• Andrea (5/5): Amplio pero necesita mantenimiento - Los dos baños son lo mejor del departamento; han sido reformados. El tamaño y la iluminación natural de la habitación principal. La cocina es amplia con dos encimeras. Tiene buenos utensilios si prefieres cocinar. El edificio no está bien mantenido; ni al llegar ni a la salida funcionó el ascensor para subir maletas, y las escaleras son pequeñas y deformadas por el uso, lo que las hace algo peligrosas. Durante la estancia tuvimos varios episodios en los que personas querían ingresar al departamento porque la señalización no era clara (piso y número). El piso de la cocina-comedor del departamento ya está roto, lo que deteriora la impresión de buen mantenimiento. Los muebles son de baja calidad y ya están muy usados. La limpieza puede ser mejor. Salvo el dormitorio principal, los otros dos no tienen luz natural y son pequeños. Las sábanas podrían ser de mejor calidad.

• MEHMET (9/5): Good location to explore the citt - The location is quite good to explore the city. The flat is very functional and comfortable. The staff at the office are very helpful. The building where the apartment is located is nice, but the staircases are incredibly narrow. There is an elevator, but it’s very small and, frankly, not very practical. Also, we stayed for three nights, and on the second day we asked whether a cleaning could be done, but it wasn’t. Considering the price of the apartment, even a quick cleaning in the middle of a three-night stay would have been appreciated. But overall, I can say that we were satisfied with our stay.

• Abdulrahman (9/5): انصح به - موقع الشقة ممتاز جدًا وقريب من محطات الباص والميترو، نظيفة جدًا ومؤثثة بشكل جيد وفيها كامل احتياجاتك اقدر واشكر المالك، كان يتواصل معنا بشكل يومي للتأكد من راحتنا ومن عدم نقص اي احتياج ومع اني لا احب السكن في نفس المكان مرتين الا انني لن استبعد عودتي لها مرة اخرى الأسرّة كانت غير مريحة للبعض لكنها جيدة

• Eugene (10/5): Super fijn appartement - Hele fijne ruimtes, midden in de stad, maar toch de rust van een eigen plek. Parkeergarage direct I het appartement blok. Locatie vlakbij centrum
• Hong Chau (10/5): Kommer gjerne igjen. - Leiligheten har en super beliggenhet – nær kollektivtransport og bare en kort spasertur til shoppinggater, hyggelige spisesteder og livlige La Rambla. Personalet var veldig imøtekommende og hyggelige. Det var også mulig å oppbevare bagasje både før innsjekk og etter utsjekk, noe som var svært praktisk. Leiligheten moderne bad og kjøkken, samtidig som eieren har klart å bevare den originale sjarmen fra byggets opprinnelse. Noen småting, som løse dørhåndtak og litt slitasje her og der, trekker ikke ned – det hører med i gamle, karakteristiske bygg. Alt var rent og pent, og leiligheten hadde alt vi trengte – vi savnet ingenting. Et lite tips: siden det er fliser i stua, kan det være lurt å ta med innesko for ekstra komfort. Det beste er buss A1 (til Terminal 1) og buss A2 (til Terminal 2) er kun 3 -4 minutter unna. Ikke lydtett, men vi sov godt om nettene.

• Shroug (8/5): Very good - Amazing location, friendly staff, the market is so close you can get everything you need from it Our group of four found the rooms to be quite small, with barely enough space for our luggage. We had to open our bags in the living room due to the limited room capacity. Additionally, two of the bedrooms lacked windows, which was particularly disappointing. This meant we had to keep the doors open to allow air circulation from the balcony in the living room.

• Pat (7/5): After the debacle with the keys the stay was fine, no other issues. - The property was very good, spacious and in a really good location for our needs. We arrived late (11pm) as explained to the property management company. We were requested to ring the out of hours emergency number to arrange for someone to meet us at the property 30 minutes before arriving at the property. No-one answered until the 3rd call. We were told there was an office in the building that would have a key. We arrived, the building was locked and there was no office. We rang again, numerous times, calls weren't answered alot, we spoke to various different people and got different stories. Ultimately we were met but over 90 mins after the first call and after 60minutes standing outside the property at 12 at night.
• Patti (9/5): Superb - Comfy beds, nice property manager, able to drop bags at the office upon arrival, good location. WiFi is very weak in the master bedroom which is where the desk is. If you need to work and do video calls it’s not great even if you are on the living area near the router.
• Sanjeevan (7/5): Convenient location, good amenities - Neat and clean inside room, good setup with cutlery, washing machine and dishwasher. Very useful especially for family. Checkin experience wasn’t great. Bed mattress, pillows and quilt were basic and not very comfortable. Building and lift were rather old, kids got scared when we arrived at night

• Chia-hsin (8/5): Very good - We have had a pleasant stay at the AB centric universitat. The location is convenient as most tourist places are within walking distance. Moreover, the staff has been incredibly helpful and responsive. They even sent us a new clothes rack! We encountered difficulty entering the apartment, as the digital key only seemed to function on the flat door, not the entryway to the building. Despite seeking assistance from the staff, we were still unable to resolve the issue. Fortunately, we met someone from the floor below who helped us enter the building.
• Monica (4/5): Disappointed to loose one full day - The apartment was great and clean the check in process was not we lost a day our check in was late and while we got the digital key they forgot to leave the front door physical key because of this we had to return to the airport and spend the night there until they were able to answer around 9:00 am so the first night was an airport stay and we did not got the refund The property was nice
