• Urbano (6/5): Persona sin escrúpulos he inhumano. - La cercanía con el centro. El dueño. Un impresentable. Llegamos a las dos de la mañana porque nos encontramos un accidente. El enlace no habría la puerta de acceso al apartamento, y llamamos a mantenimiento y no quiso acercarse a traernos una copia de las llaves, tuvimos que ir nosotros por ellas después de haber hecho ocho horas de viaje. Un GRAN SINVERGÜENZA!

• Joanna (8/5): Great stay, can totally recommend the apartment - Great located apartment, communication with the host before arriving was very good, all the instructions were clear and given ahead of time, the rooms were well prepared and clean. - Water in the shower was medium hot - it is a big apartment so for bigger groups the second pair of keys would be very useful

• MANUEL ANTONIO (7/5): Buena ubicación, inicio con incidencia de calefacción - La ubicacion Problemas de calefacción al inicio. Una vez reparado, el apartamento se mantuvo a una temperatura confortable. Sin embargo, la primera noche pasamos frío porque uno de los equipos de calefacción/aire encendía pero no calentaba. Al día siguiente vino el técnico y lo solucionaron, pero tuvimos que esperar durante la mañana, lo que nos hizo reorganizar parte del día. La limpieza estaba bien en general, aunque había algunos detalles puntuales que preferimos repasar para estar más tranquilos. En nuestro caso, el aparcamiento en la zona fue complicado, por lo que optamos por parking de pago. En resumen, la estancia fue correcta y mejoró significativamente tras la reparación, aunque el inicio fue difícil.

• Susan (7/5): Not recommending to friends. Too far to walk as well unless you are fit to walk a lot. - Separate bedrooms were nice. We arrived to ants every where on kitchen counter and floors. The manager told us to take our garbage out! Hmmmm the kitchen amenities were not good, the knives were dull and the pots were old worn out. We also were not happy with damage deposit process and that third party asking us to buy insurance or take pictures of place. First time we’ve had this problem. We gave damage deposit but ignored insurance demand.

• Kiely999 (8/5): Great apartment in good location - Great location with good facilities. Children's playground across the street very noisy.
• Louise (7/5): Convenient and comfortable apartment in Malaga. - Location was convenient and there was the right amount of space for a family with teens. The little gift packs were a nice touch. Storage was great. The noise outside into the early hours most days, music playing and people being very loud. This meant that the person in the front bedroom had very little sleep. I appreciate that there is little the owner can do about this. One duvet cover had a hole in it and was well worn. The curtains in the lounge also had a tear in the bottom.

The center was just a short walk away and there were great places even closer for breakfast, coffee and food. Having 2 small rolls of toilet paper for 4 guests wasn't the best.

• Reay (8/5): We had a wonderful time after getting in. - Location. Comfortable. Lovely furniture and kitchen and bathroom Not being met at the property- we entered the main door via a resident after a lot of hassle. An exterior sign would have helped to find !!

Possibility to change the dates with the help of Booking.com after the payment was processed in advance. - After you pay, they ask you to register on a third party tourism website and the communication goes only there, not here on Booking.com. - Very difficult check-in process, registering and individually signing of documents (you must check in as a group otherwise they extra charge you). - Asking about parking availability, they sell you private parking space for 15 euros per day even if you can easily park free on the streets surrounding the building, but this info is not provided. - For 5 adult for 2 nights they provided only 1 roll of toilet paper. - The soap was diluted with water and couldn't be used properly. - Didn't provided shower gel.

• Andrej (10/5): Good location, well equipped and comfortable - Very good location. Just a few minutes walk from Merced Plaza, but outside the busy and sometimes loud historic center, so we had quiet nights :) The beach is also only about a 15 minute walk. The apartment is spaceous, nicely furbished and well equipped, suitable for longer stays. Good and stable WiFi and a smart TV, so we could enjoy our streaming account. The check-in was easy, Carlos was wainting for us at the apartment. Very reasonable pricing. Will return if we get the chance to visit Málaga again.
• Robert (10/5): Honestly recommended, will come back. - Stylish apartment, tastefully furbished, well equipped kitchen. Only few minutes from pedestrian zone, approximately 15 mins easy walk from the sea. Quiet neigbourhood. I needed fast internet connection for conference, it worked well. I particularly liked a cosy small jazzbar just next corner.
