Important Information
The apartment has remote access (it is not necessary to stop by the office to collect the keys). 24-hour remote access.
The apartment is in a private building, there is no reception/staff on site. Before arrival you have to 1) complete the online check in and 2) pay the security deposit online, refundable 3-4 days after check out.
Only once the apartment is ready/available we will give/share the keys. If you arrive before 16:00 you cannot go straight to the apartment. You are welcome to come to our office and storage luggage here while the apartment is ready.

Emergency line available 24/7 via phone. No WhatsApp chat/calls available from 21:00 to 10:00.
Guests will receive a rental agreement (check in/registration online) which must be completed and signed prior to arrival.
In respect of hygiene guidelines, we do not leave cooking staples like salt, oil, etc.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 12 euros per pet/per night.
Cot and high chairs are also available, and are 6,5 € per item/per night. Subject to availability.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.
When available, kindly note that the sofa bed is not pre-set upon arrival, but we’re happy to prepare it if requested in advance.
A damage deposit of 200 € is required before arrival, this is the minimum amount. It depends on the type of the apartment booked. This will be collected by card only (Visa or Mastercard). You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Our accommodations provide a unique experience, distinct from the hotels. While daily cleaning services are not included, we ensure your comfort with a final cleaning and an additional cleaning every 7 nights. For guests who prefer more frequent cleaning, this service is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details and pricing.
When booking 2 apartments or more, special conditions and supplements may apply.

No flexibility with the check out. - keep in mind, paying for the parking is just for the night (not 24 hours). Even if you arrive late in the evening the day before. My suggestion: look for a parking garage, where you pay the same price but for 24 hours.

Ogólnie wszystko w porządku. Elektroniczne zamki działały bez zarzutu, ale po doświadczeniach z innych apartamentów i przy braku zasięgu sieci komórkowej czułbym się bezpieczniej, mając też fizyczny mechaniczny klucz.

The staff is very polite, great and quick communication and super helpful for any situation. This made the stay completely stress free. A cama do quarto de casal tem um estrado que faz muito barulho e o colchão deve ser virado ou mudado pois afunda no centro. O sofá cama também é um bocado desconfortável, apresenta um desnível grande entre a cabeça e os pés.

Kontakt z gospodarzem przez WhatsApp. Apartament został udostępniony dużo wcześniej niż godzina zameldowania, za co jesteśmy szczególnie wdzięczni. Polecamy serdecznie !!!

The apartments are spacious, everything is tidy and clean. There’s plenty of space to store your belongings (lots of room in the closets), which is especially important when traveling with family. Pendant notre séjour, les échanges avec Caleta-Homes ont toujours été rapides, efficaces et très appréciables; un vrai plus pour notre confort. L’équipe Caleta-Homes a su se montrer à l’écoute et réactive, simplifiant notamment la gestion du ménage. Quant à l’appartement, il était impeccable, parfaitement situé dans un quartier idéal : à deux pas de la plage et à quelques minutes seulement, à pied, du centre-ville. Les lignes de bus à proximité ont également rendu nos déplacements d’une grande simplicité. Nous reviendrons. Certaines assiettes commencent à montrer des signes d’usure et pourraient être renouvelées pour maintenir la qualité de votre service. Par ailleurs, bien qu’une cafetière italienne ait été mise à disposition, l’ajout d’une machine à expresso aurait été un vrai plus pour les amateurs de café.

Lo staff sempre in contatto con noi per ogni esigenza. Davvero super! Dovendo proprio indicare qualcosina direi che potrebbe essere utile che lasciassero un minimo di fornitura in cucina (magari olio, sale, pepe, zucchero) per evitare di doverli comprare ed eliminare ancora nuovi... :)

With a lot of luggage or any mobility issues it could be difficult. The lack of natural light, but with the proximity to the beach it doesn't matter.

- Simone (8/5): Gaan we morgen weer 👌🏻 - Ligging, prijs en inrichting Je merkt dat de lokale bewoners rondom het verhuurde appartement niet blij zijn met toeristen in hun appartementen complex. Ik begrijp dit uiteraard zou er zelf ook minder blij van worden. Iedere keer vreemde mensen in jouw appartementen complex.

- Esther (8/5): Leuk appartement heel dichtbij zee - De locatie is perfect als je graag elke dag naar het strand wil en niet in het centrum van een stad wil zitten. Echt een paar meter van het strand af. Het centrum is ongeveer 15 min lopen en een leuke route. Het appartement is heel donker te maken als je dat wil een geen geluid van de weg Ik vond het minder fijn dat het bed een kuil had, nu was ik alleen maar kan me voorstellen dat het met z'n tweeën niet fijn is. Er was een italian coffeemaker zonder producten. Ik zou zeggen: gooi er een nespresso in met een paar cupjes dan kun je tenminste 's ochtends rustig opstarten zonder de deur uit te moeten. Dat de bank als slaapbed zou moeten functioneren zou ik niet aanraden. Er is geen geluidsoverlast van de weg maar wel van andere bewoners die deuren dichtslaan of 's ochtends vroeg met rollende koffertjes vertrekken, daar kun je dus geluk of pech mee hebben
- elaine (10/5): A lovely apartment in a great area of Malaga close to the old town, port and beach. The staff were very helpful and alwa - The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. The fixtures and fittings were to a high standard.
- Martin (8/5): - Very good communication with the property owners. Clear instructions in a timely manner. They helped us with booking a transfer from/to the airport. The aparment is spacious enough and equipped with all the essentials for your stay. It's location is great. Oveall it was a nice stay. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. The mattress itself is not bad, but the surface underneeth is very uneven. It is better to put the mattress on the floor directly for the night. There is a significant noise from the aircondition units in the bedroom.

- Pedro (9/5): - La llegada al apartamento y recogida de llaves fue muy sencillo y con instrucciones claras, la zona es perfecta con comercios y bares, y el apartamento tiene de todo lo necesario en la cocina. como unico podría decir que la cama no fue del todo comoda, el colchon se podría cambiar, pero sería lo único
