Comunicação com os funcionários muito fácil quer presencial quer por e-mail ou telefone, muito obrigada ao Juan Carlos. O alojamento ficava perfeito com algumas obras básicas de melhorias estéticas.

- Daniel-ilie (7/5): Good - The location is really close to the city center, the apartment was pretty big, and the view was nice. The check-in procedure was really difficult. There was not clear at reservation time that a credit card is required for check-in, and they charge 150 EUR for one week, and return it afterwards if everything is fine. The person at the reception did not know what she was doing, made us try 6 different debit cards, saying that they should work as well, and none of them worked. Fortunately we had one credit card as well, but if we didn't we couldn't get the room...
- Anna (9/5): Superb - Very good contact with the team responsible for this apartament- met three people, all very nice and helpfull. No problem with getting the keys 24/7. Shops and most important attractions are close to the apartament. It's difficult to find a parking place.

- Maria (5/5): Passable - Nice area and close to both beach and the old town. Spacious apartment, nice with a bathtub. Friendly staff in the reception. It’s not as nice and cozy as the images, I found it quite dark. The fans in the bedrooms were very noisy and it was not very clean. We found bandaids and Kleenex on the floor from previous guests, when we told the staff that some of the rooms were dirty, we didn’t really get any response.
