• Catelan (10/5): Mini vacanza a Barcellona - La posizione dell'appartamento è molto centrale e ti da la possibilità di raggiungere facilmente qualsiasi attrazione, inoltre è molto bello, accogliente e pulito. La proprietaria è una persona veramente squisita e molto disponibile e se dovessimo tornare a Barcellona, prenoterei sicuramente di nuovo in questo appartamento😊 Niente, tutto perfetto

No iva el ascensor y las escaleras eran muy estrechas. Había cosas tiradas por los huecos del techo. El precio del parquin es incorrecto, nos cobraron 29 euros

• Delia (10/5): - The apartment was much larger than expected. Plenty of space, great decor, and fully equipped. We had a truly fantastic time in Barcelona. We had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Raquel when she handed over the keys. She was always incredibly friendly. The location was great; you could rent bikes right on the street next door or take nice walks to the stations you wanted to visit. Even though the apartment was right on the street, we didn't hear any noise I highly recommend it to everyone. ☺️

• Yaiza (10/5): excelente - Un trato maravilloso por parte de la propietaria del lugar,ubicación perfecta, el lugar queda cerca de prácticamente todas las zonas más turísticas de Barcelona. Y en cuanto a instalaciones otro 10 tal cual se muestra todo en las fotos.En resumen un sitio ideal para una escapada romántica

• Duncan (10/5): Perfect comfortable stay in a vibey area - Beautifully furnished stylish apartment in the vibey Eixample district. Very large comfortable bed. Great kitchen. Complimentary bottle of champagne in the fridge which we didn't drink. Had breakfast downstairs at SandwiChez which was good. We collected the key from a Bali spa around the corner. The bathroom was a bit strangely configurated but fine.

• Mohamed (3/5): **URGENT READING** - - The bed was very comfortable. - Good location. - Nicely decorated. - The location was very pescefull - Check-in took a very long time. - No water pressure in the shower. - It takes 5 hours to fill the bathtub with water. - We weren’t allowed to leave our bags with the landlord for even 3 hours after check-out. - The water was very cold. - The air conditioning was broken. - The price/performance ratio was absolutely not worth it. - The stove was there, but no oil. - The washing machine was available, but no detergent. - Dishes were provided, but no dish soap. - Dirty dishes were in the cupboard.

• Pauli (8/5): Ok für einen Städtetrip - The apartment is very centrally located, just a 10-minute walk from “Placa de Catalunya” and therefore close to Las Ramblas and “Passeig de Gracia.” The apartment is well-equipped and was ideal for a 3-day city trip. The apartment is furnished in a modern style, but unlike the impression given in the photos, the decor doesn’t quite hide that the apartment is already a bit dated. The toilet is very small, and the bathroom is located directly within the bedroom, making it suitable only for couples or families with small children. For two couples who are just friends, for example, this setup would lack privacy. Cleanliness could be approached with more care and attention; the cleaning was rather superficial. While the towels were clean, they have clearly seen better days and could use replacing.
• Joel (8/5): Very good - I really enjoyed the setup and the space, they offered a bottle of champagne for free! The shower had a minor issue on day one, but they offered me a free massage as accommodation for the repair man coming to fix it.

• Rachel (8/5): Family city break. - Had a lovely time. Fantastic location. Easy to access and check in. Deposit is €100 not €50 like booking.com states. Check in is right beside the apartment. Low water pressure so the shower is a bit of a dribble and the bath takes over an hour to run! The TV doesn't have any streaming services - netflix wont work but otherwise good.

• Matteo (7/5): Good for a short stay - central area, check in was very easy. bed and lining were a bit tired and smelly unfortunately. The apartment was clean but it could be redecorated and in general things are a bit tired in there. There is alot of noise coming from the street and unfortunately the tube vibrations don't help. the entrance door feels unsafe and additional lock would be appreciated. I do not understand why it's called romantic sincerely
• Tobi (7/5): Okay Airbnb.... ah, romantic apartment stay - Very central location, the contact persons were very nice and helpful and let us drop our luggage at the shop. Appartement was okay. Decent location, okay clean. Didn't want to use the washing machine as it was very smelly. Hot water is very slow, so if you want to use bathtub start an hour earlier ;) It's basically an Airbnb in disguise, as I heard they had a crackdown on them in Barcelona. Not sure what to make of it.

Despite of the issues they still gave us our deposit b - When we arrived the apartment was not cleaned yet because we are early on our check in time and the cleaner clean it immediately for us so we can check in earlier. We didn’t have shower gel and the owner was apologetic about the inconvenience as the cleaner forgot to replace the shower gel. The owner offered us half an hour complimentary massage for 4 persons. It was reported by the cleaner that the mirror on the wall was broken on the corner but this wasn’t happened while we are in the apartment and I explained this to owner and they didn’t charge us. It’s best to take a photos of the apartment before checking out just incase of incident like this.

• Celeste (8/5): Very good - Location, room Needs to have a drying rack for dishes, drying rack for laundry, another set of bath towels, rug when you get out of the shower/bath, kitchen towel, napkins. A few drawers weren't clean and shower didn't drain because completely clogged with hair we had to clean out.

• Kacey (6/5): nice place but wouldn’t stay here again. - nice location, not too far from centre. spacious picked this apartment for the romantic bath, when filling it up only made it about half way before the hot water ran out and made the bath cold. no Wi-Fi. no oven when it says there were, so was unable to make food unless it was on the hob. the bedding didn’t fit the bed so would keep popping off when laid on. balcony was full with cleaning products and a generator so could only just about stand on it.
• Sergio (8/5): Very good - location and look of the property was amazing, and it’s a fantastic place to staying for a day or two. the hot water boiler is quite small and when we tried to have a bath had to boil water in the kettle to add to the tub

• Camila (7/5): Good, but not grate. - comfortable, close to downtown. the water was not hot enough for the hot tub, which was the main reason to choose the apartment. I let the contact know about it and I had no answer about it.
• Tim (8/5): Great city break for 2 - Great location. 30/40 minutes walk to all the top sites. Comfortable bed and pillows. Generally well appointed. Good air-con. Great places to eat and drink all around. A few things missing, although these were rectified. Flat was clean but not spotless - could be more attention to detail in shower and around cooker. Had to pay deposit in cash which was inconvenient.

• Lina (9/5): Superb - The location is great, the neighbourhood has a lot of bars and restaurants, the city center is very close (10min walking). We loved it. The apartment is very nice, the kitchen is well equipped with all you need, the bed is comfortable. We had a great stay here.
