Like the tea snacks offered from 3pm - 6pm. Wonderfull idea. Would have liked the tea snacks to include some of the Malaysian snacks and cakes / kuihs.

- OwenK (6/5): Overall good just some tweaks needed - Location, friendly staff, sizeable 1 bedroom Housekeeping remove towels meant for washing which is correct but they forgot to leave behind replacement towels for me. As I was got back to the room past midnight so I just make do with the face towels to dry myself after a shower. Perhaps housekeeping personnel can be more attentive in the future. Looking forward to the hotel tower reopening after renovation.

- Shafawati (10/5): An exceptionally comfortable and convenient stay - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The location is unbeatable — it’s right beside a shopping mall, which made it so convenient for dining, shopping, and even grabbing quick essentials. Everything I needed was just a short walk away. The apartment-style room was spacious, modern, and fully equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. Having a kitchen, washing machine, and other home comforts made it feel like a second home — perfect for both short and long stays. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. There’s honestly nothing I can think of that needs improvement. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

- Shahidatul (7/5): This time stay was Ok - we love the locatio,n that is why we return to this hotel. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a distressing experience during our recent stay at your property. While we generally do not make complaints, this incident left us genuinely unsettled and deserves to be addressed. During our stay, a loud alarm went off unexpectedly and continued for over 10 minutes. The announcement clearly stated, “This is not a fire drill, please evacuate,” which prompted us to take the situation seriously. Out of concern for our safety, we made the difficult decision to walk down from the 19th floor to the 7th floor where reception is located. Upon arrival, we were met with a casual response from the staff, who informed us it was a false alarm triggered by a guest cooking without turning on the kitchen hood. While we understand that accidents happen, what troubled us most was the lack of urgency and clarity in handling the situation. If it was indeed a false alarm, we question why the alarm was not silenced promptly and why guests were not reassured sooner. To make matters worse, a comment from another guest—“It’s okay, exercise is good”—was deeply upsetting. Walking down 12 flights of stairs is not a trivial matter, especially for someone like me who has a knee condition. Thankfully, my elderly mother had left the day before; otherwise, this would have been a serious physical challenge for her. When I raised my concerns with the staff, I was offered an apology and a complimentary snack. Unfortunately, even this gesture was mishandled, as the snack was delivered to the wrong room under the wrong guest name. This added to our frustration and highlighted a lack of attention to detail in your customer service. I strongly urge your team to review your emergency protocols and staff training to ensure that future incidents are handled with greater care, communication, and empathy. Guests deserve to feel safe and respected, especially during moments of uncertainty.
- shao_0 (9/5): Wonderful stay, really convenient location since attached to malls, amazing staff. - Used to stay here all the time since 2015. It's my first time back here after the recent renovation. As always, pool is beautiful and the gym is really huge and quite well equipped. The service is amazing as well. The plus point is the executive lounge where guests can relax and grab a drink or light snacks. Tip: Visit the lounge in the morning for some light bites, may run out in the afternoon. Superb location, connected to Gardens Mall and Mid Valley. Honestly, I preferred the old design for the 2-bedroom suite. The TVs provided are way too small for the size of the suites. I'm not sure if they preserved the old furnitures but the 2nd room's cupboard had a faulty light which would not switch off even when the door is closed. Other than that, everything else was pretty up to par.

- Ian Rodgers (9/5): A comfortable stay in a convenient location - Most staff were great and couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms were very clean as were the guest facilities like the laundry and lounge. The Concierge staff were also cheerful and helpful. A small minority of staff were not friendly and appeared to be judgmental about our mixed marriage (some didn’t realise my wife is fluent in several languages and overheard comments). The check-in process was long (the other receptionist processed three other guests in the time we were processed). Our booking was made several months in advance and I had confirmed the booking beforehand - the receptionist kept trying to call someone about our booking whispering to her coworker. When we asked if there was a problem she replied there wasn’t. When she eventually gave up trying to call who ever she was trying to call she started to tell us about the facilities in a quiet voice. When I told her I couldn’t hear her, she started whispering! After a day spent travelling to get to KL all we wanted was to get to our room. If it wasn’t for the fact we had paid for our 24 day stay in advance, I would have not stayed and sought alternate accommodation. We asked for a quiet room but the 16th floor was noise on a number of occasions. On one occasion we were kept awake all night because piped music was played through the room PA system. It was eventually turned off after we and others complained at 5am. The hotel does not provide a postal service unlike every other hotel we have ever stayed at ( we had postcards with stamps that required posting).

The place made our reunion are a memorable one. - Location..walk directly into the Garden mall and mid valley mall Minor things … the induction stove didn’t work.. it was handled right away. No bowls for noodles in the kitchen.. they were quick to respond .

Good for shopping and food. -The apartment is quite clean and spacious. It would be even better if only the property has a 3-bed room size for big families. The maximum size currently is 2 bedroom configuration. - For food, when the malls are closed, the property provides a 24-hr room service, even though it does not have a physical restaurant on site (only a small lounge). Nothing much.

(1) Upon booking stated breakfast provided in Meal Plan of RM40.00 per person per night. Upon check-in, Reception informed no breakfast as hotel is under renovation. No refund or substitute of cash vouchers by the Management. (2) The bedroom's aircond is non-adjustable. Super-warm at night with temperature at 24-25'o C.

Imagine my shock when I arrived at the closed hotel, fortunately the mall concierge suggested I check with the nearby Garden Residence and directed me there. This was a very poor experience! And the hotel reception was totally unapologetic.
