• Sonja (8/5): Extrem gute Lage mit Weitblick über Barcelona - Am besten hat mir gefallen, dass wir im obersten Stock waren mit einer schönen Dachterrasse und einen weiten Blick über die Dächer von Barcelona hatten. Die Wohnung war deshalb auch sehr hell. Das helle große Schlafzimmer war Richtung der Straße ausgerichtet und bei offenem Fenster nachts sehr laut. Das zweite Schlafzimmer zeigte in einen Hinterhof, d.h. das wesentlich ruhiger war, aber auch dunkler da ist nur ein großes Fenster gab
• Helen (9/5): Great apartment in a vibrant and beautiful part if the city. - The huge, sunny terrace and a lovely, good size bedroom that opens up onto it. Very central location in the gothic quarter, close to shops, restaurants, public transport right outside the door. Spacious living /dining room. Be aware that it's on a main, busy road and there is noise most of the time. We were so exhausted from sightseeing we slept through most of it though. Also, although there is a lift there are still steps to get up to the apartment so if you have any mobility issues it probably isn't for you.

• Anna (10/5): Lovely stay in the heart of Barcelona. Charming host - The location is fantastic, the flat is well equiped with lots of light and very confortable. The host was charming and very helpful providing information on the area and nice dinning and cocktail bar. Short but very nice stay.
• Fiona (1/5): Really bad hygiene wouldn’t recommend at all - The location was good but the hygiene of the apartment was really bad. Me and my friends stayed there for only one night and we didn’t sleep at all. The pillow cases smelled wired, the towels too, the windows and the furniture were field with dust. It was obvious that the owner of the apartment didn’t send somebody to change the sheets and the towels and clean the place appropriately before we went there. We kindly asked him to give us the money for the other two nights we wouldn’t sleep there anymore and also offered him 100 euro to keep out of the money he would give back. Beside the fact that he never give us our money back he also asked for the keys back in advance although we paid for three nights and stayed only one night. So he could put the apartment again on the booking app and make more money out of that Filthy apartment. All though its a good location I wouldn’t recommend AT ALL if you are a clean freak. If you don’t mind sleeping on a bed that smells like a man’s sweat than this is the perfect location for you🤷🏻‍♀️

WiFi iyi çekiyordu Çok kirliydi eve girdiğimizde tozlar alınmamıştı çarşafları kokuyordu ve yıkanmadığı o kadar belliydi ki bunu belirttiğimizde bir çalışan lady göndereceğini söyledi lady gelmiş ama dolabın içinde iki tane yastığı çıkarıp yatağın üstüne öylece bırakmış ve onlarda kötü kokuyordu. Hijyensizlikten asla uyuyamadık tuvaletlerde önceki müşterilerden kalan kusmuklar duruyordu duvarlarda. Sadece konum önemli diyorsanız gelin yataklar konforsuz eski eşyalar..

Lokalizacja jest świetna – blisko metra i przystanków komunikacji miejskiej, w pobliżu duże sklepy oraz centralne ulice, więc wszędzie jest wygodnie dotrzeć. Apartament był czysty i komfortowy. Nie jest w super nowym, luksusowym stanie, ale absolutnie nie było to problemem i w niczym nie przeszkadzało. Gospodarz niezwykle uprzejmy, pomocny i troskliwy. Ogromnym atutem jest taras – widok z niego jest po prostu niesamowity. Zdecydowanie polecam ten apartament i chętnie wróciłbym ponownie.

• Greetje (7/5): Super locatie, een aanrader! - Super locatie, midden in Barcelona. Dakterras met mooi uitzicht. Twee badkamers. Ruim appartement. Bedden lagen niet prettig. Grote slaapkamer last van geluid en tocht. Appartement heeft veel onderhoud nodig.

• Claudia (8/5): Ideale Wohnung für Städtetrip. - Die Wohnung ist super zentral, im 7. Stock, hell, vom Verkehr hört man nur wenig. Nette Terrasse. Sehr bequeme Betten. Metrostation, kleine Lebensmittelläden und Restaurants direkt vor der Haustüre. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Möbel könnten eventuell mal erneuert werden, ebenso die Fugen im Bad. Oberflächlich sauber, jedoch sollte man nicht genauer schauen 😉 Für Familien mit (kleinen) Kindern relevant: das Geländer auf der Terrasse entspricht nicht den Sicherheitsstandards und ist sehr einladend um dort hinaufzuklettern. Auch kann die Tür zur Terrasse nicht versperrt werden.

• Salvador Ruiz (10/5): - La terraza es espectacular. Dan ganas de quedarte toda la noche tomando algo con amigos relajadamente o quedarte leyendo con unas vistas espectaculares. La casa está perfectamente conservada y la localización es perfecta. Nada, todo genial.
• Sanja (8/5): Gesammthaft alles tip top. - Die Lage war sehr gut. 20 min bis zum Strand und 5 min ins Zentrum. Schöne gemütliche Dachterrasse. Auch das Apartment war gut ausgestattet und alles vorhanden. Supermarkt gleich unten neben dem Apartment. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bis zum 6. Stock konnte man mit dem Lift hochfahren dannach musste man einige Treppen hochlaufen. Mit dem Kinderwagen nicht so geeignet, da man den Kinderwagen hochtragen und hinuntertragen muss. Es sind nicht viele Treppentritte aber trotzdem einbisschen aufwändig.

• Peter (8/5): Had a great stay. - Excellent location. Great rooftop verandah. Cooking facilities etc good. The lift was temperamental, which is not great when the appartment is on the top floor. Apparently, from what other residents told us, this is an ongoing issue. It was entirely out of action on our final day - not great for lugging a 20kg suitcase up and down!

• Elina (8/5): Very good - The apartment had a very good location. The apartment was on the 6th floor, it was quiet. You can't hear street noise. There are 3 grocery stores next to the apartment. The apartment has 2 bathrooms. The shower in one bathroom was in very poor condition. Overall, the showers in both bathrooms need to be improved.
• Yuting (10/5): We had a perfect three days here. If you are visiting Barcelona then I highly recommend this apartment. The landlord was - Excellent location, almost walking distance to all attractions. Shops, supermarket, restaurants, bus stop just downstairs which is very convenient. The rooms are bright and spacious, and the two bathrooms are perfect for families. It would be better if the bathroom could have some shower gel and shampoo.

• Halle (8/5): Lovely and great - Great and safe location near to all attractions, beautiful terrace with brilliant views and extremely spacious for 5 guests. Sun lounger was broken, bins had rubbish in on arrival, barely any hand wash in either bathrooms ,terrace sliding door was broken on arrival however this was fixed in a timely manner and on arrival tourist tax has to be paid in cash which was not specified but overall was a great place to stay.
• Gábor (10/5): Exceptional - I highly recommend this accommodation. The location is perfect, and the terrace is amazing. The flat is big enough for a family with 5 members. Kids loved it. We walked to the beach every day with 3 little children. Lidl and other similar shops can be approached by 4 minutes walk.

The apartment was clean, there were some stains on bedding but not a deal breaker since I brought my own stuff to lay on bed. The location was central and easy to get around lots to do... very family friendly as well. New bed linens and towels...
• Traveler (10/5): Loved it! - Amazing location, close to metro, shops (there is a huge Carrefour next door, don't stop at the smaller shops!). The terrace was superb, we spent a great deal outside and the views are great. It's quite peaceful, easy to reach, building is well kept. We loved it, and all details are as described here and in the photos. The host was nice, we discussed a meeting time via booking messaging for the keys (it would be cool to have a safety box with the keys, or a code, but in-person is fine as well). Note: there's an elevator but it goes only to the floor below, the last flight of stairs is not accessible if you have mobility concerns. Also there's a couple of stairs inside the apartment as well, in the living area. We were unlucky to visit during a brief cold period, we had electric heaters in each room so during the night it was ok, but the bathrooms and the living area (kitchen + tv) were cold, the heaters could not keep up. In the bedroom with the terrace the sliding door did not provide good enough insulation against the cold, but we agree this was just bad luck - the day we left the weather was warm again and these inconveniences are isolated. The smaller bedroom had limited surface storage - only a small shelf by the bed, and the power outlet was well hidden under the bed - perhaps not ideal but not terrible either. The bathroom had no storage area either for makeup/etc - a small shelf above the toilet would easily do the trick, as the bathrooms themselves are a bit small. A small shelf in the shower could help as well, in a corner, because we had to keep our soap & shampoo on the shower floor for lack of a better storage solution. Nothing else to complain, it was a good location and I think we will book again here when we're back in the city.
• Jill (9/5): Superb - The location was great. Apartment was comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed. Additional blankets would be great. Also a patio heater for the terrace would be lovely, though not a necessity. Only had a bottom sheet and a duvet on the beds. I would prefer a top sheet so the duvet is not right on my skin.

Good space for 2 couples Check in was frustrating due to lack of all the information for check in. We waited over an hour in front of the building before we called booking for further information.

• Anonymous (5/5): Convenient location, but not a good place for light sleepers! - Great host, very helpful and welcoming. Apartment close to main centre. Comfy beds, new bathrooms, great balcony views. Terrible sound proofing meant traffic noise all night, plus road works going on meant we had to sleep on the lounge couch rather than in the bedroom. The second bedroom which my children were in had no air con. On the balcony there was an obvious drain smell.

Apartment with a Terrance is amazing and really nice and central. Very reasonable price and a supermarket right next door... Also try the poké bowl place the other side.. you wotn regret it! Roadworks outside all hours, nothing the owner can do but pack ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

The metro station was just 50 meters from the apartment. Minimarkets in front of the building and many food options everywhere. We were charged 30 Euros extra because we arrived after 21 pm.

• Tereza (8/5): Very good - The property was very nice and also the location was excellent. Our host was the kindest lady ever. You can find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms there with 2 AC units in the apartment. Terrace was also very nice however you could hear noise from the street (we didn't mind during the day and during the night it was quiet). The beds were really comfortable and the apartment was over all clean and bright. We were in BCN in February and it was quite cold during the night and the apartment was cold too. There was no radiator only the AC to use when cold.

• Jack (8/5): Comfy & Central with a Rooftop Experience! - Great location, you will be very near the Airport Bus Stop at Plaza Catalunya, Supermarkets, Metro, Shops, Restaurants, etc. The building has an elevator and a great view from the rooftop balcony, the sun was warm and there were terrace loungers... You can count for AC (living room and big room) and heaters in every room, a plus and needed on cold months. There are two tiny, but very nice WCs with heater and a hair drier. The kitchen is good enough and the living room is great, even to rest for a bit (Big TV with Netflix was also working!). In Jan 2023 the street in front of the building is under construction, the noise starts very early. It's an old building, you won't be able to rest properly if you have a light sleep and choose the big room, you have noises from the street day and night. The back room is tiny (oldie style) but it works well to rest. We think both rooms need new mattresses.
