Was able to leave our luggage and return later which was an added bonus. 2nd time staying in this apartment and it didn’t disappoint again Quite a few flies in the small hidden courtyard which was a little off putting so we kept the blinds down

We were very central to everything so it was the ideal spot for us. It is right above some lovely restaurants so there was a bit of hustle and bustle in the morning. It was nice to wake up to it actually and we expected this. Living room and 1 of the 2 bedrooms had extra layer of sound-proofing with triple glazed windows so you could barely hear it in those rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff when we arrived.

• Anthony Robert (10/5): Would love to come back and stay here again. - Loved the Spanish deco and how roomy it was for 5 of us. It was perfectly located in the old town, walking distance to everything. Nothing really. It was a little noisy at night from the street but not excessive.

• Brigitta (8/5): Charmante Altbauwohnung mittendrin - Sehr schöner Altbau inmitten der historischen Altstadt von Malaga. Die schönen alten Fliesen wurden erhalten. Und die Möbel waren geschmackvoll ausgesucht. Leider ist die Einrichtung vor allem die Sanitäranlagen, das Bad schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Und qualitativ ist es nicht der höchste Standard, aber das würde ich bei dem Preis auch nicht erwarten. Dafür sind die Zimmer sehr geräumig.

• Jessica (7/5): Fabulous apartment in a fabulous location. Security needs addressed. - The location is fantastic. It is spacious and clean and beautifully decorated. There are keys for the main apartment building door and for the apartment door. The buzzer in the apartment to let others in does not work however. And the buzzer to get out the main front door doesn’t work. So you always need the keys. I went down to let my friend in and came back and a man staying in another apartment had entered ours. Another of my party had encountered him in our living room. It was very frightening. He eventually left. I told the staff member on check out day and they have not responded. Very disappointing. I believe they were guests within the genteel management, so it needs to be addressed.

It took staff 4days to bring remote control that could work - literally a night before our return flight... One room seemed to have some bugs- youngest child got lots of bite marks. Few cockroaches in kitchen area... No recycling facilities; no practical information about where to empty bins unless we asked the staff and then eventually located the area for rubbish disposal.

All the facilities you would need and all were top quality. Very spacious and clean, very modern. Excellent location, 1 minutes from shops, cafes and restaurants. 10 mins from the port. Everything was excellent. If I had to pick anything, I would say that one of the toilet seats had a crack across it so had to be a bit careful. But nothing major and I would definitely recommend this apartment if visiting Malaga.

• Gabriela (10/5): Beautiful apartment in fantastic location, close to shopping, restaurants and central market. - Rosa, the person that met us at check in was accommodating and very friendly and helpful. She communicated well before our arrival and was very hurtful with recommendations about the area. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The location is amazing close to restaurants, shopping areas and the beautiful market. The beads were comfortable but the bed covers were a bit small sized for the beds, the only downside. The only thing was the short blankets in the beds.

Stan je lijepo uređen, moderan i vrlo čist. Stan je potpuno opremljen – ima sve što je potrebno za ugodan boravak, uključujući kuhinjske aparate i ostale sadržaje . Topla preporuka za svakoga ko traži komforan, čist i dobru lokaciju . Komunikacija prije dolaska i odlaska je mogla biti bolja . Kad se zna da gosti odlaze ne može se dozvoliti da se na mobitel ne pogleda . Poslali smo upit za prtljagu ali smo morali izac i nismo dobili odgovor .
• MARIZA (8/5): Καλή διαμονή , κεντρική τοποθεσία - Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ προσεγμένος με καλή αισθητική και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος . Είχαμε πολύ καλό check in και τα κορίτσια μας υποδέχτηκαν με τον καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο !! Τα δωμάτια ήταν άνετα και η τοποθεσία πολύ κεντρική . Αντιμετωπίσαμε πρόβλημα με το ζεστό νερό . Μας ενημέρωσαν ότι μπορούμε να ανάψουμε θερμοσίφωνα αλλά ακόμα και με αυτό δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερό (το ανοίξαμε και το κλείσαμε αρκετές φορές). Τα κλιματιστικά είναι παλιά και θορυβώδη και για χειμώνα η θέρμανση δεν είναι αρκετή .

• Cassandra (10/5): Perfect location in a huge apartment in Old Town - We stayed in the 3 bedroom penthouse and it was huge for an apartment in the old town. 3 large bedrooms (one with a king bed and the others with 2 singles) and 2 bathrooms. The lounge area had 2 large sofas that could be converted to sofa beds too. I can’t comment on if these are comfortable beds as we didn’t use them, but they were comfortable sofas! There was a full sized kitchen but we didn’t use it because the location was amazing. Right between Calle Larios (the main shopping mall) and the Basilica, with restaurants and cafes all around, and surprisingly quiet for its central location. Not completely quiet - you are in the middle of Old Town, but nothing that bothered anyone or interrupted our sleep. We were here over Christmas and the reverse cycle air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathrooms are spacious and it has a lift (just don’t over load it - 4 people with no luggage maximum!). Rosa was fantastic and met us at the apartment to go through everything and speaks perfect English. Nothing

• Monica (9/5): Fantástico - La decoración la ubicación la limpieza del apartamento las sábanas el apartamento en general una pasada Pues el ruido que tienen las habitaciones que viene de un patio interior como motores , y del piso de arriba que parecía que se venía abajo, las cucarachas de la escalera pero el apartamento estaba muy muy limpio la pena es que salía un olor a tubería horrible .

• Rocio (9/5): Recomendable 100% pero deberían arreglar el ascensor. - El apartamento parece como tú casa nueva. Todo muy limpio. Nuevo. Muy completo. Muy acogedor y elegante. No funcionaba el ascensor y es un tercer piso que parece un cuarto por la altura que hay. Cuando llegas con las maletas... cuesta subirlas. Pero si sales y entras ( porque está muy centrico y has comorado algo o necesitas pasar) ... si vas con personas mayores o niños... limita mucho porque evidentemente evitas ir al apartamento para no tener que subir las escaleras.
• Natalia (6/5): - La insonorización de la casa es nula, y el ruido de la calle es insoportable. El sonido de bares y resraurantes sube hacia arriba y parece que estás dentro. A la 1h de la mañana termina, pero a las 7:30h vuelve el ruido de transpalets con mercancía para tiendas y recarga de neveras de los bares. Una pena, porqué la ubicación es muy buena y la atención muy amable.

• Jonathan (8/5): We’d definitely stay again but take ear plugs for noise at night. - Great location right in the centre of Málaga near the old town. Clean and modern. Well equipped. Noisy at night and first thing in the morning.
• Lindsey (9/5): Stylish and spacious apartment in the heart of the Old Town. - We loved the central location and the design of of the apartment. It was also super spacious - plenty of room for a family of four to really spread out. The apartment was literally steps away from the cathedral an Picasso Museum and a short walk to everything else including Alcazaba, the Pompidou and the main train station. We were also able to check in early, which was helpful. If you're looking for a good restaurant, we really liked Dynamit (food was amazing) and Restaurant El Taller de Larios 10 (fabulous view of the Cathedral). As others have mentioned, it is quite noisy. We thought that this wouldn't bother us being from London and living very close to a popular railway line (17 trains an hour into London waterloo), but there were a couple of evenings where a pressure washer vehicle/man came down the street at 3am in the morning and cleaned for two hours at a time. I don't think we got much sleep those two nights! However, this mainly affected the big bedroom at the front - the kids didn't notice anything. Also, the occupants upstairs were extremely noisy - it sounded like they were practising a gymnastics floor routine. We asked the host (via the WhatsApp number they gave us) if they wouldn't mind mentioning it to them, seeing as that apartment was also managed by them, but we never heard anything back and they were only there for a few nights. Finally, there was a definite drainage smell from the ensuite bathroom, but to be honest, I have found this often in this type of old building, all over Europe and it didn't bother us too much.

• Bernd (8/5): Unterm Strich war alles gut - kein Frühstück - wie geplant // bei einer längeren Demonstration in der Stadt wurde die zentrale Lage der Wohnung "plötzlich" zum Nachteil Kakerlakan-Schwemme im Hauseingangsbereich im Erdgeschoss (die Wohnung war davon nicht betroffen) Im Vorfeld: Die Terminvereinbarung zur Schlüsselübergabe wurde mit fortlaufender Zeit etwas angespannt; ich fühlte mich ein klein wenig unter Druck gesetzt.

• Jan (9/5): Excellent location - Very clean. Secure. Excellent location.thank As it was an apartment, we needed to arrange a meeting with a representative of the host. That was a very minor inconvenience. They were very gracious in allowing a late check out so we did not need to store our baggage prior to embarking on a sailing trip.

• Blanca (10/5): Si vuelvo a Málaga, repetiría sin duda - Precioso apartamento en pleno centro de Málaga. Muy recomendable, las instalaciones estaban fenomenal, muy limpio y trato excelente por parte del personal

• Rachel (10/5): Elegant and spacious apartment in the heart of Malaga - This is a beautifully furnished, very spacious apartment in the centre of Malaga. Plenty of restaurants and cafes close by and walking distance to all the major historical sights and museums. The main shopping streets were also within walking distance. Couldn't have picked a better location! You could hear some noise from the street in the front bedroom however this is to be expected when you book a city centre apartment and did not impact our weekend!

• Barbara (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft🥰würde sie sofort wieder buchen. Herzlichen Dank🤩 - Sehr schöne Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist sehr chic und liebevoll eingerichtet. Grosszügig für so mitten in der Stadt. In dieser Seitengasse hat es viele und tolle Restaurants. Nicht erreichbar mit Taxi, da Fussgängerzone. Daher war es mitten in der Nacht schwierig zu finden ohne wlan und Plan.
