The perfect angled balconies to catch a glimpse of daily life in Spain and even a lovely view of La Sagrada Familia!! So much within walking distance. Nothing.

• Lea Fabbri (7/5): Overall, a good option for larger groups thanks to the size and great location. - The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, making it suitable for a larger group (we were 14 people and it worked well). The location is excellent, close to Sagrada Familia but still away from the main crowds, and within walking distance of a major shopping street, which was very convenient. On the downside, the cleanliness could be improved, as the apartment did not feel fully clean upon arrival. Also, the walls are quite thin, so noise from neighbors can be easily heard, which might be an issue for light sleepers.

• ALICIA (6/5): A pesar de la ubicación y la amplitud hay muchos inconvenientes… - Ubicación y tamaño Baños ( uno muy antiguo, que se salía), calentador cocina goteaba, cocina necesita reforma, algunas paredes del piso agrietadas y con arreglos chapuceros , no hay intimidad en habitaciones ( cortinas no cubren ventanas y no hay contraventanas), acceso hall ( necesita lavado de cara), una habitación doble pequeñísima.

• Erdélyi (2/5): Apart from the location, this the place where you don’t want to spend your holiday. - The location is the only good thing regarding this accomodation. Complicated check-in, deposit to be paid and then you have to wait for 3 days for your money. Unproper cleaning, uncomfortable beds, the bathrooms are disgusting and maintained. A property on which they did not spend a coin and will never do so. No wonder the rate is only 7 on average. It does not worth its price.

• Domenico (6/5): - Le stanze erano belle e pulite, la casa molto ampia e i tre bagni abbastanza pratici. Anche la cucina, che non abbiamo usato, era molto ampia. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dalla metro Verdaguer, da attrazioni (tipo la Sagrada Familia) e vita notturna. L'ascensore ci hanno detto che era rotto, anche se abbiamo visto loro dello staff utilizzarlo. Le scale erano particolarmente ripide e il quarto piano senza ascensore era difficile da raggiungere. Appena arrivati non funzionavano i condizionatori, ma dopo alcune ore e varie lamentele sono partiti.

Que a las 22:00 era la hora de silencio, y no podías ni estar en el salón cenando con tu familia, porque por hablar nos pasábamos de ruido, y nos llamaron la atención, simplemente por hablar. Miła i pomocna obsługa. - Najbardziej w obiekcie podobał mi się widok na Sagrade Familie z balkonu, duże mieszkanie, dobra lokalizacja jeśli chodzi o komunikację, nie o wypoczynek! Zaczynając od początku to winda, do której był strach wejść a apartament znajdował się na 4 piętrze i nie wiem czy zostałam o tym wcześniej poinformowana gdy dokonywałam płatności. Winda brudna, zaniedbana, stara. Apartament nie dokładnie posprzątany, pod prysznicem kłęby włosów, w roślinie na balkonie niedopałki papierosów, brudne firany, prześcieradło na kanapie brudne, szafka w przedpokoju popękana i usyfiona. Szafki w pokojach również w kurzu. Pilot od telewizora w dwóch częściach. Dziwne plamy na ścianach i podłodze. Podłoga popękana, drzwi od jednego pokoju bez możliwości zamknięcia przez co było zimno. Kuchnia słabo wyposażona. Z okna z jednej z łazienek i kuchni bardzo nie przyjemne zapachy. Okolica bardzo głośna i ruchliwa. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, kontakt i pomoc o każdej porze. Sumując, za te pieniądze apartament to za dużo powiedziane.
• Cihan (1/5): - Nichts. Es war die schlechteste Erfahrung die ich meinem Leben mit einer Unterkunft gemacht habe. Die Unterkunft war bei unserer Ankunft dreckig, nicht gereinigt. Überall waren Frauen und Männerhaare und es lag Müll auf dem Boden. Wir sind sofort wieder ausgecheckt und haben bis heute immer noch keine Entschädigung erhalten, da die Unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter sich weigern uns unser Geld zurückzuzahlen, obwohl die Unterkunft unbewohnbar war. So eine dreckige , ekelhafte Unterkunft kann ich niemandem Empfehlen. Bitte bleibt dieser Unterkunft fern und sucht euch eine Vernünfige Unterkunft in Barcelona.
• Amit Anand (5/5): Not so pleasant stay because of lift not working - Liked the total number of rooms in a single apartment. Good for 3 families We were given the top most floor. During first evening itself lift was not working. It didnt worked throughout our stay (2 nights and 3 days). They didnt fixed it even after complaint. With kids and strollers it was nightmare to walk so many steps that too older building. Also one of the bathroom didnt had a latch/door lock.
• Santamaita (4/5): - I recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, my experience was negative. Upon arrival, the welcome was not very warm, and the staff seemed to assume we already knew how things worked. Since the building layout in Spain is completely different from what we are used to, no one took the time to properly explain how the floors were organized, which created confusion. Moreover, we called customer service, and they asked us for more money without verifying the actual reason why we couldn't get into the apartment. This lack of communication caused us significant problems. After trying to figure out how to access our apartment, we were locked out for almost three hours, from 11:30 PM until we finally managed to enter at 2:00 AM, after it became clear that our apartment was on the second floor without any indication on the door. When we spoke to the staff the next day, aside from a few formal apologies, they told us it had never happened before and that if we had taken the elevator, we would have clearly understood the floor layout. However, you can't assume that guests know how to use the elevator, especially when it wasn't clearly explained during check-in. The apartment is quite large but very basic. Only two rooms had the possibility to store clothes; the others had nothing, just a chair. The pillows were old and unusable. In the kitchen, there wasn’t even a bottle of water as a welcome gesture. For the price we paid, we expected something more.
• MARÍA (4/5): Apartamento antiguo y descuidado - Muy buena ubicación. Camas cómodas. Estado de conservación del apartamento. Descuidado, escasas calefacción, no tenía bomba de calor en todas las habitaciones. Aspecto muy descuidado. Baños muy pequeños sin ningún tipo de accesorio como perchas, portarollos. El escaso mobiliario viejo y descuidado.

Siamo stati 3 notti 8 persone e: •Non abbiamo trovato ne acqua e ne una macchinetta per il caffè •il secondo giorno abbiamo dovuto comprare la carta igenica perché quella che ci avevano lasciata si era finita subito •appartamento al 5° piano con un ascensore fatiscente che può portare max 2 persone alla volta •2 bagni di cui uno aveva la doccia senza porta e quindi quando ci facevamo la doccia automaticamente si allagava tutto di fuori, e ci è stato lasciato un minuscolo asciugamano per terra che si è inzuppato dopo un minuto ed è rimasto così tutto il pernottamento • le asciugamani per asciugarsi erano troppo piccole, andavano bene per i neonati •appartamento molto molto vecchio •appena entrati si sentiva la puzza di imbiancatura appena fatta e abbiamo dovuto aprire tutte le finestre e prendere freddo

• Alessandra (3/5): Buona la posizione ma migliorabile l'interno. - La posizione era eccellente, la ragazza alla reception molto gentile e disponibile, buona la pulizia. L'appartamento non era tenuto bene, mancavano gli armadi ( c'erano solo dei supporti molto alti. e in posti non raggiungibili., non c'erano posate, bicchieri e sedie per tutti ( la ragazza alla recepition ha risolto il problema). I bagni erano piccoli e uno dei due aveva la porta a soffietto che non si chiudeva bene, il doccione di una doccia piccolo e posizionato in alto e si allagava il bagno, lavandino minuscolo. Eravamo in 10 ed è stato un grosso problema. Molto rumore di notte sia nelle stanze fronte strada, che quelle interne per colpa dei vicini rumorosi.

• Gyula (7/5): - Jó ár-érték arány, kiváló elhelyezkedés. A konyha kevésbé felszerelt, 10 fős apartmanhoz képest kevés evőeszköz, pohár, stb. A szobákban az ágyon, és az éjjeli szekrényen kívül csak egy fogas volt, legfeljebb egy székre lehetett pakolni, de akkor meg a nappaliból hiányzott, ami az egyetlen hely volt, ahol tíz ember egyszerre le tudott volna ülni.

• mark (8/5): - Location was amazing. I would stay again. I received a call from manageent saying that we were too loud. We were all sitting a the table having regular conversations. Wndows were open. The offended partiies were across the street. they were having loud music, drinking etc... I felt that whoever complained did not research the source. There are only a few rooms in each floor and I cant imagine anyone complaining about us. I was upset.

• Mary (8/5): Definitely a good place for our family to enjot Barcelona! - Great location, comfortable beds, plenty of space, easy access, lots of places to walk to! Nice balcony. Broken showers, doors that didn’t lock, no hooks in bathrooms. Even so, i would still recommend!

• Sanabria (8/5): Lo necesario solamente - La ubicación, la comodidad de las camas Los espacios en las habitaciones, no había donde poner tu ropa si lo necesitabas, son cosas sencillas las que le faltan pero las echas de menos cuando estás allí, sin embargo nada que vaya a amargarte la experiencia.
• Lazzaretti (10/5): ottima soluzione per visitare e vivere la città - ottima posizione, casa in sitle inizio '900, l' appartamento 4.2 offre una vista davvero tipica della città. Ampie camere, buona la pulizia, facile e diretto il contatto con l' agenzia. L' ascensore un pò datato più intimorire chi ha problemi. diciamo che è in stile con gli anni del palazzo
• Nicol (7/5): Direi fantastico - Sicuramente la posizione è perfetta e il personale per qualsiasi problema è presente. Alcune cose della casa erano rotte, ma più di tanto non ci fai caso perché l’importante è avere un letto e devo dire che i letti sono tutti molto puliti. L’ascensore è un po’ vecchio ma se stai al secondo piano come me non ti dispiace farti due piani a piedi.

• Alessandro (6/5): Abbastanza scadente - La struttura si trova in un ottima posizione vicino alla Sagrada Familia, ben collegata e con la possibilità di spostarsi a piedi. Carino l’utilizzo di codici per aprire le porte, evita la possibilità di smarrire le chiavi. È stato utile avere due bagni soprattutto il più grande ben ristrutturato e con doppio lavandino. Lo consiglio come alloggio di emergenza, da utilizzare solo per dormire. La struttura è completamente da rivedere. Al nostro arrivo la casa non era propriamente pulita. Un letto presentava sporcizia nel letto, inoltre in uno si trovavano capelli altrui. Un bagno (il più piccolo), aveva la vasca macchiata. L’appartamento è ristrutturato ma con seri problemi, una porta di una camera ha il vetro e da poca privacy. Il divano del salotto é coperto da un lenzuolo che nasconde un divano pronto per andare in discarica. La cucina moderna ma con il frigo che ogni tanto perde acqua. La ristrutturazione si nota ma è abbastanza da rivedere, in alcuni punti ci sono tubi a vista, alcuni condizionatori perdono acqua e la fanno scorrere nel muro. Un altro grave problema sono stati i rumori dei vicini, essendo un palazzo antico si sentiva ogni minimo rumore ma gli ospiti del piano superiore erano abbastanza sgradevoli e sembrava una maratona continua ad ogni ora del giorno. Nonostante le mie lamentele con la reception durante la notte sentivo gente che correva e saltava. Per non parlare dell’ascensore antico che ogni volta che veniva chiamato svegliava mezzo palazzo. Per il prezzo degli standard di Barcellona era abbastanza economico ma non abbiamo speso sicuramente una cifra economica e ci siamo ritrovati con tante problematiche, non ho segnalato le problematiche alla reception a causa del mio orario di arrivo e impegni giornalieri nel visitare la città.
