E Voltaria com certeza. - O apartamento fica na Vila Olímpica próximo do mar, fácil acesso ao metrô, limpeza, utensílios modernos e novos, banheiros limpos e novos, o apartamento é ainda melhor do que mostra as fotos, fomos em 4 amigas e ficamos muito bem instaladas, localização segura, bairro sem aquela agitação do centro, o que é muito bom para um dia intenso com as visitas ao pontos turísticos visitados. Eu recomendo muito. Gostamos de tudo.

On est vite au centre sans en subir l'agitation. Au premier abord le bâtiment semble vetuste et la cage d'escalier est moche mais tout ça disparaît dans l'appartement très bien rénové

The apartment was advertised as soundproof, but it was extremely noisy — sounds carried through the lightwell and the windows provided almost no insulation. We were traveling with our 2-year-old child, so the noise made it very difficult to rest. Even worse, there was visible mold on the walls in both bedrooms and the living room. Definitely not what we expected, and not suitable for families.

• Katarzyna (10/5): Super apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji - Przestronny, czysty apartament z dwiema łazienkami. W bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, plaża 5min na piechotę, najbliższą stacja metra ok. 10 min na piechotę, najblizszy sklep jest na parterze, najbliższą restauracja na parterze :) Duzo udogodnień np suszarka, zmywarka, pralka, toster, mikrofalówka, parasol na plażę. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem przez WhatsApp. Wąskie schody w budynku, ale jest tez winda więc nie ma problemu z wejsciem z walizkami. Przy otwartych oknach słychać samochody u ludzi, drugi pokój ma okno na wewnetrzny plac budynku i tam jest bardzo cicho.

Narrow steps to 2nd floor not easy with shopping No clothes airer Dodgy air-conditioning unit - switched itself on No full length mirror Low pressure on the boiler = no hot water Tiny balcony - you can't sit 4 people on it!
• Chaernsi (9/5): - A szállás jól felszerelt, tetszetős a kialakítása, 2 fürdővel, 2 egybenyíló szobával, nappali-konyhás kialakítás, tiszta, 2 klíma és wi-fi. Maga az épület amiben elhelyezkedik nem túl bizalomgerjesztő, a szállás azonban szuper. Közelben a tenger kb. 3-5 perc séta, valamint a buszmegálló ahonnan elérhetők a legemblematikusabb látnivalók cca 30-45 perc alatt. Gyakorlatilag az épület aljában egy bolt - nem élelmiszer, csak alapvető szükségletekhez pl zsebkendő stb- és 2 étterem. A közelben lévő BELYA Burger-ező kipróbálása erősen ajánlott, cca 500-600 méterre a szállástól. Alapvetően nem volt ilyen, hacsak az nem, hogy a szűk terasszal szembeni épület egy temető. Viszont ebből különösebben - mármint a tényleges funkciójából - nem látszik lényegében semmi. Csatorna szagot lehetett néha érezni a szabadban, de elviselhető.
• Luca (9/5): Il fascino discreto del mare di Barcellona. - La posizione in zona tranquilla e vicina al mare, non troppo lontana dal centro e con locali di ristorazione e negozio nello stesso edificio. La porta a vetri, completamente trasparente, di uno dei due servizi.
• Krassimra (10/5): Exceptional - Loved this apartment. It had absolutely everything we needed. It was very clean and tidy. The location is also great. Close to the beach and public transportation.
• Mark (8/5): Spacious apartment in good location out of the main tourist areas. - Spacious with windows looking out towards sea front. Good (not very touristy) area with interesting cafes etc. Short walk to beach, easy cycle to centre Mattresses a little uncomfortable.
• Jon (8/5): Very good - Beautiful modern bathrooms and lovely quirky decor Lots of supplies - cleaning things , kitchen roll etc which is very handy if you arrive by air Nice quieter area of the city. The bar underneath has a lovely owner and it’s nice to be so near to the beach. No wine glasses or corkscrew ! We had to break into a bottle of wine with a screwdriver 2 of the kitchen cupboard doors were broken and some of the kitchen appliances need updating. Basically they need to put a new kitchen in to match the lovely bathrooms and rest of the decor which is high quality It took us ages to work out how to use the code we were sent to open the door. You actually have to hit the code on your phone near the door. We have never encountered anything like this before and it took us ages. The staircase to get in is also very small which was difficult as we had one large bag between 3 people

Easy walk into Poblenou, which we enjoyed, but also good access to city centre. 2 pubs nearby also a bonus. Appartment itself- good layout. Nice little balcony. Very clean. Good communication with host. Had everything you needed. Nothing we did not like.

• Robyn (8/5): Barcelona stay - lovely appartment inside, plenty room.Just one set keys which was tricky, and what to fo with rubbish.Also we were there 10 days and no sheet chsnge available.There was washing machine , but drying took 2 days.One shower door couldnt be opened? In every other way it was great.We were there for Americas cup and it couldn't have been handier. As above

Lovely balcony to watch the world go by. Access on day one through the main door was difficult, instructions need to show where you scan the access code via your phone
• Edmund (10/5): Great location once you discover La Rambla Poblenou! - The location was a 10 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to La Rambla Poblenou (where all the restaurants and shops were). On the ground floor there was a mini market and a sports bar (no noise from it). An information folder would have been very helpful (map, restaurants, how the aircon and heating worked). The app for the front door didn't work so we had to use a key. It was fixed during our stay. The safe was locked so we couldn't use it.

Easy walk to the beach The apartment is not in the Olympic village it is in the next area saint marti. The supermarket downstairs is only unperishable,goods and it is a long walk to get bread cheese etc. there was scaffolding around the building so no view or access to the balcony. We even had workmen standing looking at us from 8.30 in the morning Everything around had shut up. Only a small bar downstairs. Everything a taxi ride away. The sun bed and umbrellas were 15 euros each and 20 at the weekend and no shops anywhere to buy anything. There was a lot of noise from upstairs this flat is not soundproofed. There was a bad smell from one of the bathrooms
• Adrienne (10/5): Great location in lovely apartment - Lovely spacious apartment close to the beach and llacuna metro stop making it easy to access all the sights of Barcelona and cool down in the restorative waters of the Mediterranean when the sweltering heat got too much! The apartment is equipped with all youd need for a self catering stay in Barcelona and the restaurant/bar downstairs has an excellent menu and very nice staff also The sink in the main bathroom doesn't drain so that was the only fault I had to find!

• Genell (10/5): A lovely stay in paradise. - Amazing property in a great location close to the beach! We explored all day and hit the beach every evening. There was a very nice shop next to the main entrance and grocery stores close by. The Rambla of Poblenou was close too and had great food. There was a little bit of construction noise during the day but it did not really bother us. We’re excited to see the outside once it is completed!

• Orma (10/5): It was a delightful 6 days in our home away from home. - The location was excellent with a little store next door, a sports bar and then a music bar with excellent fast food and cheap drinks and excellent friendly helpful staff. It was an easy walk to a street lined with cafes and shops and side streets with excellent shops. ESPECIALLY good was the number 59 bus that was across the street and ran regularly till 2130 to downtown Barcelona - Las Ramblas so a very easy trip down. Even a cab after hours was 10E or less. The little balcony off the living room was so lovely to people watch. It is an easy walk to the beach as well. Due to mobility issues I rented a disability scooter to get around and that was a bit of a challenge in the little elevator and hallway but as I got more experienced in driving it, it was quite workable. Noise from other apartments was not an issue. Getting in the front door if you are not experienced with a cell phone can be a challenge but once we figured out how to access their wifi it worked every time. Depending on your phone and level of expertise you have to hold your phone close to the door to make it work but it did work. Depending your expertise and what plan you have a new sim card 20E was worthwhile.
