• Jones (6/5): APARTAMENTO CON VECINOS CONFLICTIVOS - Los vecinos que habitan justo en el piso inferior al apartamento se quejan y suben a llamarte la atención despues de las 23 horas simplemente por moverte por el apartamento, hablar con tus compañeros de piso o ver la TV. Parece ser que tienen facultades extrasensoriales o el edificio tiene algun problema estructural que transmite cualquier sonido que se realice en el apartamento por leve y mínimo que sea. El apartamento en sí y el trato de los responsables muy buenos pero la problemática que tienen con los vecinos de debajo te hacen la estancia amarga.

• Denis (6/5): - Идеальное расположение. Вы получаете прекрасный вид из окон на площадь Испании. Рядом есть все необходимое: метро, ТРЦ "Арена", минимаркеты. Чистый подъезд, два лифта. 1. Очень неудобные кровати. Двухместная кровать скрипит при малейшем движении. У кровати есть угол наклона к центру, поэтому вы будете обречены спать в объятьях друг друга. 2. В итоге решили спать в другой комнате на одноместных. Но и это не помогло! И эти кровати оказались неудобными! Кроме того, на кроватях был очень тонкий матрас и такие же тонкие подушки. 3. Очень плохо работает котел, с подающий горячую воду. При попытке принять душ есть три-пять минут, чтобы намылиться и все смыть с себя. Потом минут 10 будет лить холодная вода. Потом снова кипяток. 4. Не работала щеколда в туалете.

• Zsolt (7/5): Jó színvonalú, jó helyen lévő, kiváló közlekedési adottságokkal rendelkező apartman. - A környék minden szempontból kiváló. Közvetlen kapcsolat a reptérrel, két metróvonal, séta távolságban a Montjuic és az Arenas bevásárló központ. Két fürdőszoba van az apartmantban, amint ez a hírdetésben is megjelenik, de csak az egyikben van WC. Négy ember esetén, főleg, ha nem családtagok, ez kényelmetlen helyzetet teremt.

• yjszl (9/5): 理位置优越，出行方便！ - 这次入住的公寓体验远超预期！最惊喜的是交通 —— 出门不到 100 米就是无障碍地铁口，不仅早晚通勤不用赶，还能直达火车站、机场，出差赶车、旅行出发不用辗转打车，省了不少时间和麻烦。 步行就能到大型超市，生鲜、日用品一站式买齐；房间视野超棒，俯瞰广场时能看到鲜活的日常景象，夜晚灯光也很舒服。厨房餐具更是干净，不用二次清洗就能直接用，特别省心。 不管是通勤族、带娃家庭，还是常出差的人，住这里都很适配，性价比超高，真心推荐！ 燃气热水器老旧，水压低导致出水弱，洗澡水还忽冷忽热，调节后仍难稳定，体验差且有安全隐患；洗衣机也比较旧，担心洗净效果和故障问题。

• karima (5/5): - Nous avons eu un problème avec les toilettes et la douche. Le dernier jour de notre séjour, toutes les eaux usées remontaient dans le bac de douche. L'hébergement n'était pas propre. J'ai dû nettoyé avant de nous installer (énormément de poussière). Les précédents vacanciers avaient dû fêter un anniversaire car les ballons "Happy Birthday" jonchaient dans tout l'appartement. La literie n'était pas confortable. Les oreillers étaient sales. Le canapé du salon était en très mauvais état et pas confortable. La cafetière ne fonctionnait pas donc nous avons dû acheter des dosettes de café soluble. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le lave vaisselle car on recevait de l'électricité quand on posait sa main sur l'évier et en même temps sur le lave vaisselle, on recevait un coup d'électricité (très dangereux). Pour le prix que nous avons payé, on espérait de meilleures prestations. Le pire était quand même l'impossibilité d'utiliser les toilettes et de la douche. A ce titre, nous vous demandons un dédommagement à hauteur des préjudices subis.
• Małgorzata (7/5): - The apartment is in a fantastic location, with a stunning view from the window. Key collection was just across the street, which was very convenient. The owner sent clear and easy-to-follow instructions, including a link and an app to open doors, as well as one physical key. However, the apartment door could only be opened via the app – the key did not work. Conversely, the building’s main entrance could only be opened with the key, not via the app. The apartment is well-equipped. Air conditioning worked in one of the three bedrooms, in the living room, and in the hallway. In the two smaller bedrooms, there were only fans, which were not enough – it was very hot in those rooms. And in one bedroom, the blinds didn’t work. The main bedroom door was too large for the frame, so it couldn’t be closed properly. You need to be very quiet in the apartment, as noise carries easily and neighbors can get upset quickly. The apartment is located on a busy street, so there is constant noise during the day. At night, the traffic is much lower, and personally, it didn’t bother me, especially with the windows closed. However, if you are sensitive to noise, earplugs are recommended.

• João (5/5): Fair, but with some critical downsides - The staff was amazing, very responsive and willing to help all the time. Communication with them was easy and quick. The location is great, easy access to metro and touristic attractions. The beds are really uncomfortable, as well as pillows. I’m not picky to sleep and I thought I could ignore the many bad reviews about the beds, but they are indeed bad. The owners should upgrade them since this seems to be a common complain for a long time. This, together with the noisy streets, made the nights of sleep not great. The showers in both bathrooms were bad: one heating up too much to the point of being unbearable to shower, and the other going cold after 2min running. I notified the staff about it and they were very kind and sent someone to fix it as soon as possible, but unfortunately that was already at our last day. This is something that should have been fixed before with regular maintenance, specially because it’s also a common complain in the reviews for a really long time. The kitchen was fairly equipped, but could use some maintenance too (coffee machine was not working, and moka coffee pots were dirty and rusty - I properly washed one but didn’t fancy using in the end, imagining it could be dirty inside the filter…). It’s a really nice place and the reviews could improve so much if it had a proper maintenance and a bit more care/upgrade. As it is now, for the price charged, I wouldn’t recommend.
• Chan-young (7/5): Good - Location was good - it is next to the aerobus stop, metro station, and a lot of bus stops. Well furnished. It is next to Plaza Espanya - quite noisy and bright during the night. Some of window blinds are broken. Needs more cleaning - there were many flies in the kitchen.

• Roselia (9/5): In General, we really had a good time staying in aparteasy hotel.Highly recommended . - Good location & safetiness The hot & cold water in the shower room was too hard to get the right temperature. Some lights are not working. The oven was not functioning.
• Hitchins (1/5): Bad - It had not been cleaned when we arrived and there were no entry instructions provided. We had to call the owner whose number was on the door after an occupant kindly let us in the building. The owner yelled at us, but let us in electronically. Then we found d the place had not been cleaned - used bedsheets and wet towels still in the bathrooms. We found d the agency number and they persuaded us to go to another apartment nearby, which had filthy dirty floors and only one toilet between the 2 “bathrooms”, clearly some serious mismanagement going on.

• Davie (8/5): Fabulous location, comfy beds, a little noisy, shower a bit temperamental - Fantastic Location - supermarkets, restaurants and metro and bus really close. Nicely decorated and clean, nice bedding and we found the beds to be comfy. The kitchen was a bit dated but we weren't cooking only using the fridge for cold drinks and snacks. As per other reviews, it is a bit noisy but if you know this before it's ok. My husband was woken by the noise but the rest of us weren't! The temperature in the shower was vey difficult to get right, either boiling hot or freezing cold. Wasn't enough comfy seating for people at the end of a busy day. The temperature was fine when we were there as it was a little cold outside but i could imagine the apartment being hot in summer with all the glass windows.

• Alexandru (8/5): Very good - The building and was nice, quiet and clean. Same with the apartment. The window view was great. The apartment had dishwasher. The bed matresses were too thin and soft. The water temperature and pressure varied wildly for no reason making it an adventure trying to take showers.
• Simon (2/5): Very poor - The location was very nice. The airconditioners stopped working after the first day, and it was unbearable because of the heatwave that was currently there.

• Vicky (9/5): Superb - Great apartment in a great location, easy access to all the sites. Very useful having 3 sets of keys as we were 3 adults staying doing slightly different things. A little noisy as on a main road, but the fans/aircon sorted that out!
