• EDILBERTO (7/5): - Buena ubicación Fue un poco engorroso el tema de los impuestos y garantías que piden ,ya que todo eso debe estar indicado en el momento que se hace la reserva.

• Martinez (6/5): - La cocina estaba bien equipada La ventana de la cocina no cierra bien, es muy antigua. En el salón falta una persiana. La entrada, portal y escalera de acceso al piso era patética, casi daba miedo entrar, parecía de hace 100 años.

• Ruxandra (8/5): Necesită renovare și mai multă atenți - Locația a fost aproape de stațiile de autobuz Am avut restaurante și magazine la parterul locației. Patul ,pernele și pilota din dormitorul cu pat matrimonial foarte confortabile. Bucătăria este foarte bine dotată. Plita aragazului nu a funcționat în prima zi, telecomanda de la TV nu a existat (au cumpărat ei în penultima zi din sejur), aerul condiționat din living nu a mers (până în penultima zi din sejur), ușile nu erau etanșe, se auzea a de afară totul, în living nu te poți odihni,la baie ușa nu se închide ,ci are doar un zăvor și rămâne întredeschisă ,pereții sunt murdari .
• Amanda (10/5): Séjour au top ! - L’emplacement et le lieux, bien desservi par les transports, nombreuses supérettes à proximité, l’appartement est grand et accueillant. Il faisait frais dans le logement, 2 ou 3 chauffages d’appoint seraient nécessaires
• SOUAD (5/5): Moyen - L’emplacement est ideal pour un touriste, pas loin de la station metro , supermarchés… Ca sent tres mauvais dans les escalier. Un vrai problème d’aération. Aussi l’état des meubles (des lits inconfortables et un canapé sale et archaique)

• Ovidiu-florin (1/5): Negative experience - Nice location close to La Sagrada church. All ends here as the appartment is far from what it is presented in the pictures and description: A bar is functioning at the ground floor, so a lot of noise untill 4 -5 AM; Cleaning services according to the attached picture; AC almost non functional; Beds not confortable; The kitchen cabinets are so used that the doors do not stay closed. Although I have mentioned I request an invoice and I am still requesting every week for a month now, I did not received one. In response I receive an answer that the owner is on vacation.

• Peter (9/5): We enjoyed our stay very much. - Check-in worked like a charm. Our check-in agent Max met us at the apartment, he was on time, very friendly and eager to help. The neighborhood is very nice, and it was really a pleasure sitting at the balcony in the evenings watching the activity in the pedestrian zone below. Some may find the nightlife a little bit noisy, but this was not a problem for us. It's fast and easy to get into the city by metro, the station is just a 3 minutes walk away.
• Jose (9/5): Great location. Good price. Amazing neighborhood with friendly Neighbors. Super easy transport everywhere in the city. - Location was great! It need maintenance.
• Papazov (3/5): Not suitable for vacation - Very noisy place, not at all suitable for resting and sleeping. There is a restaurant in front of the apartment and it is noisy until late at night. A subway passes nearby, which is felt throughout the apartment.

• Maria (7/5): For the price of it, I’d say it was not worthy. - Located on a pedestrian street with a bakery on it. Easy to get to the train and metro station to start explore the city. Many grocery stores and convenience stores nearby. The is a musty smell of the apartment coming from the old thick walls and old squeaky furniture. The washer and drier didn’t work properly, the middle room with the bunk beds did get exceedingly hot, kids crawled out to sleep on the kitchen tile floor.. Host inflexible to request of 30 minutes check-out delay. Pictures get the illusion of much larger rooms. Apartment located on top of a busy hamburger joint which is open past midnight, open smoking.
