• Vicky (7/5): Excelente ubicación - Muy buena ubicación. Las que usaron el sofá cama no estuvieron cómodas, hay unas barras que se clavan y al tumbarse hundes hacia el centro.
• Bernard (9/5): Ensemble très positif. - L'appartement est à deux pas de la mer. Les lits sont corrects. Nombreux restaurants environnants. Excellents petit-déjeuners à 2 pas. La ville n'est pas très loin après une superbe ballade. Un manque de double vitrage. Un peu bruyant, par le fait de manque d'isolation acoustique. Mais supportable.

• Claudia (8/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, está equipado con todo lo necesario, hay transporte y tiendas cerca. Las instalaciones ya están un poco deterioradas, la pared esta muy sucia, las cortinas también muy sucias, el sofá-cama se hunde cuando te sientas y para dormir pues te hundes como un hoyo sin salida. Un poco de mantenimiento y listo!!!

• fatima (9/5): Top je recommande - L'appartement est très bien situé. Il faut juste traverser la rue pour accéder a la plage . L'appartement dispose dun parasol et de chaises de plage qui est tres utile. Il y a des restaurants juste en bas de l'immeuble et un carrefour city. Le port est à 5 mn à pied et le centre historique à 20 mn à pied mais on ne les voit pas passé car on passe par le port et par le jardin botanique. C'est top. Nous étions 4 personnes et le canapé n'était pas confortable, nous avons dû mettre le matelas directement sur le sol.
• Monica (3/5): Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind in dieser Unterkunft und leider insgesamt nicht zufrieden. Am zweiten Tag haben wir im Ba - Was mir an diesem Apartment sehr gut gefallen hat, war die Lage – es ist wirklich nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand entfernt, was mit einem kleinen Kind sehr praktisch ist. Außerdem war die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet: Es gab eine Waschmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster – wirklich alles, was man im Alltag braucht. Sogar Gewürze waren vorhanden, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das hat den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung anfangs sehr angenehm gemacht. Was mir nicht gefallen hat: Leider war die Wohnung nicht wirklich sauber bei der Ankunft. Das schlimmste war jedoch, dass wir am zweiten Tag eine riesige Kakerlake im Badezimmer gefunden haben. Für uns – vor allem mit einem 14 Monate alten Kind, das am Boden krabbelt – war das ein absolutes No-Go. Wir haben den Vermieter sofort informiert, aber er hat das Problem nicht ernst genommen und wollte auch keinen Ausgleich oder Kompromiss anbieten. Hinzu kommt, dass die Wände extrem dünn sind – obwohl wir im 10. Stock waren, konnten wir jeden Abend den Lärm vom Club im Erdgeschoss deutlich hören. Einschlafen war schwer, und wir haben kaum zur Ruhe gefunden, obwohl unser Kind glücklicherweise schlafen konnte. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist diese Wohnung aus unserer Sicht nicht geeignet. Auch die Müllsituation war nicht so, wie sie beschrieben wurde – die Müllentsorgung ist nicht direkt am Gebäude, sondern man muss über eine Straße laufen und Müll in ein Loch an der Straße werfen. Das war ebenfalls nicht sehr angenehm. Fazit: Trotz der guten Lage und Ausstattung können wir die Unterkunft für Familien mit kleinen Kindern nicht empfehlen, vor allem wegen Hygieneproblemen, Lärm und fehlendem Entgegenkommen des Vermieters im Umgang mit Beschwerden.

• Ewa (10/5): Our stay was perfect at this apartment. - I would definitely recommend this apartment! It was clean, location was perfect (we walked to almost all of our destinations - beach, old town, shops, port), it had all of needed equipment (even beach umbrella). Host was so kind to let us in earlier, and let us leave our baggage after checking out. Last but not least - window view to the beach! -/-

• Caroline (8/5): Perfect spot once the workmen have finished in - The apartment was situated in a great spot. Near both town and beach. It had all we wanted. Nice cafes all around. There was lots of noisy building work in the next room in the day time. Also there is a lot of noisy partying going on very late at the weekend. Found our sleep was interrupted until early morning.

Will come again! - This apartment has everything you need, microwave, washing machine, oven, air conditioner, hair dryer, cleaning suplies, oil for cooking, soap, beach towels and towels. Superb. Ideal for couples with a child but maybe not 3 adult people. Don't get me wrong it could work but with small compromise on space. There's no balcony but there is a pretty ocean view if you look through the window. I highly recommend this apartment for it's amazing value for money! We are super satisfied and will come again for a longer stay next summer/fall. The door of the bathroom doesn't close fully which is not an issue for me. The beds were a bit harder but comfortable nonetheless, it's like a harder memory foam. Depends on the person but I enjoyed it. These are minor things but overall this apartment is beautiful, perfect location, quiet, clean.
• Tadeuss (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very clean, it has everything for a comfortable stay, including a beautiful view of the sea, beach and city. Very good location of the apartment, everything is within walking distance: restaurants, supermarket, beach, city centre and bus stops. It is very easy to get to the airport by bus. I really want to come back. There is no such.
• Marianne (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent, right opposite Malagueta beach and Muelle 1 (lots of restaurants and art and crafts stalls). It is a 10-minute walk into the centre. Our flight was quite delayed but someone waited for us at the apartment which is on the 10th floor. Unfortunately there was building work going on on the same floor, so it was quite noisy.
• Iveta (9/5): We had a wonderful vacation. - Nice apartment right by the beach. We were pleased that there was a parasol and beach towels. The mattresses for the beds are not soft, but they do not cause discomfort. The mattress of the pull-out sofa is not flat, it is more suitable for a child than an adult. Warm water, detergents, kitchen utensils, pan, saucepans, also oil and vinegar - everything was sufficient The neighbors were quiet. Street noise can be heard well late at night. Just for the information of others: do not turn on the kettle when the washing machine is running, because the electricity goes out.
