• Lamyae (5/5): Il faut revoir quelque details dans l appart et elle va être parfaite - L emplacement excellent Le canapé lit n est pas du tous confortable et tres sale Il faut le changer !!!! Aussi pr le chauffe eau est tres petit ne permet meme pas de prendre sa douche allaise
• Сторчай (4/5): - Розташування Брудно, пральна машина тече, стеля в ванній кімнаті тече і вся в плісняві, постійний запах сирості в квартирі, стільниця відпадала на обідньому столі, бойлер на 15 літрів води (вистачало тільки швидко облитися, потім чекати доки нагріється вода, щоб помити голову окремо), перепрали всі покривала (теж з неприменим запахом та брудні) . Ми проживи в цьому приміщенні місяць, довелося купувати каструлю, бо в наявності була одна (жили родиною з малою дитиною). Кошти в 205 € так і не повернули, хоча їм писала декілька разів.

• Fadila (5/5): Hôte pas sérieux - L'emplacement était très bien Le lit était souillé par du sang menstruel, la couette également, cette souillure était dissimulée sous les draps. L'hôte a écrit 205€ de caution avant même de pénétrer dans l'établissement. Malgré la remise des appartements en état très propre et rangé et sans aucun dommage, a ce jour je n'ai pas eu le remboursement de ma caution L'hôte ne répond a aucun message depuis la fin de mon séjour, concernant ce remboursement

• Rudolf (6/5): Unterkunft mit Kaution!!! - -Lage Nähe Zentrum -großes Apartment im 4.Stock -Lift vorhanden und fuktioniert -Kaution erforderlich -Kaution (205€) wurde bis heute, 4Tage nach Abreise nicht zurück überwiesen -Küchenabwasch ist total verstopft Wir mussten Geschirr im Badezimmer abwaschen -Küchenarmatur ist total locker -auch im Badezimmer fuktioniert Abfluss nur sehr langsam
• Heidi (4/5): Enttäuschend in Kommunikation, Kaution einbehalten Betrug, Malaga netter Urlaub, Wohnung gut gelegen - Lage gut. Wohnung ausreichend groß und ausreichend gut ausgestattet, leider nicht immer sauber. Anreise - Zusage einer Ankunftszeit via Booking, welche dann nicht eingehalten werden konnte und erst nach Kontaktaufnahme ein Kompromiss möglich war. Zahlkung einer Kaution (!) - die bis heute trotz mehrfacher Anfragen nicht (!) zurückgezahlt wurde. Nachdem der Vermieter sein Geld hatte, wurde die Kommunikation zunächst kühl/unfreundlich, schließlich einfach eingestellt. Keine Antwort, noch immer schulden Sie mir die Kaution zurück, ich scheine keine Chance zu haben, an das Geld zu kommen, die Vermieter reagieren einfach nicht, leider auch Booking nicht bisher auf meine Beschwerde, sehr ärgerlich und enttäuschend! In der Wohnung - Wasserleck, dreckige Decken, etc., sie andere Bewertungen.

Все поламане, кран на кухні тримається на соплях, стільниця на столі не закріплена, пральна машина тече, бойлер такий малий , що навіть одній людині нормально не помитись. Перед заселенням сказали заплатити заставу 200 євро і не повернули її
• Daniel (5/5): Aceptable sin más - Sin lugar a dudas la ubicación del apartamento El apartamento tenía olor a lejía en el baño, tenía humedades tanto en el baño como en el salón, mobiliario mínimo, habitaciones frías y una vista a un patio interno nada agradable. Este apartamento es una trampa para turista. Debes pagar una fianza de 205€ y se quedan 5€ por gastos de gestión, además de que tardan una semana en realizarte el reembolso. Si vas para unos días entre 2 y 4 no es mala opción debido a la ubicación central, pero si vas más días puede resultar una experiencia no demasiado agradable.

• Natalia (1/5): okropny. - JEDYNA rzecz jaka była dobra to lokalizacja, reszta tragedia, tak samo właściciele The renters are scammers. They robbed us of a deposit of 225 euros, even though the reservation was paid. Later they lied that they had returned the deposit and stopped offering and receiving. The conditions in the apartment were tragic. There was not a single clean space. Everything was dirty. I was disgusted to sleep on the bed, because the mattress was all stained, the same with the couch and other furniture. There were also ants and cockroaches in the apartment.
• Schnake (7/5): Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. - Die Lage war perfekt 5 Min entfernt vom Zentrum und 10 vom Strand Sofa, Bettdecke und Duschvorgang waren nicht so sauber. Alte Wasserschäden an den Decken, im Schlafzimmer und Bad. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche war auch nicht richtig angebracht.

• Sarah Jane (5/5): Good location. Terrible to gain access and a really scruffy poorly maintained apartment - We had to pay a damage deposit before they would give us access to the accommodation. At first I thought it was a scam. They sent a link that didn't work. It wasn't until late at night they finally sent a new link whilst we were stood outside the door on the street waiting to get in, where I managed to pay it. Once paid they finally gave us access. It was very stressful.
