• Joanna (1/5): the most stressfull experience i ever had with any hotel/apartment reservation - Nothing. They cancelled the booking on the day of arrival after check-in time, leaving us completely stranded with nowhere to stay. Absolutely unacceptable and unbelievably irresponsible. They cancelled the booking AFTER check-in time on the actual day of arrival. I spent the entire morning texting and calling the host and got absolutely nothing back. After wasting over 2 hours on the phone with Booking, the host suddenly cancelled the reservation without a single message, apology, or explanation. Completely disgusting behavior. This was by far the most stressful start to a holiday I’ve ever experienced. Imagine arriving at your destination after booking months in advance, only to discover you suddenly have nowhere to sleep because the host couldn’t even do the bare minimum and inform you they planned to cancel. We were left panicking for hours, waiting for responses that never came, while all remaining accommodation options became insanely expensive. The host clearly does not care about guests at all, and Booking was useless in handling the situation. Zero professionalism, zero respect, zero accountability. I genuinely wouldn’t wish this treatment on anyone. Avoid this host at all costs unless you want your holiday ruined before it even starts.

• Cristina (7/5): Muy buena ubicación, piso mejorable - El piso está muy bien comunicado, a menos de cinco minutos de la estación de metro y de paradas de autobús y a 10 minutos de la estación de tren. Con las ventanas cerradas el piso es bastante silencioso. Las camas son cómodas, almohadas y cojines de sobra. El piso tiene ascensor pero aviso que es extremadamente pequeño, si venís con cochecito de bebé apenas entra. En la cocina había papel, bolsas de basura, estropajo y detergente tanto para los platos, lavavajillas y lavadora. El proceso de reserva es exagerado, no sirve de nada reservar con Booking, pues luego tienes que hacer otra reserva directamente con Letmalaga en la que te piden un exceso de documentación y firmar un contrato con ellos. Leed la letra pequeña porque, además, se tiene que pagar una fianza de 150€. El piso necesita algunas mejoras: el baño necesita una reforma. Las cortinas de la casa están en mal estado, una silla rota, la mampara rota de la ducha debajo de una cama, una televisión abandonada, un VHS, lámparas rotas, muebles innecesarios y decoración claramente de los que vivían antes. Solicitamos una cuna que estuvo disponible, pero para quién venga con bebés, la cuna es muy mala: colchón finísimo y a ras de suelo, dificultando mucho el manejo del bebé. Tampoco disponía de sábana bajera para la cuna.
• Matias Santiago (8/5): - Disponer de garaje, las camas son cómodas. El estado de la zona de la bañera, no cuesta nada quitar los chorretones de la bañera y cambiar la cortina del baño, tiene mucha humedad (negro). En la zona de la puerta se observa óxido.
• Cassandra (7/5): Redelijk appartement middenin een levendige woonwijk - Leuk appartement op de 5e etage met mooi uitzicht. Goede bedden. Het was er schoon. Prettig contact met de host. Vragen werden via Whatsapp snel beantwoord. Het appartement ligt middenin een woonwijk. De Lidl is vlakbij. De bussen naar het centrum om de hoek. Het strand op loopafstand. De inrichting is nogal oubollig en ongezellig. In de keuken hing een vieze ( schimmel ) lucht. De afzuigkap werkte niet. Er was geen koffiezetapparaat. Het broodrooster was erg onhandig, je moest zelf het brood omdraaien. Een aantal lampen waren kapot of waren gevaarlijk omdat de stekker uit elkaar viel. Een aantal basisartikelen zoals bv peper,zout, olie, afwasmiddel ontbraken. Het douchegordijn is aan vervanging toe. Het ligbad met vieze plekken ook.
• Jacek (7/5): Dobra lokalizacja, leciwe wyposazenie. - Mieszkanie niedaleko stacji metra, kolejki na lotnisko oraz plaży. Pieszo można dojść do centrum w 30 minut. Garaż jest sporym udogodnieniem bo przy ulicy trudno o wolne miejsca. Mieszkanie wyposażone jest w stare meble, jakby "po babci". Na wannie w łazience nieestetyczne zacieki. Niekomfortowa dla wynajmującego polityka pobierania depozytu.
• Tatjana (7/5): - Место расположение очень удобное. Близко от центрального вокзала , исторического центра и моря. Не понравилось отношение .Халатное. У нас был поздний заезд и дана инструкция при заселение , как попасть в квартиру. Все хорошо , но забыли указать этаж и номер квартиры. Ещё не много и пришлось бы нам ночевать в подъезде ночью. Пережили маленький шок.

• Cindy (8/5): Manage your expectations but a good place to stay. - The location had plenty of good bars/restaurants nearby, they are local establishments on local operational hours, so be aware no early dinners. Lots of grocery stores in the area. The old town is a little over a mile walk and the train station a little under. We chose to walk however there are lots of local buses and the metro station is a short walk. Check in was a bit frustrating. We were able to get into the building but we were given a code to the apartment door that didn't work. It took awhile to get in touch with someone to resolve the problem. However, once we spoke with her getting in was no problem. The apartment could use a big sprucing up.

• Lenskaya (7/5): Все добре - Квартира дуже хороша, красива, вид з вікна на місто Хотілось би щоб було прибирання під час нашого перебування ( хоч 1 раз) мы платити за нього і сіль і цукор, можливо чай кава( цього не було) і шматочок мила( тільки 1 був)
• Johannes (6/5): - Groot en mooi appartement Inchecken via "link" is erg omslachtig en tijdrovend. 2 codes voor toegang appartement is eveneens tijdrovend.Laat inchecken is een ellende.Telefonisch moeilijk bereikbaar.Verstaan geen Engels. In het hele appartement kropen mieren over de vloer.
• Emil (8/5): Przestronny apartament w dogodnej lokalizacji. - Położenie w dzielnicy mieszkaniowej,ale blisko niezatłoczonej plaży.Obok mnóstwo knajpek .Dobry dojazd do centrum metrem.Blisko dworca kolejowego i autobusowego.Przestdonność lokalu. Problemy z otwieraniem drzwi na kod.Zużycie sprzętów i mebli.
• Yousra (1/5): - La situation géographique Je n’ai pas aimé le fait que la communication avec notre hôte ne soit pas fluide tjr un temps d’attente. Aucune politesse. Je n’ai pas eu d’électricité à mon arrivé et ce pendant 24h j’ai pris une douche dans le noir, pas d’air conditionné pas de tv wifi pour les enfants. On a du passer tout notre temps dehors et rentre uniquement pour dormir assister de nos lampe de poche. Je précise que j’avais 3 enfant dont un bébé de 6 mois !! Rien pour réchauffer sa nourriture préparer son biberon etc. Avec aucune excuse , aucun sentiment de culpabilité. Et pour couronner le tout lorsque je demande un dédommagement ( la première nuit gratuite ) au vu des circonstance elle me propose 10% du pris de ma nuit donc 15 euro !!! C’est honteux

• Tiago (5/5): Desilusão dado o valor pago. - O apartamento era espaçoso. O apartamento tinha muita arrumação. Os utensílios de cozinha não estavam limpos. Havia apenas uma colher de sopa. O estendal estava partido assim como a pega da porta do frigorifico. A janela da varanda era difícil de manobrar. Não funcionavam nem o ar condicionado de um dos quartos nem o exaustor. O colchão do quarto de casal estava em mau estado. No quarto de casal havia uma caixa de derivação com os fios elétricos à mostra.
• Aurelia (7/5): - The air conditioning in the master bedroom didn’t work and we told the host on the first day that they should send someone over as the electricity in the whole apartment turns off at least twice a day and they didn’t send anyone over the whole stay.
• Remigiusz (9/5): Polecamy - Lokalizacja: plaża, centrum miasta, sklepy oraz miejsce w garażu podziemnym. Wyposażenie zapewniające komfort, w tym klimatyzacja, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, pralka. Wygodne spania. Czystość pościeli, ręczników oraz większości pomieszczeń. Zepsuty toster, niestabilna ciepła woda, zepsute okna balkonowe, stan małego pokoju, brak niektórych podstawowych artykułów (mydło, detergent do zmywarki)
• julie (10/5): - The property s location was excellent. There are three bedrooms. The presentation is good close to metro station la isla. Takes you to malaga Central shopping areas. 10 min walk to nearest beach. Shops are close by buses to all South Spain regions. The mountain views are great, even if its looking over other properties. Had a great stay. The glass coffee table!!! Took up quite a lot of floor space. For safety we put it at the end of the sofa. Sadly there was no instructions for the use of washing machine. I understand we should all know but the machine is in Spanish, my wash sadly took 3 hours. So resorted to doing 15 min wash. Yes we then downloaded the machines instructions. Also no instructions for cooker/oven. My apologies, I use gas. I had no idea with the instructions on electric oven. I believe I may have toasted my potato, gave up. Instructions for these need to be available in other languages for easy reference. Ceramic tiled flooring, gets very dusty. The floor brush did not help to maintain, the use of a microfiber brush attachment would help but there was not one provided.

• Pawel (9/5): Holiday in Malaga - Very clean and big flat, quite well equipped with AC in different rooms. The lift is very small, hard to fit with the stroller (almost impossible for double kids size). No alternatives for storage outside the apartment.
• David (9/5): Good apartment, Value for money - Facilities were good, nice layout. Great view of hills from lounge. MRT/bus/supermarket close by. It's a bit far out, in local neighbourhood, not touristy, not many restaurants, but bus into town close by and easy to use.
• Justkazza (8/5): Good size apartment. - Spacious apartment. Close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. Nice terrace. Good public transport. Sheets and towels never changed. Got email to say the housekeeper would be in usually around 11am to change beds and towels. When we arrived back there was a bag of clean laundry left so maybe we were expected to do it? I don't go on holiday to change beds! Air con only in lounge and main bedroom. I stupidly left a purse in a drawer with English money in it when we left. I messaged them, they asked which apartment, but never heard anymore. Patio doors don't lock so had to take valuables and passports with us when we went out. No personal contact. All done through email and a video showing where to find the key.
