• OLIVE (8/5): je recommande - L'appartement est situé tout prêt des stations de train et autobus, pratique quand on ne loue pas de voiture. un supermarché ouvert même le dimanche après midi en face, rues animées dans le quartier. l'appartement est spacieux, suffisant pour 2 personnes (avec enfant aussi). les lits sont confortables. les indications pour trouver l'appartement et la clé étaient parfaites : tout l'essentiel via mail et la plate-forme booking, la fenêtre était difficile à ouvrir en grand, une cafetière électrique aurait été très appréciée. Dommage de ne pas avoir rencontré notre hôte,

Nebuvo dušo želės ar šampūno, todėl atvykę pirmiausia turėjome eiti į parduotuvę, o ne į dušą. Patalpose nėra ventiliacijos, todėl jose jaučiasi drėgmė. Greičiausiai tai normalu gyvenant prie jūros. Blogiau, kad ventiliacijos nebuvo tualete, duše, todėl visi kvapai ir drėgmė pasklisdavo visuose apartamentuose. Vonios durys sunkiai užsidarydavo ir tai buvo nepatogu moteriai. Nors vonios kambaryje įrengtas bide, jis neveikė, nes nebuvo vandens. Lovos rėmas nekokybiškas, todėl miegant nuolat girgždėdavo verčiantis.

• Monika (6/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, blisko autobusy, można pieszo dojść do starego miasta Mial być salon z rozkładana sofa i sypialnia z dużym łóżkiem, była sypialnia z dużym łóżkiem ( wygodnym) i dostawka, z której 15 latkowi wystawały nogi za łóżko. Sypialnia i salon to jedno pomieszczenie przedzielone sciana wys. Ok. 2 m, nie sięgałaca sufitu. Najgorsze było okno z mleczną szyba, brak dostępu naturalnego światła,. Brudna lodówka i zamrażalnik ( było w nim aż grubo). Brudna pościel. Jeżeli wypożyczacie samochód, kiepsko z kiejscami do parkowania.

• Csaba (8/5): - Nekünk 4 éjszakára tökéletes volt. ( 2 felnőtt 1 gyerek) Tiszta, jól felszerelt, kényelmes apartman. Földszinti emiatt behalatszik az utca zaja. Minket nem zavart. Jó az elhelyezkedése, mindent életünk gyalog. A fürdőszoba ajtó szorul, de ez javítva lesz szerintem.
• YASSIN (10/5): Súper contento y volveré - Éramos 2 adultos y 2 niños de 12 y 14 años nos encantó el apto! Súper limpio, cómodo, muy cerca de todo y 2 minutos andando desde la estación de bus y renfe. El personal muy rápido en contestar por chat y atento. Volveré y recomiendo . 5 STARS!! Nada!!

Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. A lot around the stations but nicer, cheaper and less touristy places to the other side...... left or right out of the door then turn away from the stations. • Marine (1/5): Horrible à souhait ! - Hormis l’emplacement, rien. Une expérience à fuir. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai constaté que l’appartement était dans un état d’hygiène catastrophique : linge de maison taché, meubles sales, et arrière des meubles encrassé. Rien n’était propre. Ce n’est qu’un peu plus tard que j’ai découvert qu’il était en plus infesté de cafards, rendant le séjour totalement insupportable. Après avoir signalé la situation, le propriétaire s’est montré immédiatement agacé et méchant, simplement parce que j’avais fait une réclamation auprès de Booking. Il a indiqué à Booking qu’un exterminateur devait venir le dimanche, mais je n’ai jamais reçu la moindre confirmation, aucun message, et personne n’est venu. À aucun moment il n’a cherché à communiquer ou à proposer une vraie solution. Quand je lui ai demandé directement « quelle est la solution ? », aucune réponse juste de la colère et du mépris. Pendant tout le séjour, aucune aide concrète de la part de Booking : le service s’est contenté de relayer les échanges sans rien résoudre. J’ai donc dû me débrouiller seule, dans un logement sale, infesté et totalement négligé, alors que j’étais censée être en vacances. Ce séjour a été épuisant, stressant et inacceptable, tant par l’état du logement que par le manque total de suivi. Je déconseille fortement cet hébergement, tant qu’un nettoyage complet, une désinsectisation réelle et un contrôle sérieux n’auront pas été effectués. Et j’invite Booking.com à revoir la présence de ce logement sur sa plateforme : dans cet état, c’est indéfendable.

• Greta Marija (2/5): - Good location We were very disappointed with the condition of the apartment upon arrival. It had clearly not been cleaned. The bed linen was dirty and stained, and there were long black hairs all over the sheets. The floor was also covered with hair, and even the dish soap bottle had hair on it. We also found bugs in the apartment, and more kept appearing every night, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unhygienic. The sofa bed was in terrible condition – completely worn out and impossible to sleep on. The springs were sticking out and made it very uncomfortable, even painful, to lie on. We contacted the host right away. At first, they responded, but no solution was offered. No one was sent to clean the apartment, and after some initial replies, communication stopped entirely. During our whole stay, nothing was done to address the issues, and no compensation was offered. The host mentioned that cleaning is handled by another company, but that doesn’t change the fact that the apartment was not prepared for guests. We booked and paid through them directly, so they are responsible for the condition of the property. This situation caused us a lot of stress and disappointment. Unfortunately, it made our stay very unpleasant. We hope this feedback helps future guests and encourages better quality control.

We had a very quick contact with the owner. There was no kettle in the kitchen and a bit noisy from the street. Water in the shower was just enough for 2 people's quick shower.

• Sima (6/5): Pleasant - The location of the apartment was quite good. 30min walk to the centre of the city. The apartment itself is quite spacious. When we entered the flat we noticed that there were no clean towels available. There were a couple in the bedroom and one hanging from the bathroom but we weren't sure that they were clean. The other towels we found in the apartment were damp and stained. Additionally, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom when we entered which was very inconvenient. The host was quite unresponsive because although the instructions were sent on time about the lock and the password, when I contacted them to ask about the parking situation, I never got an answer.

• Marwa (10/5): Amazing stay with a good location - The apartment was clean and as described. The owner tried their best to check us in before 15:00 and that's a big + for us as we got to Malaga really early and we had lots of luggage.
