettend en samen met de koelkast die ieder uur aansloeg, zorgde dit voor een slechte nachtrust. Daarnaast was het appartement erg gehorig: je kon de buren in de badkamer horen en ’s ochtends vroeg werd er hard met deuren gegooid. De douche had een zeer lage waterdruk en de tegels waren zichtbaar smerig. Ook was alles matig afgewerkt en de bank duidelijk aan vervanging toe. Bij aankomst lagen er bovendien haren in het bed, wat niet bepaald een frisse eerste indruk gaf (dit hebben we destijds niet gemeld, maar het viel wel op). We hebben het geluid van de koelkast, douche en het krakende bed expliciet gemeld bij de host vanwege de slechte nachtrust en gevraagd of we naar een ander appartement konden verhuizen. Dit was helaas niet mogelijk. Zonder onze toestemming werd er vervolgens iemand naar de kamer gestuurd om de situatie te bekijken. Hoewel dit misschien goed bedoeld was, vinden wij dat dit niet kan zonder overleg en zonder dat wij erbij zijn. De host gaf aan dat het matras nieuw was en daarom niet kon kraken, maar het probleem zat duidelijk in het bedframe. Volgens hen was alles verder in orde en konden ze niets voor ons betekenen. Ook op ons verzoek om een (gedeeltelijke) compensatie of de mogelijkheid om elders te verblijven, werd niet ingegaan. Voor de prijs die wij hebben betaald, verwachten wij dat alles gewoon in orde is en niet half afgewerkt. Wat ons betreft is dit een eenmalige ervaring; wij komen hier niet meer terug. De host kan nog veel leren op het gebied van echte hospitality. Het enige positieve punt is de locatie, die is echt top.

Tesise ulaşmak için Pozos Dulces caddesinde taksiden inip 2-3 dakika yürümeniz gerekiyor. Tren istasyonundan ya da otobüs terminalinde taksi ile ulaşım -6-7 dakika sürüyor. Tesisin dış kapısı anahtarlı daire kapısı ise dijital anahtar şifreli. Herhangi bir olumsuz Luk yaşamadım. Tavsiye ederim. Banyo kapısının sürgülü olmasından dolayı açıp kapatırken ses yapması.

L’appartamento è molto carino e il patio é davvero bello Purtroppo avendo il sonno leggero sentivo appena qualcuno rientrava in appartamento la notte. Apparte ciò bene!

• Gerhard (4/5): Enttäuschend gegenüber 5 andere Einrichtungen auf dieser Reise. - Die Möbel sind schon sehr stark abgewohnt. Im Badezimmer gab es keine Lüftung. Schimmel hat sich schon ausgebreitet. Die eingebaute Lüftung ist mit Raummfarbe anscheinend mehrmals überstrichen worden das die Schlitze der Lüftung nicht mehr vorhanden sind. Es gab auch keinen Motor mehr für die Entlüftung. Die Toilettenpapierhalterung ist so angebracht das diese auf Schulterhöhe und hinter dem Rücken montiert ist. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr schlecht ausgenutzt. Der Mistkübel in der Küche war nur zugänglich wenn man die Kastenfront an der Waschmaschine umständlich ausgefädelt hat. Mitten im Raum (gleich neben der Eingangstür und haben den Zugang zur Küche stark eingeschränkt) waren die Putzutensillien wie Kübel, Wischmob, etc,... platziert. Beim ersten Betretten extremer Chlorgeruch.
• lobez (8/5): - Appartement charmant et spacieux, très bien situé, et bien équipé pour passer quelques jours à Malaga La résidence est très jolie, et l'appartement donne sur la cour intérieure (peu bruyante), avec vue charmante sur le clocher de l'église voisine La fenêtre au dessus de la porte d'entrée ne dispose pas de volet ni de rideau occultant, laissant entrer la lumière dans le logement la nuit : cela peut être vraiment gênant si vous utilisez le canapé-lit dans la pièce principale et/ou si vous souhaitez dormir dans le noir complet. C'est d'autant plus gênant que les couloirs extérieurs sont équipés de lampes qui ont tendance à rester allumées toute la nuit. Canapé-lit moyennement confortable (ok pour des enfants / ados, mais moins pour des adultes)

Secure with the courtyard in the middle. Property had all you need for your stay, perfect for two. Very comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful with contact via WhatsApp. All was great.

• Anđela (6/5): Great location - The apartment had all the utilities, and the location is superb, in the city centre, close to everything you need, but still in a quiet street The apartment is very dark because it was on the ground floor and the only windows are from the inner courtyard. Also it was quite humid, and despite the de-humidifier machine, we found it more convenient to keep the windows open (however, any neighbours could see then directly into our apartment and us, which is not really ideal)

• Mary (8/5): - The location is very good: only 10 minutes from metro, the sea, the castle and the cathedral. A lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. The place itself is nice and cosy. The bed and the sofa are okay. The bathroom - good! The kitchen had everything one needs to make breakfast and tea/coffee. I hope the lights in the bathroom will be fixed before the next guest arrives :)) We had problem with it.

No se escuchaba nada de ruido No puedo poner nada ya que lo único “malo” no depende de la propietaria del piso, se nos fue la luz pero debe de pasar a menudo y mas en feria que se vaya la luz, y el tema de mendigos y gente un poco mas turbia por los callejones de todo el centro de málaga.

• Raffaella (7/5): - La posizione vicina al centro, proprio dietro al Museo Thyessen, comodissima per girare il centro a piedi e vicinissimo a negozi e ristoranti. L'appartamento è molto spazioso per due persone, non nuovo ma tenuto bene. La corte in cui si trova l'appartamento lo rende sicuro anche se al piano terra e non fa sentire i rumori del passaggio esterno. Si trova in un vicolo al momento un po' malandato, ma stavano ristrutturando alcuni palazzi vicini quindi potrebbero migliorare in futuro. Nella corte sono quasi tutti appartamenti turistici e se i vicini sono rumorosi li sentirete. Nell'appartamento sarebbe comoda una macchina del caffè in capsule, che non è presente. Le stoviglie andrebbero rinnovate, ma frigo e forno a microonde sono nuovi.

Que en el patio que hay pues en el piso de al lado lo tenían unos jóvenes y estaban allí tomando y tuve que levantarme a las 3 de la mañana a llamarles la atención porque me despertaron.

Check in will not be until 2 pm so there's sufficient time but they are not so generous. I won't recommend if you have extra luggage and your flight is in the evening or afternoon.

• Pasquale (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing flat very clean, big and with all the comfort. Place literally in the middle of the city center connected to all directions. You cannot find anything better. The customer service was amazing and a particular thanks to Manuela and Marina from the customer service which replied very fast to all my questions and helped me from the beginning to the end of my trip. Customer support help you days before arrival until the end. Best choice ever made. Being on the ground floor, often you can hear the main gate entrance close and open and some guest going to their apartment in the main courtyard made a lot of noise in the middle of the night. Some of them were drunk. Not fault of the structure.

The bed was not very comfortable, the WiFi had several problems and we had cockroaches on the apartment. However after we talked to the staff they went there to check and solve the issue of the cockroaches. The street where the apartment is, was always dirty and didn’t smell great.

Lots of small misses left us feeling a bit meh. - Locations is perfect 👌🏼 Spacious studio in a beautiful building I feel with very little effort the place could be so much better. It’s a shame. Looked like it was cleaned quite sometime ago and left like that for weeks. 🧹 Cockroaches on bed side table and on sofa.🪳 Bed was uncomfortable. 🛏️ Shower mat was slippery. The shower installation feels like an afterthought 🚿 The lobby always had flies 🪰 Drunk ppl peeing right outside leaving a bad smell 👃🏼 The top part of the door is glass and the light from the lobby looks straight in the room 🚪
• Anne (8/5): Very good - Great location, right in the Old Town, but very quiet. Although it is in a little alley, it felt safe, plenty of people around. A few minutes' walk from Calle Larios. We had only one evening and night in Malaga so it was great to be in the centre of things. The property is in an appealing traditional building, with the apartments set around a pleasant patio. It is just a studio but there was good division between the bedroom area and the living area. The sofa bed was comfortable enough. The hosts were very helpful regarding check in and check out and also with directions to the property.

The kitchen is well equipped. Unfortunately, there's a glass window above the apartment door without any blinds which made me feel a bit unsafe as a female solo traveler. Moreover, there's almost no counter space in the bathroom.

• Ruth (10/5): Long weekend in the sun. - Apartment was in a quiet narrow passageway. Behind large wooden doors there was a paved square where you accessed your apartment. Compact clean kitchen although we never made use of it! I did notice there was all you would need to keep the kitchen clean and tidy with washing up liquid/ bleach/ sponges for the sink and a t-towel. The bed was very comfy and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. The shops, restaurants and bars were 2 minutes away and it was 5 minutes to the tram station to take you along the coast and back to the airport. Nothing.

• Jim (9/5): Fantastic apartment, fabulous central location and wonderfully quiet. - We were met at the apartment, provided with information about the property, restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, and given the keys. It was exceptional service.
• Rodrigo (9/5): Superb - The location was ok, the apartment was a bit limited for a group of three friends but it was good value. The apartment had a dishwasher and the AC was working fine. The staff was helpful. The water pressure was not great, the kitchen could have been a bit more complete. But no issues overall.

• Klaudia (8/5): Nice perfectly located apartment - Location was great. Very quick and efficient communication with the host. Apart from finding one cockroach, the apartment was super clean and nice. Super noisy people around. The apartment next door was having some kind of renovation and the workers would work up until 10-11pm. Also outside the building another renovation, so noises start from 8 am sharp. If you’re a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend especially during the weekend when other tenants come back in the middle of night and remain inconsiderately loud.

Host was friendly and helpful The bed was not very comfortable and there was a strong smell of chlorine when we arrived due to cleaning which took over 24 hours to go.
