• Anni (4/5): Så alt i alt kan vi ikke anbefale Ola Living. - Lejligheden har en fantastisk beliggenhed. Barcelona er en skøn by. Jeg har booket taxi via booking.com og jeg ville gerne have vist, at de i Barcelona bruger WhatsApp - og at de skriver derfra, så havde det undgået mange misforståelser. Ola Living har vi skrevet med ad flere omgange. Vi havde bl.a noteret at vi kom med et tidligt fly, og om vi kunne komme ind tidligere. Vi fik standard svar fra dem. Da vi så kommer ind til den normale tid, skal skal vi igen downlode en ny app - Akiles, for at kunne låse døren op. Det ville vi gerne have vidst. Derudover er der så kun en der kan have den "nøgle" hvilket er meget uhensigtsmessigt. Da vi så kommer op i lejligheden så her der indesluttet og lugter - altså så kunne vi godt have været kommet ind - MEGA DÅRLIG SERIVICE. Lugten fra badeværelse er virkelig grov, og det er fordi badeværelset ikke er brugt. Kaffemaskinen var totalt kalket og det måtte vi selv købe og afkalke. Så jeg synes virkelig der var mange ting denne gang til mange penge som gør vi overvejer anderledes næste gang. Vi er som regel i Barcelona hvert år.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Really Loved It - The location was great. The place was very comfortable. The beds were excellent. The showers are slippery. The master has an incline in a stone finish to get into the shower. Both bathrooms have a half glass for the shower. The guest bathroom floor gets wet.

• SILVIA (9/5): Soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di Barcellona - Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa a Barcellona e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. La posizione è davvero comodissima, a pochi passi dal Palau de la Música Catalana, in una zona centrale perfetta per muoversi facilmente e vivere la città. Eravamo in quattro e la casa, con due camere e due bagni, si è rivelata spaziosa e funzionale. L’arredamento è moderno e curato, creando un ambiente piacevole e accogliente. Molto apprezzati anche i balconcini, caratteristici e affacciati sulla via centrale, ideali per immergersi nell’atmosfera vivace di Barcellona. È stato inoltre molto comodo avere a due passi l’ufficio in cui abbiamo potuto lasciare le valigie, un dettaglio pratico che ha reso l’organizzazione del soggiorno ancora più semplice. All’arrivo abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà ad aprire la porta, ma il personale si è dimostrato subito disponibilissimo: grazie all’assistenza immediata via WhatsApp, il problema è stato risolto in pochissimo tempo. L’accesso alla struttura è stato poi semplice e comodo, rendendo il soggiorno nel complesso pratico e senza stress. Consigliata per chi cerca comfort, posizione strategica e un tocco autentico. nulla

• Aniek (9/5): Heerlijk! - De locatie was top. De entree middels digitale sleutel ging ook perfect. Service en contact via app ook goed. Het gebouw is oud en dus erg gehorig, je hoort letterlijk elke scheet van de overige verblijven, maar daar kan Ola Living verder niets aan doen.

• Gür (10/5): Maravillosa 😍 - Ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, a solo 15 minutos a pie de muchos lugares de interés. La comunicación fue excelente, la casa estaba impecable y contaba con todo lo necesario, excepto el secador de pelo. El sistema digital de entrada y salida resultó sumamente práctico. Sin duda, es un lugar al que querrás volver en cada visita. Gracias.

Probably not preventable anywhere in Barcelona, but it is a bit noisy. For with 3 friends it was not a problem, but it could be an issue with a family.

Everything you could possibly want is within easy walking distance, the building is very secure with virtual key access at your fingertips. The staff was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. All of the beds were extremely comfortable.

Appartamento comodo, noi eravamo in 5 e non abbiamo avuto disagi legati agli spazi, pulizia nella norma, servizi segnalati presenti e in ordine. Comunicazione con l’host eccellente Un po’ macchinoso il sistema di check in automatico. Peccato non poter usufruire del balconcino. Dover smaltire i rifiuti alla fine è una cosa migliorabile :)

Appartamento accogliente e ha soddisfatto le aspettative. 2 bagni e 5 posti letto. Il divano letto è scomodo sicuramente da sostituire. In genersle la struttura è ben tenuta ma con un po' di segni di trascurata manutenzione. Il boiler per l'acqua calda non sufficiente per 5 persone

• Dmitry (7/5): Lovely Apartment in an Unbeatable Gothic Quarter Spot - Amazing location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, right next to the Antic Teatre. The neighbourhood has plenty of great cafés, restaurants, and a couple of supermarkets close by. The living room is lovely, with balconies overlooking the street. The bedrooms are quite gloomy, with very little natural light - only a small window facing a lightwell. There was also a persistent sewage smell in the main bathroom, and the safe deposit box wasn’t working.
• Upulvan (8/5): Excellent stay - Great location. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. Staff accommodated leaving luggage at nearby office after check out. Appears to be well managed, we are inclined to believe the issue mentioned below was an anomaly. Lack of responsiveness from staff. The apartment door would not lock after check in. We could not leave and lost valuable time. Called office (no answer) sent message (around 4:30pm) which was only acknowledged after 7pm. By then the lock was already fixed by a building maintenance person that we were lucky to into, as he was leaving for the day.

• TOMMASO (10/5): - Perfect position to the Gotic and heart of Barcelona. No key needed so all the family was able to move freely and with no constraints. Temperature setting easy , indipendendt and offering super confort according to anyone needs (you can easily tune it via easy display). Reply from the guest’s organization was quick, patient and precise, even on 24 and 25 decembre!! Aboslutely nothing! everything was perfect and cosy as how shiw in the pictures.

Apartament czysty, posiadał dwie oddzielne sypialnie, dwie łazienki. Wyposażenie kuchni ok, kawa, herbata i i czekały nas drobne przekąski. Polecam. Nie podobała mi się kaucja 200 euro o której dowiedziałam się po rezerwacji, faktycznie zwracana jest 1-2 dni po wymeldowaniu ale pierwszy raz spotykam się. Na minus brak ujednoliconej l, wprowadzającej w błąd komunikacji ze strony wynajmującego - był to whatup, booking, mall. Zrobiłam odprawę, a potem dostałam znów kilka razy informacji o konieczności odprawy. To wprowadza w konsternację. Nie wiadomo czy to pisze boot czy człowiek.
• Varotsou (8/5): Nice apartment in a great location, but with absolutely poor communication. - The location was perfect.The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with really nice decor. The kitchen had everything necessary for cooking. The double-bed room had its own bathroom and was very comfortable. The other two rooms—one with a single bed and the other with two single beds—were excessively small. The living room with the kitchen was very nice and cozy. The en-suite bathroom only had a showerhead overhead, so if you didn't want to get your hair wet, it was hard to take a proper bath. Communication with the accommodation was not great. I requested early check-in a week in advance, but they didn't reply until the day I arrived. Even that same morning, they took forever to respond. They finally said I could check in at 3 PM and would text me when the apartment was ready—but by 3:30 PM, no message. I had to ask at 3:45 PM, and only then did they say I could come. They did the same for late check-out: I asked well in advance, but they didn't reply, and even on departure day before 11 AM (they said it was Sunday and offices opened at 9, but they could have responded by 11 when I had to leave), they ignored me. They finally replied after 11 AM saying it wasn't possible. I'd seen online that the apartment had no booking that day or the next, yet they wouldn't let me stay even an extra hour. The most unacceptable part was them messaging me one day to take out the trash to a street bin myself. In the message they sent about the trash, they also told me to wash all the dishes. In all my travels over the past 10 years, I've always booked apartments—this is the first time they've made me handle trash disposal and wash all the dishes. I paid for an apartment with certain amenities; nowhere was it stated that I had to do part of the cleaning. Unacceptable.
• Sergio (8/5): The stay was great just wish there was more hot water and a microwave. - I loved the location it was walking distance from most of the tourist tractions it was every clean and had everything I needed. I didnt like that there wasn’t a microwave just for the convince and there wasn’t much hot water I could only take 15 minutes showers and then had to wait and hour for there to be hot water again.

Despite a good location and a clean apartment, our experience with Ola Living was disappointing. Both bathrooms had clogged drains and a constant sewage smell during our stay. After we had already paid, we were charged an additional €160 due to a Booking.com reservation error regarding our children (10 and 11 years old), even though the total price would have been the same if the booking had been made correctly from the start. Ola Living refused any compromise, was poorly responsive, and unhelpful. We paid only to avoid further issues, but felt pressured and unfairly treated.
• Georges (9/5): Second séjour dans cet appartement et nous y retournerons certainement - D’appartement, ses décorations sont vraiment très bien. Il est très bien situé de manière à pouvoir sortir et rerentrer et tout peut se faire à pied. La rue n’est pas des plus accueillant avec pas mal de déchets et de gens qui traînent. Quelques odeurs de remontées d’égouts et de renfermer dans les pièces d’eau et le placard pour la machine à laver le linge.
