Masina de spalat vase a fost binevenita Departe de centru, lipsa capsulelor de cafea/cafea, hirtie de viceu putina (nu a ajuns), lipsa uleiului, zahar (strict necesar care trebuie sa fie). Curatenia lasa de dorit, era colb peste tot.

La insólita exigencia de tener que desplazarse con el equipaje hasta un lugar distinto al del alojamiento (y lejano) para hacer el check in. Realmente molesto especialmente luego de un viaje en avión transatlántico!.

Una camera senza finestra e due camere senza un minimo di armadio. La signora delle pulizie finali scortesissima.

• Banta (8/5): Overall, the stay was good and worth the price. I just hope that they put more effort in the cleanliness part of the pro - The property was spacious and perfect for our group. Facilities, appliances, and towels were complete. The interior of the place and rooms were also nice. The staff that assisted us in the luggage locker service was also very nice and accommodating. She’s also speaks english well We noticed that the property was not that clean. My aunt told me that there were bedbugs that bit them in the queen sized bedroom. The balcony was also dusty and looks old
• Gerrit (8/5): Prachtig ruim appartement dat van alle gemakken is voorzien - Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van de Sagrada Família waar toegang is tot de metro. Naast de ingang van het appartementencomplex is een kleine winkel. Op circa 150 meter afstand is een grote overzichtelijke supermarkt waar je je dagelijkse boodschappen kunt halen. Vanaf het balkon is zicht op een schoolplein dat veelvuldig wordt gebruikt voor basketbal, voetbal en handbal. Het is absoluut niet hinderlijk. In de directe omgeving zijn diverse eetgelegenheden gevestigd. Het appartement zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien. In de keuken is een vaatwasser, oven en magnetron aanwezig. Koffie kan worden gezet met een Nespresso machine of regulier koffiezetapparaat. In de ruimte naast de keuken staat een wasmachine. Borden en bestek zijn in ruime mate aanwezig. De matrassen op de bedden zijn redelijk stevig, maar wij hebben er prima op geslapen. Er zijn twee badkamers, waarvan 1 met bad. De badkamers zijn prima. Het kitwerk kan op enkele plekken echter worden vernieuwd zodat alles er fris uitziet. Over het algemeen is alles goed schoon.

• Roberto (7/5): Con pocas mejoras el departamento sería de 10 puntos - Ubicación-vecindario-edificio Camas. Salvó el dormitorio principal el resto de las camas no se corresponden con el departamento, bajas, colchones de espuma y almohadas incomodisimas.

• antonio sergio (9/5): - La casa è enorme, 100 m^2 per 8 persone è perfetta, 2 bagni, tutti i possibili servizi compresi, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro, e tutto il necessario in cucina. Letti comodi e stanze molto ampie, l'aria condizionata è presente in ogni stanza ed è facilmente regolabile, buon prezzo per il costo medio a Barcellona. Il procedimento con cui si paga tassa di soggiorno e cauzione è online e automatico. La procedura di consegna chiavi è un po' lenta, soprattutto arrivi tardi e la reception è chiusa, devi andare in un altro posto e inserire un paio di codici, il problema è che dista 20 minuti a piedi... e le chiavi/serrature sono un po' difficili da aprire. Il motore del condizionatore perde qualche goccia d'acqua per chi si siede sotto. Unica cosa importante, la struttura è lontana 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro più vicina che è alla Sagrada Familia, e per quanto abbiamo visto a Barcellona la cosa migliore è muoversi coi mezzi o con mezzi di sharing.
• CAVIERES SEGUY (9/5): - El departamento es muy comodo y cumplio con todo lo que necesitaba Engorrozo el check inn antes de llegar, sobre todo cuando los que hibamos eramos de difirentes partes y lo pedian antes de llegar. Además deberian dejar manual para la cocina eléctrica.

• Małgorzata (5/5): - Location was great, close to many tourist attractions. Neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and safe. Close to the location there is a small, family run bakery that offers great, freshly baked goodies. Check in process is not very flexible nor convenient. Early check in was not available. We had to pick up the keys in a different location, approximately 1 mile aways from the rental apartment. When we arrived at the apartment we've noticed 2 sets of towels were missing (only 6 bigger towels and 6 hand towels for 8 people). I communicated it to the office stuff, however office stuff instead of immediately trying to solve the problem they required the cleaning stuff to confirm it first. Next day we received 2 bigger and 1 small (not full 2 sets of towels as promised) that looked more like cleaning cloths rather than proper shower towels. Trash was not picked up after the previous customers. Mold was present and apparent in both bathrooms. Bathroom and kitchen supplies listed as included amenities were minimal or non existing (soap with some stuff growing in it, 3 toilet paper rolls for a 5 night stay for 8 people, 2 trash bags, no paper towels, 2 dishwasher detergent cubs). Pictures do not present the size and condition of the place accurately. Even though we were charged a $120 cleaning fee we were told that we need to clean after ourselves (e.g. wash the dishes, throw away the trash). This place is definitely overpriced for what you get.

• Sarrah (6/5): Was a nice central place to stay and has nice space for a family visit with good equipment - Nice and central, 2 sets of keys, well equipped kitchen, nice big common space, lovely to have a balcony I don’t think it had aircon, there were signs for complete silence between 10pm and 10am which is quite stressful for a family holiday. When we arrived the apartment above was flooding and water was leaking through the light fixture in the entrance hall. I couldn’t go out with the family that afternoon as I had to wait for the owner to assess. Some sort of rebate on the fee for the day have been nice but none was forthcoming.

• Anikos (8/5): Overall good value for money for larger groups - Great location - close to the Sagrada Familia and metro, wifi ok, two bathrooms. The kitchen is big and well equipped. The beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was low on soap. The furniture was dusty and sticky in some places. We missed a wardrobe or shelves in the smaller rooms.
