• Katherine (9/5): Superb - Very clean and comfortable, great location near beach. Living area a little small for more than 4 people.
• Martha (9/5): Superb - We had a pleasant stay at this apartment. It was well presented and very clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The location is fantastic—close to the beach, the Gothic Quarter, and Las Ramblas—making it perfect for exploring the city. The food and bar options nearby were of a high standard. Additionally, the area was generally quiet, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing environment throughout our stay. Highly recommended! The flat is better suited for a group of four (there were 5 of us) as the seating area on each floor is somewhat limited. Occasionally, you can hear people walking up the stairs, even when they are not deliberately making noise. A safety consideration is that the stairs are quite close to the door, and since access is via the second floor, it’s important to remember to close the gate at the top for security.

• Stacey (9/5): Lovely beach side stay. - Great location, lovely local feel and near to the beach, bars and restaurants. Great value for money, clean and comfortable. A little noisy over the weekend from the locals, which was ironic as the welcome pack asked us to be quiet after 10pm but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay.

The streets stank of urine and the area felt grotty. The apartment is small: there is not enough room for suitcases in 2 of the bedrooms, bathrooms are tight, living areas tiny (but this is reflected in the price). Some of the furniture in the photos had been removed and rearranged so it lacked comfortable lounge room.
• Laura (7/5): Great location, unfortubately a bit noisy - Host was very friendly, nicely renovated. Amazing location, great neighbourhood, nice facilities. Noisy renovation next door, noisy tenants using combined stairwell at all hours of the night which we could hear very loudly from the rooms

• Karen (9/5): Perfect location for exploring Barcelona. - Perfect location for exploring Barcelona, only a few mins walk from beach in a residential area with bars and shops close by, and easy walk into gothic quarter. Accommodation comfortable and clean, everything seemed pretty new. Perfect for families. Street the property is located in is relatively quiet, but the rooms at ground level are directly onto the street so you do inevitably hear passersby.
