Parking privé gratuit. Très pratique. Carlos nous a très bien expliqué comment recuperer les clefs dans une box. Pas de café ni de thé alors qu’il y a une machine à café et une bouilloire.

Luego para coger la llave parecía un scape room, la caja de la llave estaba en otro edificio, con dos llaves diferentes de dos apartamentos diferentes.
• Katarzyna (8/5): Dobra lokalizacja, mieszkanie mocno przeciętne - Wygodne łóżko, choć trochę małe. Kuchnia i przybory kuchenne, świetna lokalizacja - samo centrum miasta. Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste. Możliwość zaparkowania na bliskim parkingu za darmo. Trzeba wcześniej zarezerwować. Bardzo ciemno, w mieszkaniu nie ma światła dziennego. Jedną roleta zepsuta - nie można było jej podnieść, więc było jeszcze ciemniej.

Il monolocale avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione . Le tende chiare come si vede nelle foto sono dentro ad un mobile forse erano rotte , ci sono delle tende oscuranti che vanno tenute sempre chiuse ,in quanto le finestre danno su un cortile interno di passaggio. Nel bagno le piastrelle sono rovinate e nella doccia la guarnizione di gomma si stacca. Il copridivano usurato e anche i tessili del letto da rinnovare.

Appartenenti accogliente L'arrivo in auto è stato complicato in quanto per arrivare al parcheggio c'era il rischio di dover attraversare una zona ristretta al traffico. Potremmo anche aver preso una multa, perché le strade di collegamento all'indirizzo dell'appartamento appartenevano a quest'area videocontrollata.

• Irem (3/5): Poor - Different location uploaded to booking but nicer. There is kitchen inside the room. Free parking opportunity for your car. ( reservation is needed) It was very difficult for us to get inside. We picked up the keys from a different location and had a rental car as well. To retrieve the garage keys from a locked box, we first had to find a parking spot for our car (which was very difficult). Then, we went to a different location to collect the room and garage keys from another locked box. After that, we had to park our car in yet another place before finally heading to the hotel. We had to stop at three different locations just to check into our hotel. The host had shared instructions beforehand, but despite knowing that we spoke English, all the directions were given in Spanish. The messages arrived in the wrong order, making them hard to understand. One of our towels was not clean. Additionally, the elevator in the building didn’t go to our floor, so we had to take it to the 3rd floor and then walk down to the 2nd floor.

He allowed us to leave the car in the garage for longer, which really helped. It is not a bit thing, it is just that the apartment needs a bit of TLC, the kitchen needs more utensils, etc, but apart from that, it's all good.

The accommodation was not 100% clean. There was dust on the top shelves and under the couch, but nothing terrible. There was missing a paper with instructions or a manual.

• Mann (4/5): Disappointing - Very little. Many issues with this property. Broken shower support, missing smoke alarm. Faulty emergency light (flashing all night). Generally poorly maintained. Many other issues, some minor some critical.
• Sudhanshu (8/5): Nice quiet clean apartment - The free parking is nearby in a covered basement of a building. The place is about 500 mts from the center of the town so most key tourism places can be reached in 20 - 30 min walk. The nearest beach is about 1.5 kms and can be reached in about 40 min. The apartment was neat and clean with fresh, clean linen and towels. Its a quiet residential apartment block. We didn't cook, but there was enough crockery and utencils for 2 people. Washing machine could be very useful if staying long or in the middle of a trip. The only window in the room was opening towards the inner courtyard so for privacy, one needs to keep the blinds closed. The sequence for getting to the parking was a bit tricky. One has to stop the car somewhere in the narrow lane, ask a co-passeenger to fetch the apartment keys since the remote for the parking is with the apartment keys. Its a shared parking slot for 2 cars, we had to convince the other vehicle parking at the spot at the same time as us.
• Carole (6/5): Great location, apartment ideal but access to flat and garage very complicated and frustrating - The location was great as was the property when I could get in. The host said he's meet me at the property but he didn't. The lock box was on a different building and the front door key didn't work. I had to wait for residents of the building to let me in each time. The parking garage was also very difficult to find and negotiate. I had to wait for others to show me where the parking was and how to get in and out. I was eventually told where to stand in order to get the entrance beeper to work. It would have been so much easier and eased the frustration if Carlos had been there as promised to show me all these idiosyncrasies.
• Łukasz (6/5): A good place to stay in Málaga - Apartment with a good location almost in the city centre, about 10 min on foot to the cathedral. A parking place in the underground parking lot next street is included in the price. The windows of the apartment were given to the inner patio, which at one hand wasn't so good because there was little light and no view, but on the other hand it was calm and quiet. There was a possibility to arrive earlier than the check in time. The host was kind and responsive. The apartment featured a washing machine, which was very good, but there was no dryer available. It wasn't the cleanest place we've been in, there was a thick layer of dust on the lights above the mirror and under the bed. The coffee machine wasn't emptied and cleaned.

• Urszula (6/5): Pleasant - Great location. Pretty spacious, nicely furnished apartment with elevator and parking place Very poor communication with the owner, he rarely answered my messages. Shower needs deep cleaning 😩 also there should be some shower handle and shelf for cosmetics, it's pretty annoying. Getting into the garage and apartment was tricky, I would call it "enter room" game 😅 The apartment has a great potential if only the owner cares more. The price is too high for this standard.

• Raul (8/5): Beautiful vacations at Malaga city, Andalusia beaches, history and people - Great communication support from Carlos via WhatsApp. Location is great for the price. just minutes walking distance from key landmarks, trending fashion stores, cultural activities and Happy Hours life in Malaga! We liked the booking included a parking location nearby. We found this to be quiet and safe place at every time. Apartment was formally clean, well maintained, everything in perfect working conditions, TV with channel options. Great details from owner providing some stock tea bags and quality coffee filters, extra garbage bags, etc. Gracias Carlos! After celebrating the great experience and support, good to mention the noticeable cigarette smell persistent in the apartment (we notice it more as we are not smokers)., Not sure if from a previous renters, the owners or the neighbors. It diminished a bit over the 8 days we stayed there (we tried to run the air conditioner/fan more frequently to help reduce it on us). Another challenge was with the parking location (in another building as it is common in Malaga and old downtown cities). We found it with additional complexities of access, fobs not working on one of streets, but try/errors on another access, etc. As this is not 100% in control by the owner, he promised to continue working on ideas to help the new renters with additional pictures and options via WhatsApp, etc. So future renters with cars should be patient, spend some quality time to try it fully the first day and do not hesitate to ask Carlos to walk you through the process end-to-end on the first day, so you can enjoy the remaining days. Thanks again to Carlos for his efforts to help more on that extra topic beyond his apartment.

• Balode (9/5): Good location in the very center of Malaga old town. - Very good location - everything is close and easy to reach. We used the paid parking lot next door. Good place to stay. Getting the keys is quick and easy. The kitchen has everything you need. The only window in the apartment is in the courtyard, so you can easily hear the neighbors' doors opening and closing. If there is a good sleep, the sounds do not disturb.

He facilitated an early check-in for us and arranged a taxi to the airport very early in the morning. A first class hosting experience! The studio apartment was well located just a few minutes walk from the historic centre with cafés, restaurants and supermarkets along the way. The studio apartment was very bijou and sparsely equipped, but fine for a night or two's stay. A little more in terms of a toaster, oven or combi cooker would have been welcomed.
• Laas_ (8/5): Very good - Very good location close to Old city of Malaga. Free parking was provided which was great. Windows are facing towards courtyard thus giving less privacy, for couple of nights it was ok, but for longer period of stay I wouldn't like it. There are some details in apartments that could be improved, souch as kitchen towels and some coffee would be nice, shower head to be fixed.
