• Georgie (8/5): A good base for having fun in Barcelona - Newly renovated and in great condition. Good bedding & towels & comfortable. Good location The sliding bathroom door did not close or was lockable. No tea towel or any basic bits like that bags or salt & pepper. Digital key not easy as needed to keep phone charged to be able to get in.
• Grob (7/5): - Die Kaffeemaschine, Toaster waren nicht funktionstüchtig. Die Pfannen waren sehr alt und nicht gerade toll für die Benutzung. Geschirrspülmittel wie auch Geschirrhandtuch haben gefehlt. Leider wurden wir auch schlecht informiert, dass man das Gepäck im Hauptbüro deponieren kann und mussten da etliche Emails schreiben, da bei der Wohnung keine Möglichkeit war, das Gepäck unterzubringen.

• Ulrika (10/5): Fantastiskt boende i en stad med hög puls! - Otroligt smakfullt inrett, rent och fräscht, skönt med 2 toaletter. Smidigt att slippa nyckel och kunna öppna med telefonen. Saknade krokar i badrummet.
• Zerina (7/5): Empfehlenswert - Es war eine saubere und schöne Wohnung. Die Duschkabine war undicht, jedes Mal gab es eine Überschwemmung vom Badezimmer bis zum Schlafzimmer. Es gibt gar keine Isolierung, die Nachbarn haben sehr oft Lärm abends (nach Mitternacht) gemacht.
• Jody (9/5): Great apartment and area overall, just a bit lacking on basic cleaning supplies for a five night stay. - Loved the apartment - it was very comfortable for 2 singles, the outdoor spaces were great for meals and relaxing between sightseeing - I wish we had more time at ‘home’ to enjoy. Complete blockout shutters on the bedrooms were great. Convenient area for Metro access and plenty of shops and amenities nearby, felt like we were right in with the locals. Loved the digital key access, no fumbling with codes, lock boxes or temperamental doors. One dishwasher tablet, about a quarter of a roll of paper towel and a tiny container of dish soap was a bit mean for a five night stay. Haven’t seen a tea towel yet in European apartment rentals…weird. Could’ve also done with a cork screw and ice cube trays, but we made do with alternatives. The washing machine was hit and miss…eventually got it going but not really sure how.

Le système de clé numérique était très commode. -L'hôte était pressé de me rappeler l'heure du check out, moins de répondre à mes questions. -En général, il y a dans la cuisine de quoi se faire une tasse de café ou de thé à l'arrivée, ici il n'avait rien.

• Paola (7/5): - L'appartamento è come da foto. Velocissimi nel rispondere e sempre disponibili. Letti molto comodi e la cucina aveva tutto il necessario. Posizione tranquilla con metro sotto casa. Quando siamo entrati in appartamento abbiamo subito notato delle cose fuori posto o comunque già rovinate. Abbiamo segnalato tutto alla reception che cortesemente ha mandato un tecnico il giorno dopo a sistemare alcune delle cose segnalate.

• Jessica (9/5): Great and comfy place for a stay in Barcelona - The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, looks exactly like in the pictures There's absolutely nothing in the kitchen in terms of basics for cooking - salt, pepper, a bit of coffee to start with. Small details that make a difference.

• Lucia (9/5): - We stayed three nights in Barcelona in this lovely apartment. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. One bedroom is larger than the other, which worked well for us. Unfortunately, we couldn’t fully enjoy the balcony and garden because it rained for two of the days, but the apartment itself is still very attractive. There wasn’t any dish soap, nor basics like salt, sugar, or coffee pods, which we’ve usually found in other apartments we’ve stayed in. If those small touches had been included, I would have rated the apartment a 10. I understand that not everyone provides coffee pods, but essentials like dish soap and bin bags should really be provided to help keep the apartment tidy.

• Paul (10/5): Great place to explore the city - The apartment is in a residential neighbourhood - usual small shops, bars etc - felt quiet and very safe for us as a family. It was very easy to get to from the airport and was a two minute walk from the Metro so really easy to get around the city. That said, it is only a 20 minute walk in to the centre and whichever route you take, there's something to see. The apartment itself isn't large but there was plenty of space for the three of us - four would be no problem as both bedrooms had decent sized beds and with two bathrooms, no queueing! Was spotless when we arrived and decently appointed for a weekend break. Special mention for the Ola Living team - communication before our stay was good, the access worked perfectly and the only issue we had was not being able to work out how to use the shutters in the bedroom (pull from the bottom to close...) but we had instant responses to queries and within an hour, a maintenance guy was there to check it out. Can't fault the service. Nothing really - was a good place to stay for a city break and location worked really well for us.

• Alice (8/5): Modern and clean - great stay - Very clean, modern and well designed apartment in the neighbourhood we needed for visiting family Would prefer an actual key - we had no problems with the app but previous reviews of the app not working made me anxious every time we went out that we might not get back in! Small points, coffee machine, toaster and safe not working properly. Also, fully understand the requirement to pay city tax but on initial booking page it says it is included but then later recieved a separate charge - this is misleading and made the apartment more expensive than anticipated. Some misleading emails about deposit being returned before we had even arrived - so will wait to see when that gets returned- a 'hold' would be more preferable to taking the actual money....

We were five adults, we were in accommodation with two rooms and two double beds and with two bathrooms and with a sofa that can be extended into a bed. They provided all bed linen and towels. Later we asked for more towels and toilet paper. The coffee machine didn't work. And as there were five of us and after a full day of sightseeing in Barcelona, ​​in the evening when we got back to the accommodation we received an otherwise very pleasant call from Ola Living that the neighbors were complaining about the noise, it was the most unpleasant experience.

• Adrián (7/5): Agradable con peros. - Ubicación, calidad del colchón, decoración, había gel y champú y la cocina muy equipada aunque no la usé. Había buena limpieza. Mi código abría todas las habitaciones del bloque, me di cuenta porque me equivoqué al entrar la primera vez y fui a otro apartamento por error. Me dio inseguridad no saber si entrarían en mi habitación mientras no estaba yo. El suelo del baño tiene algo que te quedas un poco pegado. El aislamiento acústico es un poco malo, se escucha todo el bloque. El check in un poco tedioso online y el hacer pagos fuera de booking no da confianza.

• Kerstin (7/5): Trångt men fräscht och bra beläget boende i Barcelona. - Bra beläget nära metron. Trevligt område utanför turiststråken. Fräsch lägenhet. Lägenheten var för liten för 5 personer. 2 personer fick använda en hård bäddsoffa. När vi valde boendet på nätet så förstod vi som att det skulle vara 4 ordinarie sängplatser, inte 3 och att en person skulle få använda soffan. Då hade även rummet kunnat användas på ett annat sätt. Nu blev det lite trångt. Vi fick även trycka ihop oss på den lilla balkongen. Men att det var fräscht och tillgången till ett bra pentry övervägde ändå till en positiv upplevelse. Vi tyckte att det var omständigt, vad gäller kontakten med boendet. Då vi ej ville skicka passkopior över nätet (betalkortet blev skimmat i samband med bokning av upplevelser dagarna före resan) då det kändes osäkert, så blev allt mycket omständigt. Det blev upprepade mejl och telefonkontakter vilket kändes lite olustigt. Nu löste sig allt till sist och den sammanlagda upplevelsen blev positiv. Så med tydligare information kring lägenheten och mindre krångel hade det fått högre betyg.

• Paolo (1/5): Appartamento bene , servizio struttura orribile . - Struttura molto bella e collocata in una buona posizione ( forse un pochino rumorosa per via del insonorizzazione mancante ) . Completa di tutti in comfort. Servizio scadente . Durante le prime due notti ( su 3 notti a Barcellona ) non ho potuto dormire per il forte rumore ( musica ad alto volume e urla ) provenienti dalla stanza accanto durato per ben 4 ore in entrambe le occasioni . Ho segnalato questo accaduto al servizio della struttura subito , e non mi sono stati d’aiuto , l’unico loro aiuto è stato quello di dire che avviseranno le camere di rispettare l’orario del silenzio. Non ho ricevuto nessuno sconto per questa vicenda , solamente una richiesta di posticipare il check out di un’ora . Sinceramente, l’ultima cosa che avrei voluto fare era restare ancora con loro . Lavoro nel Hotellerie e quando succedono queste cose si va incontro al cliente , visto che l’accaduto si è ripetuto per ben due volte e ho passato in entrambe le occasioni una brutta giornata .

• Nataliia (3/5): Винести сміття щоб уникнути доплат за прибирання - Хороша локація, поруч є метро, багато магазинів та кафе. При заселенні було досить чисто, велике зручне ліжко, є посуд Є посудомийка, але лиш 1 капсула на 4 дні. Ножі тупі на кухні, вилки якісь дитячі 😄 Після оплати броні просять ще дати завдаток в розмірі 200 євро, який повертають лиш 7 днів після виселення. Перед виселенням приходить лист де просять прибрати за собою помешкання, винести сміття і помити посуд, щоб уникнути доплат. А ще немає стійки реєстрації, треба заповнити багато документів онлайн, сайт цей погано працює, треба тричі на день заходити щоб зробити цю реєстрацію, інакше помешкання попереджає скасувати бронь без повернення коштів. Такий собі досвід, краще брати нормальний готель і не морочити собі голову 😄🫣 Сподіваюсь після цього коментаря не змінюють з мене кошти бо дані карти в готелю всі є 🙄

• Rafael (9/5): Fancy place with a great location. Very comfortable - Location. Easy to proceed with the check-in. Comfort to use an app with the phone to access (or a code). For the price I would have expected at least a coffee machine, some teas (basic things) and at least something to eat for the first morning. I have rented apartments in many other places that at least include some basics in the kitchen as salt, oil and pepper.

• Keith (10/5): Friends weekend in Barcelona. - The location, the standard of accommodation, fittings and bathrooms. There were lots of nice pubs and restaurants close by. Felt a safe area to wander about in after dark. It was an easy 20min walk to the Ramblas. The bottle opener was broken.
