• Emilia089 (7/5): Excellent location, overall ok - The 4-bed apartment (Mallorca 371)'s location is truly excellent. Its a block and a half from the Sagrada Familia and in between two different metro lines. The main bedroom is very nice and light (the others are not so nice). The apartment uses an app for the door key which was convenient for a member of our party arriving late at night. The host also let us drop our bags off from 11.30am and pick them up on check out day at 2.30pm, which was helpful. The apartment is comfortable enough for a few days. Firstly, the platform where you have to pay charged us an extra 3.5% surge charge for credit cards so it ended up being more expensive than advertised.The check in was a bit complicated, I'm not sure if its standard in Spain/with other letting agencies. There are only two mirrors in the whole apartment (one in the bathroom and one in the hall). So if people were travelling in a big group of women, this would be challenging. The blanket in my room was dirty, it had some brown, hopefully chocolate, stains. So it wasn't clean. The walls are very thin, you can hear people talking in other apartments, and three of the four bedrooms only have an internal window, so you can hear people entering the building, talking etc, which woke me up various times. For check out, the host said we could leave our bags and pick them up at 2.30pm, and that we should just call her. When we arrived to pick up the bags right on time, she didn't answer for 30 minutes. When I finally got through she rudely said just ring the bell for the cleaner (which I had) and she hung up on me, no apology or anything for not answering so long. So that was unfortunate. Overall, I probably wouldn't stay here again but it's fine.

Como encargarnos a los huéspedes el bote de basura y dejar ordenado y limpio todo el apartamento. Ofrecieron vistas que no existen.

Tout le nécessaire est là pour se faire à manger, il y a de la place dans le réfrigérateur. La terrasse est un must. Lits confortables. Mais même si près du métro, j,aime marcher alors a refaire je logerais davantage vers le sud. Les hosts ont rapidement répondu à une question que j’avais. Il manque de linges pour la vaisselle considérant qu’il y a le nécessaire pour une cuisine complète. Il serait bien d’avoir un appareil pour écouter de la musique avec nos cellulaires. Il serait bien qu’il y ait diverses épaisseurs d’oreillers pour accommoder les différents besoins. Ce ne sont que quelques détails négligeables.

• Robert (10/5): Very nice place for out short stay and well palce near shops and local eateries. - Location and assistance from the team in getting us in to drop our bags of early. Size and and layout of the apartment was very good Kitchen was lacking some essential tools such as knives for slicing bread or meat although all of the other kitchen appliances, pans plates etc were plentiful.
• Emilia (7/5): Gut für ein Wochenendtrip - Die Wohnung hatte zwei Balkone und war zentral gelegen. In der Wohnung war genug Platz für 3 Personen und hatte auch genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten um z.B. auch alleine zu arbeiten für eine Weile (Schreibtisch, Esstisch etc.). Leider war es nicht sauber genug. Die gesamte Wohnung braucht einen Grundputz, wo auch wirklich jede Ecke des Bodens einmal sauber gemacht wird. Im Badezimmer hat man es am Boden sehr gemerkt. Im großen Schlafzimmer waren mehrere Haare auf dem Kopfkissen und unter der Decke. Das geht nicht.

It is walking distance from several small restaurants, small stores and grocery stores. It has a great roof top gym as well as bar. The food and service were excellent! I would highly recommend this for anyone who needs a place to stay before their departure.

El sistema de abrir y cerrar la puerta a través de la app. La amplitud del apartamento. Los colchones, muy cómodos. Alguna habitación demasiado pequeña. La ropa de cama necesita renovación. El procedimiento de entrar en el piso es algo confuso, pues te dan un código que no necesitamos en ningún momento para nada. También decían que había llaves físicas en el interior, y nosotros no las vimos por ninguna parte. Tampoco las buscamos mucho porque funcionó todo perfectamente.

• Leanna (4/5): Ok - It was clean. 1. The location information on the website is misleading. When we booked the location it appeared to be just opposite of the Sagrada Família itself. When we arrived we were quite surprised by the distance away it actually is. When you book there is no clear location to show clients exactly where they would be staying. It simply says “multiple locations throughout the city.” 2. No air conditioning in the bedrooms which got pretty hot at nights. The air conditioning in the living room was not very efficient.

• Ziad (1/5): Traumatized children on first day of vacation.Ruined our trip - Location close to Sagrada Familia Check in was a nightmare. Couldn’t use the website to enter the info needed. Site kept crashing and freezing. Online and phone service was horrible. They kept cutting me off each time I was trying to resolve the website issues, I ended up speaking with 5 different people. I was out in the street for about three hours after midnight. My three children were exhausted and terrified from being in the street. Online staff was terrible. I couldn’t get in till about 3 am. I am filing a formal complaint with Booking and with my credit card.

• John (10/5): Family of four delighted with apartment in Barcelona, vows to return. - Our favorite part of the apartment was relaxing around the kitchen table at the beginning and end of each day. The beds were comfy and the apartment was clean with everything promised. Location was central to the city with local cafes and restaurants all around. The host was super responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. We were sad to leave.

• Kristiana (6/5): Pleasant - Perfect location👍 I recently stayed at a property that claimed to accommodate 7 guests, but our experience fell short of expectations. The listing appeared promising, but we quickly discovered that the sofa, which was supposed to be an additional sleeping space, was far too small for two people to be comfortable. With our group of seven, we had to get creative with sleeping arrangements, and it led to a rather cramped situation. It’s crucial for listings to accurately represent their sleeping arrangements, especially when they advertise accommodating larger groups.
• Yaseer (9/5): Superb - We were only a family of 4, so the rooms were plenty. There is one master bedroom and the other 3 rooms are single. One thing to note is that only the master bedroom and the living room have air conditioning, although it is strong enough to cool the whole apartment. The location is great, only a few steps to Sagrada Familia and really secure. Marina was a great host, who was always available and kind. One of the air conditioners did start leaking water but still continued to work, so it's not a big issue. Also, like some of the other reviews mentioned there was some trouble getting in initially (i think the trick is to pull the gate back and then push it to open when the host remotely opens it).

• Elena (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. Very close to the sagrada familia, spacious apartment , quiet and clean! The beds comfortable, clean bathrooms. Near to bakeries, fast food and local restaurants. The host that waited us was very nice and explained everything. All the amenities working ! Would book again! Just not that there is a fee for different times of check in. You cannot check in earlier but if you check in after 18:00 , extra fee of 30€ , if you check in after 00:00 , extra fee of 50€. All the rest was fabulous!

One of the bedrooms is really small (~5 m2), bed in this bedroom is broken. Hot water in the shower is only enough for 2 people. It took us more than 1 hour on the phone to get the keys with the late check-in option (for which we paid EUR 30). Overall, the managing company needs to improve coordination between their staff.

It just made the start to our trip really stressful. Clear instructions on how to use the washing machine in the apartment. I would recommend getting bowls for the kitchen. The walls are very this so the Neighbour’s partying every night sounded like they were inside our apartment at 2 am

We liked the neighborhood despite this. The noise from the neighbors is very loud. Nightly they are on the deck loudly socializing from 24:00 to 4:00. The location pin for the property advertising is adjacent to the Sagrada Família, we feel this is falsely advertising the location.

Appartement small but perfect for 4 people, simple decor and really appreciated the 2 small balconies. Was expensive for what it was, probably because of location near Sagrada, would look at other apartments elsewhere that are bigger for half the price.

We had 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 adults for 4 days. Minimum Toiletries, plus kitchen condiments like sugar and salt and pepper 1 sachet of each, 2 coffee pods. For 3 adults.

• Iain (9/5): Superb - We were travelling as a family of five and this was our last destination in a 5 week trip before heading home. We didn't quite know where to stay in Barcelona, so we looked for somewhere near the Sagrada. This is a really lovely apartment and it genuinely has a lovely view of the top of the (almost completed) Sagrada. it was nice sitting on the balcony at night and in the mornings looking at the Sagrada and watching life in the street. The neighbourhood was lovely and there are a lot of useful shops and restaurants. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the apartment building generally felt safe and secure. The second bathroom had a slight odour emanating from a drain but with a window open, and the door closed we didn't notice it in the rest of the apartment, and so we just used that bathroom as a backup when the main one was in use. The woman who met us to hand over rte keys was lovely and showed us around the apartment. We were grateful to her for meeting us outside of hours, as we arrived on a late flight. We'd stay here again and recommend it to all.

• Claire (6/5): Pleasant - we were disappointed that we did not have a balcony with a view of Sagrada Familia as is shown in the photos. I have checked the listing and it does say ‘multiple locations’ but the pictures were misleading. we had a lot of difficulty with payment as needed paying in advance via a link that didn’t work. I have never had this with booking.com before and was suspicious. the staff were helpful but I had to make an IBAN payment in the end. Our next accommodation have just met us on arrival to pay. the apartment was quite well located as near Garcia which is nice and very near a Metro station and was spacious with a lovely terrace. it would be helpful have salt and pepper, tea bags and maybe some olive oil just so we could have breakfast.
• Anonymous (9/5): Superb - The apartments were very spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location was very convenient too, walking distance from Sagrada Familia and very close to the Metro. The check in process was pretty smooth and the staff were very kind and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. The cost of lodging was a bit high but that was the case with all of the lodging options in Barcelona the week that we visited.

• Daisuke (9/5): Good value & Quick city access accommodation. - Location : Very good access to Sagrada Familia (1-2min, but it's pity not to see Sagrada Familia directly from the room) and a subway station nearby, easy to walk around the city. Accommodation : Good security and enough space for family stay (big enough for my case, 4 family member). Reply from a staff : Response from the staff is very speedy. Complication for registration : Need to register many info in advance, which is unfamiliar for me. Hope this will be shorten.

• Anna (10/5): Thanks a lot for great stay! - Perfect location! great transport connections, shops, bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Excellent contact with the host - they responded quickly and were very helpful! The apartment is not of the highest standard, but there is nothing missing to spend a pleasant time there (we were a group of 7 friends).
