• Fabio (3/5): Deludente. - La posizione molto vicina al centro è il punto forte. Casa non adeguata a 10 persone. No letti sufficienti. Molto sporca. Lenzuola macchiate di sangue. Calcinacci in sala. Armadi rotti. Sedie e tavolo non per 10 persone.
• Degioanni (4/5): - Alloggio ben suddiviso, in 8 siamo stati comodi anche se solo per una notte. Scarsa pulizia, puzza troppo intensa di fognatura nei due bagni. Anche il climatizzatore in una camera puzzava. I prodotti da bagno (shampoo, detergente) dovrebbero essere monoporzioni, non flaconi enormi da uso familia.

El apartamento es un desastre en términos de limpieza, las sábanas manchadas , las toallas, las paredes con manchas... No nos fuimos porque iba con dos niños pequeños y una persona mayor, y llegamos tarde, si no busco un hotel y solicito que me devuelvan el dinero. El alojamiento más sucio en el que he estado, las sábanas y toallas deben estar limpias, y el sofá también lleno de lamparones, un desastre.

• Lynn (8/5): Super top en gezellig! - De accomodatie is op de perfecte locatie, 10 min naar het strand en minder dan 1 min naar lekkere eettentjes. 2 douches en genoeg spiegels voor 9 meiden om zich op te maken. Ook zit er naast de accomodatie een plek om je koffers achter te laten als je nog een paar uur jezelf moet vermaken. De accomodatie had een beetje schoner gekunt maar dit mocht de pret zeker niet drukken!

• Susana (10/5): - La ubicación y que cuente con todo lo necesario para poder tener una estancia grata. Puedes preparar café, puedes lavar ropa, puedes guardar comida en el refrigerador, hay secador de pelo, etc etc. No había nada malo

Cucina a induzione ben attrezzata , con lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie. Non c’è parcheggio, ma a 6 minuti a piedi c’è un’opzione a pagamento. (una piastra non funzionante)

Los colchones estaban muy muy bien. - el sofá cama no se abría, y temiamos romperlo al abrirlo, era cómodo, pero se ve que no estab en sus mejores tiempos. - el aire acondicionado, de la abitacion del fondo a la derecha, empezó a echar agua, y caía encima de la tele, automáticamente lo apagamos, y tuvimos que dormir sin aire.

• Egle (6/5): Pleasant - Location and feel of the apartment There are no locks on the bathroom doors. Bedsheet was dirty on one of the beds and AC did not eork in one of the rooms. There was alot of noise coming from the street so some of us got woken up in the middle of the night by shouting in the street. Quite a small apartment for 10 people

• Mrs (4/5): Over priced for the poor quality of the facilities, more style over substance certainly not for the comfort and require - That there were enough beds for members of the family, it had two easy accessible walk in showers That the fridge did not work and food was spoilt and had to be thrown out, meat, yogurts and fruit, the freezer section was only slightly better. Informed the host no response. Temperature in Malaga in the mid 20’s so could not put it outside to keep cool. Electric sockets hanging off the lounge wall, we had young children with us, informed the host sent a picture again no response. The cutlery and kitchen utensils thrown haphazardly in a drawer not all clean, had to wash before use. The air conditioning units when on blew cold air straight at the beds making it very uncomfortable for sleeping but without them on the rooms were too hot. The bedroom windows didn’t shut correctly on the first night so the noise from the downstairs restaurant and street until the early hours was very disturbing, the second night we managed to close the windows more tightly so quieter. The kitchen stools were too high to sit at the breakfast bar to eat comfortably, the seating in the lounge was not enough for the five of us, yet the apartment could sleep seven.

• Mihaela (1/5): Disgusting place, avoid if you don't want to wake up with bed bugs bites - The only good thing was the location, it was within walking distance to the most popular tourist spots. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so bad that I felt compelled to share. I hope this helps others considering booking this place and encourages the host to make improvements if they care about their guests and reputation at all. My friends and I had a horrible stay in this apartment and thank goodness we only booked it for one night. This place looked nothing like the photos, which seemed 10 years old. It was so disgusting that we didn't even want to touch anything. The bedsheets hadn't been changed, there were some pillows that had yellow stains on them like dried saliva. The towels in the bathroom smelled so bad that we assumed they were used too (some of us used our pyjamas to dry off after showering and some of us used the hairdryer to dry their entire bodies - I'm not joking). When we woke up in the morning, two of us (who slept in the same room) had bed bugs bites all over our arms and legs. It's too bad we didn't take any pictures to share. I've never had such a bad experience, so it didn't occur to me at the moment, but the list of issues goes on and on. With that said, if anyone is considering booking this place, please take my word for it—AVOID it.

• Michalina (9/5): Superb - Perfect localisation, very easy check-in process with the codes provided, we could enjoy the Málaga 5 minutes after we have reached the apartment. All beds are comfy, even the couch. Apartment is spotless clean. We had some problems opening the washing machine doors

We were allowed to drop our bags in the apartment even though it was not ready for us and it really helped us because we could move around the city easily without any bags then. Food stains on bar stools, used tissues on the sofa. Nothing cleaned properly and to add to that, there is a leak in the main bathroom that has been a problem for a while as the floor in the living area has swollen and lifting. This leak is causing an awful smell in the apartment and needs sorting. I’m sure I am not the only person to mention this issue. It’s such a shame about these problems as the apartment is nicely furnished and location is perfect. There is also a terrible smell in the communal area to the apartments that hits you as soon as you open the door from the street. This is nothing to do with the apartment but the community need to find a solution to it!

Overall, I will definitely stay in this property again whenever I visit the area and will recommend to family and friends. Getting inside the property was a bit problematic as booking.com did not provide details of the full instructions (only the first couple of sentences showed). However, all was resolved after getting through to the host.

• Anonymous (9/5): Clean, welcoming, and perfect location. Overall amazing stay. - Extremely spacious and in a perfect location. Everything was super clean, check in was quick and easy. Coffee pods were left as well as sugar and tea which was really welcoming. The AC in the large room didn’t work, there were no dishwasher tablets and the wifi didn’t reach the end rooms properly. But these did not significantly impact our stay.
• Robert (7/5): Quick Malaga stop - Appartment is perfectly located, all the main sights are within reach. The access is very easy through coded locks, so you don't need any key. They have the agreement with a garage house 5 minutes away to park at the discounted rate. The refrigerator was not working properly, everything inside was pretty much on room temperature. Air condition was not working properly. The fan was working, but there was no cool air coming out of it. The bathroom had broken door handle. There was no proper table and too few chairs to accomodate 7 people. But that didn't bother us too much as we have only spent one night there.

• Paolo (6/5): Pleasant - The location is central, right in the heart of the city, shops, bars and restaurants of all kinds of services and a stone's throw away. Paid parking is also available and in Malaga this is GOLD! The house is very modern, welcoming, well designed and with ample equipment. Easy access. The cleaning and general maintenance of the apartment needs to be definitely improved. Being in central area, it is extremely noisy at night, it does not allow you to open the windows forcing you to use air conditioning. Extremely uncomfortable bed and rather used, needs updating.
