• Melanie (9/5): Ausser die Spinnen war es top! Super sauber und schön. Wenn mam keine angst vor Spinnen hat, istbes sehr empfehlenswert! - Sehr schön Dass es kleine Spinnen an den Wänden hatte…. Habe leider Angst davon und konnte deshalb nicht richtig schlafen weil sie überall verteilt an den Wänden waren. War in der Nacht auf Spinnenjagd:)

• Juan (1/5): Don’t stay in this apartment. Not clean, lot of mosquitoes - TERRIBLE. Stay away from this apartment. We rented the property for two night and it was a horrible experience. The first night my family and I , we couldn’t sleep for the mosquitos. Apartment is outdated, not clean and smelly. We had to move to a hotel to spend the second night. Requested the refund but still haven’t heard from the property management Tons of mosquitoes, dirty, outdated, beds, sheets, walls , floors , etc not clean

• De Corte (8/5): - The location of the appartment is perfect. The appartment is generally clean, practical and ready to use. We booked very last minute and the host was quite responsive. The kitchen is not very well equipped. The heater (cold week in Malaga) worked, but it took some time to figure out. Because of flight hours, we asked to stay a few hours longer or to leave our bags a few hours at the appartment, but our last request was not answered.
• Ángela (4/5): Buen piso, pero no acorde a las fotos ni bien equipado - Lo que más me gustó fue la localización y amplitud Durante nuestra estancia encontramos varios aspectos que no cumplieron con lo esperado. A la llegada, el piso no estaba bien equipado con cosas básicas: no había pastillas para el lavavajillas, solo una bolsa de basura, no había escurridor, faltaba gel en algunos baños y tampoco había vaso para los cepillos de dientes. Son pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia en una estancia de varios días. La habitación no correspondía con las fotos del anuncio. En lugar de los cojines que aparecen y diferentes almohadas gorditas, solo había una almohada muy fina y bastante incómoda, lo que afectó al descanso; tampoco las mantas. Además, el espacio de almacenaje es muy escaso: los armarios son insuficientes y no hay un buen sitio para colgar la ropa, lo cual resulta poco práctico para una estancia de cinco días. La limpieza tampoco era la adecuada; se notaba que el piso necesitaba un repaso general. La campana extractora estaba sucia y, en general, se percibe que el espacio ha tenido bastante uso. Por último, el piso da claramente la sensación de haber sido un antiguo despacho de abogados reconvertido en alojamiento, sin haberse adaptado del todo a las necesidades de una estancia turística. Es una pena, porque el piso tiene mucho potencial y es bonito, pero con pequeños detalles podría mejorar mucho. Tal y como está ahora, la experiencia no coincidió con lo que se muestra en el anuncio

• Ciro (1/5): - La posizione è l'unica cosa che si salva. Comoda per raggiungere sia il centro che il lungomare. E vicina alla stazione ferroviaria che collega anche l'aeroporto La casa era SPORCA SPORCA SPORCA, in tutto e per tutto, trovati calzini di ospiti precedenti e capelli ovunque dal letto alla cucina, pavimento sporchissimo, finestra con vetro rotto molto pericoloso rattoppata con un etichetta e non segnalata al nostro arrivo. Inoltre servizio e comunicazione per il check-in davvero poco professionale. Non per ultimo padelle da film dell'orrore graffiate e cancerogene all'inverosimile e quindi inutilizzabili, come da foto allegate Il mio consiglio è state alla larga anche perché si fanno pagare ingiustificatamente tanto!

• Simone (9/5): Perfect verblijf in dit ruime appartement op een top locatie - Mooi schoon en centraal gelegen appartement. Heel ruim wasmachine alles aanwezig. Communicatie met de verhuurder was ook heel prettig en duidelijk Ik vond het jammer dat er alleen maar losse bedden waren.

• Y (7/5): - L'emplacement est parfait, dans le quartier Soho. Beaucoup de chambres et l'appartement est spacieux avec deux salles de bains bien équipées, la terrasse est très bien également. La récupération des clés du logement s'est bien passée. Le grille-pain faisait sauter les plombs, les casseroles et poêles sont de mauvaise qualité (le revêtement s'arrache, c'est toxique). À notre arrivée il restait des affaires des anciens clients (un pantalon sur une table, des paquets de cigarettes dans des armoires), pas mal d'étagères étaient pleines de poussières. La climatisation est mal entretenue dans une chambre, celle-ci dégage de la poussière et fait tousser instantanément.

• Nikam (7/5): Good but not perfect for private (not business) stay - I liked the location, in quiet neighborood bud very close to city centre. Across the street, there was a central market with a lot of fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, seafood and smoothies. The landlord is very nice and communicative. The appartement was clean, has two bathrooms with shower and toilet. There was AC, washing mashine, microvawe and dishwasher, although detergents were not provided. The appartement is very nice for the first sight, but there are som small things that make this place not as comfortable as it could be. We missed knives to cut bread, dishwasher detergent, clothes dryer (literally no place to dry your clothes, in winter). My biggest complain is that they do not prvide an invoice, I asked for it several times, always some excuses. It may be a problem when travelling on business.

There was plenty of room for us to spread out, and the space was thoughtfully laid out, with modern amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The two bathrooms were a huge plus. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The location was great, on a quiet street, but still just a short walk from both the city center and the beach. We loved being able to explore the local sights, cafes, and restaurants without having to rely on transport. Check-in went smoothly.

The beds were comfortable and it was a perfect place to stay with a few friends. Overall, the place was very modern and spacious I enjoyed my time here. The place attracted little ants on the floor every so often which wasn't ideal. There was no full length mirror which would have been nice for 6 people.

Besides this the contact with the owners is very easy and they are very welcoming. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Great space for kids to have room and the separate sitting room was a brilliant extra. Internet was good and worked well. (We didn't stream or have teams meetings so can't comment on that part but can't see it being an issue).

• Monika (10/5): Nice place close to the centre - The apartment is really close to everything. There is a parking house a few blocks away so you can keep your car safe for the night. The apartment is super comfortable, clean and well equipped, check in and check out was smoothless. Due to the central location, except noise at night. The nearby restaurants clean at night, the garbage is taken at night, people party etc. If you close the windows, it’s much better, but if you are a light sleeper, consider another place.

Another big plus is that we have been traveling by a car that was rented and only in 1 minute walking there was a parking. We will be back for sure.
