• William (9/5): Location, location, location - Location was great! The owner let us check in early which was great. Internet was iffy, but when it worked it was fast. We didn’t know that you need to have cellular service to enter the apartment. No keys. If you’re coming from the USA, make sure you buy cellular minutes in your phone before you go.

• Mens (9/5): Pleasant stay - The room is clean and nicely equipped and decorated A minor thing, all the lights go on and off together. So it's either super bright or dark, no soft dim light for the evening.

Very cramped bathroom, toilet did not leave any space for one’s legs…. :( sitting sideways to avoid wall. Amenities all good. Weird to receive emails prior to stay requesting details of credit card! Especially in this world of hacks. Had to call them to make sure it’s not a hack.

• Linda (8/5): Great location - Great stay in a central location; everything is within walking distance or easily accessible by public transport. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities (like the small kitchen and washing machine) were super practical. Check-in via the digital key on my phone worked smoothly. Also, communication via WhatsApp was easy and responses were quick. The soundproofing could be better, as it gets quite noisy when the area is busy, especially on weekends. Also, some parts of the bathroom (specifically the shower cabin) could use a bit of maintenance, as it’s currently quite easy to flood the floor while showering.

• Elise (9/5): A lovely apartment for a short city break - Amazing location, right in the midst of everything, so many cute bars, restaurants and shops Short walk to the metro station, no more then 15 minutes to the ramblers and your more well known shops Bed is super comfortable If you're a light sleeper just note it can get a bit noisy outside and it does get a bit light due to the sheer curtains but for a short stay was ideal There is no plug sockets near the bed or sofa I could find

• Moritz (7/5): Ruhige Lage und Preis Leistung okay - Die Lage ist Top super Zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Bett ist in Ordnung und auch sonst hatte man alles was man braucht für einen Städtetrip. Das Bad ist leider ziemlich eng und klein ist aber noch alles im Rahmen. Der Check in ist etwas komplezierter als bei gewöhnlichen Apartments aber auch machbar. Das einzig richtig blöde ist dass die Rezeptionsstandorte relativ weit weg vom Apartment sind und man Wochenends sehr schwer bei der an und Abreise die Möglichkeit hat das Gepäck bis das Zimmer fertig ist abzugeben.

• Mari (9/5): Highly recommend - An excellent stay from start to finish. The property was spotless, well-equipped, and in a fantastic location. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and made our visit very comfortable. Communication was prompt and professional. We would not hesitate to return.

Limited kitchen tools. Needed a chair to stand on to reach upper cabinets. Lift advertised but still steps to carry the bags up. Air conditioning was above the bed and thats never good news.

• Anja (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man Barcelonas pulsierendes Leben kennen lernen und vieles davon fußläufig erkunden möchte. - Die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig und trotzdem gemütlich, genügend Stauraum auch in dem kleinen Bad. Die Küchenzeile war mit allem ausgestattet, um sich ein Frühstück oder kleine Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Am besten hat uns die absolut zentrale Lage gefallen, man geht aus der Tür und steht mitten im pulsierenden Leben des Stadtteils.

We hebben er naar gevraagd maar ze hebben er niks mee gedaan. Verder hoor je ‘s nachts veel geschreeuw van jongeren. Denk jonge toeristen.

• chiara (8/5): Soggiorno di 4 notti - Appartamento carino e pulito, si trova in una posizione ottima, con anche la metro a 5 minuti a piedi. Il quartiere è pieno di negozi local, bar e ristoranti. Dotato di tutti i confort, con anche l’ascensore e lavatrice. L’unica pecca la doccia: usciva tutta l’acqua anche stando attenti. Lo staff molto gentile, abbiamo lasciato i bagagli in attesa del check-in in una delle reception lì vicino; lo stesso abbiamo fatto il giorno del check out. All’ingresso dello stabile c’era un odore forte di fognatura, non so se fosse un problema temporaneo. Nell’appartamento comunque non si sentivano particolari odori.

Point positif : le lit est très confortable, avec une literie et des oreillers de qualité. Suggestion : ajouter des brochures ou guides sur les activités et lieux à visiter serait un vrai plus. Odeur désagréable dans le hall à l’arrivée. Salle de bain décevante : évacuation lente, fuites, eau chaude limitée. Propreté moyenne par endroits. Plusieurs défauts : sol fissuré, parquet manquant, fissures salle de bain. Photos non conformes (éléments manquants). Le canapé est différent des photos et pourrait bénéficier d’un nettoyage.

We contacted customer service, but they said they could only help us the next day. We were told that we would receive clean bedding, but we never received it. When we reported that the bedding was dirty and that there were several hairs in the bed, we were told that the hairs were from the cleaner and therefore ‘not dirty’, which we found very unprofessional.

• Irbens (6/5): It was OK. - The location is genuinely excellent and almost makes up for the apartment's shortcomings on its own - top breakfast spots, bars, the Moco Museum, and the beach are all just minutes away. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped for self-catering. The bed was large and comfortable with nice linen. Check-in was seamless, with a convenient and straightforward door unlock system. The noise level was a significant issue - street sounds carried perfectly into the room at night, including people shouting, street cleaning, and garbage trucks. There was no bedside lamp or power socket near the bed, meaning charging a phone required leaving it in the kitchen or the far end of the room. Lighting options were limited to the main overhead lights or the kitchen area, with no softer alternative. I paid extra for the balcony, but there were no chairs and realistically no space for them, making it feel like poor value. Finally, both the shampoo and shower gel bottles contained the same product - a small detail, but at this price point it felt like a miss.

It was near most things we wanted to see It was loud. You could hear lots of nice from all apartments and the street outside was incredibly loud at all hours. I’d recommend only booking this if you’re interested in the nightlife

The toaster was completely dirty, as was the work surface. The level of hygiene was very disappointing. This indicates that surfaces and shelves are not being cleaned properly. Unfortunately, the toilet had also been used. It’s a pity. I cannot recommend this apartment to anyone who values cleanliness and hygiene. • xavier (7/5): Great but could be even greater, with minimum efforts - The location is spot on. The design is beautiful. The team is always available. The value is great. The luggage held at reception is fab. Kitchen essentials are great. I will be back thanks to the mentioned above, but adjustment on the mentioned below should truly be made, not just acknowledged. I took the time to read a lot of past comments, and it seems that despite numerous replies in that sense, nothing is done on the following: - no bedside lamps or outlets, very very inconvenient... - the contact via so many platforms is overwhelming. - the shower head needs an update, the pressure is way too strong for it, and sprays all over the place. (Having signs for water saving is so contradictory...) - You used to have a coffee kit, no more, not even a single pod... Add an extra euro on the night, provide a pod, all winners. - The WiFi is extremely poor and on and off, I was here for business, you have been told many times, why no boosters across the building?

• Stavroula (10/5): Ήταν πολύ σημαντικό ότι ήταν σε κεντρικό σημείο - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν σε πολύ καλό σημείο της πόλης. Βρισκόταν στο κέντρο κοντά πολύ ωραία μαγαζιά για shopping bars για ποτό και εστιατόρια. Το μόνο που θα μπορούσα να πω είναι ότι ίσως στις φωτογραφίες φαίνεται μεγαλύτερο(μάλλον είναι τραβηγμένες με 0,5). Επιπλέον εμείς τις μέρες που μείναμε έβρεχε κ είχαμε θέμα με το ρεύμα για έκανες διακοπές συχνές.Τις δύο από τις 4 μέρες που μείναμε σχεδόν δεν είχαμε ρεύμα αλλά μας ενημέρωσαν ότι ήταν θέμα της εταιρείας ηλεκτροδότησης και όχι του καταλύματος και η εταιρεία έστειλε ειδικό να το κοιτάξει.

• Stephen (4/5): Brief and stressful because of the confirmation process. - It was clean. There was no communication with anyone except by e-mail and What's App text. The check in procedure was complicated and invasive. Shortly after I completed it someone (possibly from Ola Living) tried to log into my e-mail account. I have two-factor protection, so I cold block it. I had to provide an-email password along the way, which seems unnecessary and improper.

I haven't even set foot there and I don't know where Booking doesn't help with a refund even with Booking you need help they don't help All of the above
