• Daniela (7/5): Sejurul a fost unul reusit, exceptand problemele cu cazarea. - Proprietatea este bine amplasata, am gasit curaţenie, dotata cu tot ce am avut noi nevoie, statia de metrou este foarte aproape, aveam restaurante bune in apropiere, check-in ul a fost facut foarte repede, cineva ne-a asteptat cand noi am ajuns la proprietate sa ne predea cheile. Am fost cazati la aceasta proprietate din data de 27.04.2026-01.05.2026. Ne-a fost solicitata o extra taxă de curatenie de 140 euro, dupa ce am achitat sejurul, taxa care nu era specificata nicaieri cand am inchiriat proprietatea. Depozitul de 300 euro inca nu ne-a fost returnat pana in data de azi, 12.05.2026. Cei de la proprietate nici macar nu ne raspund la solicitari, inca asteptam un raspuns de la booking sa vedem daca mai putem recupera ceva. Acest apartament nu mai arata ca in pozele prezentate pe booking, s-a deteriorat destul de tare in timp, probabil pozele sunt de foarte mult timp. In living sunt scaune rupte, acel sezlong din piele alba, este tot decojit, canapeaua este foarte murdara.....ar mai trebui ceva imbunatatiri aduse. Peretii sunt mai peste tot murdari. Dormitorul cel mic este extrem de mic, destul de inconfortabil de dormit cu usa inchisa.
• Catalin Razvan (9/5): Locatie foarte buna pentru vizitarea Barcelonei - Locatia, accesul facil la metro, autobuz si alte mijloace de transport in comun. Pozitia destul de centrala, astfel incat se putea ajunge si pe jos la anumite locatii. Exista optiuni de servire a mesei in zona, multe restaurante mici la fiecare 20-30 de metri, cu diferite specifice Proprietatea are nevoie de o reimprospatare. La baia mica pozitionarea caloriferului in fata toaletei nu este cea mai sigura, avand in vedere distanta foarte mica intre ele. Doar dormitorul mare si living-ul au geamuri la strada, restul camerelor au geamuri care dau catre un spatiu interior fara prea multa lumina naturala

Bring your own shower amenities & be prepared for a lot of pre-arrival bureaucr - Excellent location, it was spacious and nice Two things: a) The very poor pre-arrival experience: They kept sending us multiple emails - we were already on a holiday and the property managers kept asking us questions. After all their so-called planning, we still had to wait outside the apartment with my old for 20 minutes on the street They sent me a link for city tax, another one for the security deposit and then the person who welcomed us took one more payment for the increased city tax - clearly these guys don’t coordinate or plan b) The bathroom amenities The apartment listing mentions amenities - however, what we found is a bottle of unbranded blue liquid in the shower area. It’s fine if the apartment doesn’t have amenities - we can plan in advance; if you mention that they will be provided, then it needs to be proper. We had to immediately step out and buy basic amenities

We appreciated that it worked for our child in a wheelchair. We loved the spaciousness for our family of 4! Almost everything was perfect! We almost ran out of toilet paper but otherwise things were great!

• efi (6/5): - Our stay had several positive aspects, but unfortunately there were also a number of issues that affected our overall experience. On our first day, we faced a serious problem with the water. Shortly after our arrival (around 7:00 p.m.), the water suddenly stopped and we were unable to use the shower or even the toilet. The issue was eventually resolved around 11:00 p.m., which meant that for several hours we were left without water in the apartment and unable to cover basic needs or comfortably go out for dinner. Although the problem was ultimately fixed, the delay caused significant inconvenience during our first evening. Communication with the host during this situation was also not ideal. While we did reach out to explain the problem, the responses sometimes felt somewhat ironic rather than reassuring, which made the situation more frustrating. Additionally, one of the two beds in the master bedroom had a noticeable downward slope, making it quite uncomfortable to sleep on. The person sleeping there eventually had to move to another bed. Fortunately, there were additional beds available; otherwise, sleeping on the sofa might have been the only option. We also noticed some small details that could be improved, such as towels that were worn and had holes. Finally, on the last day, the cleaner arrived about 20 minutes before the check-out time. Since check-out was at 11:00, she had to wait outside while we were finishing up, which felt a bit uncomfortable for both sides. Overall, there were several oversights during our stay. Thankfully we tried to remain positive and flexible, but under different circumstances these issues might have led us to request a change of accommodation.
