brigitte (3/5): Bof… - Son emplacement, et le nombre de chambres car nous étions 4 couples. La vétusté du mobilier, des locaux, salle de bains trop voire très petites. Nous avons un lit qui s’est cassé le premier soir, du rafistolage avec des colliers plastique avaient été fait précédemment…. Un manque d’insonorisation certain (mériterait des fenêtres en double vitrage) et immeubles très mal insonorisés entre les logements.

We arrived to no water, had a fire engine there Saturday night and couldn’t get back into the building. Although things out of the owners control, it still added to our overall stay. Osoba kontaktowa na what's app nie byla skora do pomocy w rozwiązaniu problemu i nie przyjmowała tłumaczen,ze wszystko zostało uregulowane. Mimo przesłanych potwierdzenia płatności i screenow z potwierdzeniem od booking, dostaliśmy informację, ze albo zapłacimy ponownie, albo do mieszkania nie wejdziemy. Wykonał jeden telefon do kogoś, kto w 10min sprawdził i potwierdził wszystkie dane z zakupionej oferty i dopiero otrzymaliśmy klucz do mieszkania. Sytuacja sprawiła,ze początek naszej wizyty nie byl przyjemny, zmarnowaliśmy tez popołudnie na wyjaśnienia problemu, który nie powinien miec miejsca. . Mieszkanie choć czyste jest zużyte. Plamy na wykładzinie salonie, obita farba na futrynie to drobiazgi, ktore łatwo ogarnąć, by Mieszkanie sprawiało jeszcze lepsze wrażenie. Na zdjęciach pogladowych wyglada na bardzo jasne i sloneczne. W rzeczywistości cale mieszkanie jest ciemne, niemal bez dostępu do dziennego światła. W mieszkaniu jest tylko jedno okno. Sypialnie maja dostępu tylko do kanału w środku kamienicy ze swietlikiem, krotym bardzo niosa sie dźwięki. Słychać przez szyby rozmowy z sąsiednich pokoi

Vincent (5/5): Décevant séjour à plusieurs - L'emplacement très central proche des métros et beaucoup de commerces autour. La taille du logement est très agréable pour ne pas se marcher dessus à plusieurs. 2 salles de bains c'est le minimum. Fuite d'eau dans l'appartement lors de pluie et l'humidité en général, les sols sont gondolés, les murs condensent... Les équipements dans le salon sont très précaires, petit canapé pour la capacité de l'appartement. Logement assez bruyant car la cage d'escalier résonne, et les fenêtres donnant sur la cage sont très (trop) fines. Les salles d'eau sont assez petites et l'eau chaude n'est pas là longtemps, une seule chaudière instantanée pour les deux douches.. Le prix du logement exorbitant par rapport aux services proposés a été une mauvaise surprise.

Et ce n'est pas tout!! Quand on ouvre le frigo, coca eau et bières nous attendent 😊😊😊 C'est le top, on se serait presque crû à la maison😉 L'insonorisation. Mais bon, on est en week-end, il faut savoir être tolérant 😉 De plus, il faut savoir que se sont de très vieilles bâtisses rénovée au cœur de Barcelone. À chegada, o apartamento encontrava-se completamente sujo, com objetos em cima das camas, apesar do check-in estar marcado para as 16h. Chegámos por volta das 16h30 e, surpreendentemente, o espaço ainda nem sequer tinha sido limpo, obrigando-nos a aguardar cerca de 1h30 na rua até ficar pronto. No dia seguinte, por volta das 8h da manhã, fomos surpreendidos com a entrada repentina de um homem no apartamento, sem qualquer aviso ou autorização. Acordámos assustados. Tratava-se de um funcionário de manutenção, que nos informou que o apartamento nem sequer deveria estar ocupado, pois estava previsto para obras nessa semana e não reunia condições. Para agravar a situação, ficámos praticamente um dia inteiro sem água, impossibilitando-nos de tomar banho ou utilizar os autoclismos, o que é totalmente inaceitável. No último dia, o check-out era às 11h. Às 11h05, enquanto ainda estávamos a terminar de arrumar as nossas coisas, entrou novamente alguém no apartamento sem bater à porta, dizendo que já deveríamos ter saído há 5 minutos. É irónico que, à nossa chegada, tivemos de esperar mais de uma hora e meia devido à falta de preparação do alojamento, mas na saída não houve qualquer tolerância ou respeito. Não recomendo este alojamento e não voltarei

Rational (4/5): - Localização We recently stayed in this suite in Barcelona, and unfortunately, the experience did not match what was advertised. The photos and description presented a modern, comfortable, and well-designed space, which led us to book with confidence. However, upon arrival, the reality was quite different. The apartment is clearly old and does not reflect the quality shown in the images, which feels misleading. To be fair, the apartment was clean, and we appreciated that towels and basic amenities for the bathroom and kitchen were provided. Some areas, such as the bathrooms, appeared to have been renovated. However, the main issue was the overall structure and noise conditions. The rooms have windows facing the interior corridor with very thin glass, offering virtually no sound insulation. As a result, we could hear everything happening in the hallway and neighboring rooms as if it were inside our own space. During our stay, noise was a constant problem. For example, at around 4:00 AM, we were woken up by loud guests in the corridor. On previous nights, there were also groups talking loudly late into the night. We even had to step out and ask other guests to keep the noise down, which is not something we should have to do. While the apartment is not entirely unpleasant, the lack of soundproofing and the misleading presentation significantly impacted our experience. Given the clear difference between what was advertised and what was delivered, as well as the disturbance caused during our stay, we believe it would be fair to receive some form of compensation. We will also be sharing this feedback on Booking.com so that future guests can have a more accurate understanding of what to expect.

Desi am anujtat numarul de persoane, toate consumabilele erau pt 2 persoane. Pozele de prezentare nu reflecta realitatea. Nici macar scaunele nu erau cele din poze.

kees (1/5): Zeer slecht - N.v.t. Alles. Wat wij op foto's van website gezien hadden klopte voor geen kant . Ook de bedden waren slecht en gehele afwerking van appartement was onder niveau zeker voor het geld wat ze ervoor vragen. Niet alleen ons appartement maar ook van de buren die zijn gelijk al vertrokken. Dit moet toch genoeg zeggen. Ook de manier van communiceren viel knap tegen. Voor ons geen Booking.com en Sweett meer in de toekomst. Ga voor dit alles verdere stappen ondernemen.

Olga (4/5): Si no planeas pasar mucho tiempo en el apartamento y piensas principalmente гуляти por la ciudad, es una buena opción. - El apartamento está ubicado en el centro de Barcelona, por lo que se puede llegar rápidamente al metro y a las paradas de transporte público. El acceso es muy fácil y no es necesario contactar con nadie para entrar. El apartamento es amplio y cuenta con muchos lugares para dormir, por lo que es muy cómodo incluso para varias personas. El check-in está disponible a partir de las 16:00; sin embargo, recibimos una notificación de que el apartamento ya estaba limpio y pudimos entrar antes, desde las 14:00. En la nevera nos dejaron bebidas frías y también había café y té para nosotros, lo cual fue un detalle muy agradable. Entre los aspectos negativos: el apartamento tiene muebles muy antiguos que necesitan una sustitución o reparación urgente. El apartamento carece de aislamiento acústico; podíamos escuchar todas las conversaciones de los vecinos y también de las personas que subían por las escaleras o utilizaban el ascensor. Los propietarios exigen un depósito adicional por posibles daños. Sin embargo, los objetos en el apartamento ya son muy antiguos y necesitan reparación. Esto nos generó bastante estrés, porque incluso teníamos miedo de usar los armarios. El depósito debía devolverse después del check-out, pero lo devolvieron solo al día siguiente. Las fotos fueron tomadas hace mucho tiempo y actualmente no corresponden a la realidad. En la práctica, uno llega a un apartamento viejo con puertas que crujen, el suelo dañado y un armario sin puertas. Las habitaciones no tienen ventanas hacia el exterior. Las ventanas que hay dan a una pared o a un pasillo con ascensor, por lo que hay poco aire y la calidad del sueño es bastante mediocre. También me preocupaba que no devolvieran el depósito, ya que todas las cosas del apartamento son viejas y después sería difícil demostrar que no fuimos nosotros quienes las dañamos.

Diane (5/5): Fonctionnel mais très bruyant au point d'en être réellement fatiguant. - Propre et fonctionnel, mais sans forcément de grand rapport avec la publicité faite en ligne et en particulier avec les premières images disponibles en ligne. Néanmoins, cuisine correcte et bien équipée. L'isolation phonique déplorable et le comportement totalement sans-gêne des différents voisins ont rendu notre séjour bruyant au point d'en être désagréable. Manifestement, cet immeuble, entièrement dévolu à la location d'appartements, sert autant à des ouvriers travaillant sur des chantiers journaliers, qu'à des bandes d'amis désireux de passer des bons moments ensemble qu'à des couples savourant l'anonymat d'une telle formule. Bref, du bruit toute la journée et toute la nuit : à éviter si vous souhaitez vous reposer de vos visites barcelonaises, mais à recommander si vous souhaitez faire la fiesta !

Angelica (7/5): Soggiorno nel complesso positivo, buona posizione e comfort, qualche dettaglio da migliorare - Appartamento funzionale e ben attrezzato, in una posizione comoda e ben collegata con la metropolitana. Presenza di phon e buona dotazione generale. Soggiorno complessivamente piacevole. L’isolamento acustico tra gli appartamenti, soprattutto tra i piani, non è il massimo. Le foto rendono l’alloggio migliore rispetto alla realtà: si nota una manutenzione non sempre curata degli arredi, in particolare in bagno e cucina. Mancavano i piatti fondi e una delle porte dei due bagni non si chiudeva correttamente.

Amina (5/5): Helt ok - Likte at det var stort og hadde 4 rom og kjøkken bad. Likte at den var i nærheten av alt og alle butikkene Veldig masse støy. Folk fester og bråker i hele natt og man kan høre alt. Masse støv som satt fast på veggene. Veldig kaldt vann, gikk ikke an å gjøre vannet varmt for dusj. Veldig kaldt, burde ha vært varmeovn i alle rom. Hadde ikke dør i kjøkkenet så alt kulden fra vinduene i kjøkkenet kom til stua. Veldig dårlig lys.

Klaudia (4/5): Pobyt miał swoje drobne plusy w postaci napojów na powitanie, jednak liczne niedociągnięcia techniczne i niski standard - Na plus należy odnotować przygotowany na powitanie zestaw napojów – kilka butelek wody oraz Coca-Cola, co było miłym gestem na start pobytu. Niestety standard obiektu nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań. Zauważalne były luźno zamontowane panele podłogowe, które przesuwały się i można było je bez trudu wyjąć. Meble nosiły wyraźne ślady zużycia, a na ścianach widoczny był odpadający tynk. Część oświetlenia nie była stabilnie przymocowana do ścian. Dodatkowo bardzo cienkie ściany znacząco ograniczały komfort i poczucie prywatności. Widok z okien – na betonowe powierzchnie, zaplecze kuchenne oraz klatkę schodową – również nie sprzyjał przyjemnemu pobytowi.
